The framework for Stratis is comparable to Nxt/Ardor, Lisk, Waves and Factom. Sure it is built on top of NBitcoin and is thus based on the Bitcoin blockchain, but even Chris has admitted that the idea of providing a platform on top of which to develop sidechains is nothing unique.
What sets Stratis apart is that the ICO was underfunded, and the increase in price gradual. With a marketcap of under $4,000,000, the bar was set so low that, barring outright fraud, the price is likely to trend higher.
Whether it'll reach $1, I don't know. Given the opportunity, I'd liquidate at $.50. My sole concern as an investor is to get the highest return possible on a risk-adjusted basis. Once that sell order is executed, I completely lose interest.
I think a lot of people are underestimating the importance of NBitcoin, this will add a lot of value to Bitcoin itself and Stratis will be responsible for it. Did you guys noticed that everytime BTC jumps, Stratis is one of a few coins that moves up with it? |

You can use myetherwallet which is web-based or Exodus.io (desktop, mac, windows, etc) which is great, you can hold BTC, ETH and many others. |

Guys the wait is over, so glad the NBA is back. I can't wait to see my beloved Cavs as reigning champs and hate watch the Warriors all season. It will be a long and mostly boring season in my opinion but I'm sure we are in for some surprises and unexpected turn of events (trades, injuries, etc). I'm also very interested in checking some exciting teams like Bulls, Knicks, Wolves & Celtics, sad to see Simmons out from Philly though.

From an article that I read, it seems that the East is going to be owned by the Cleveland Cavaliers for the third straight year, barring any major injuries to any of their key players. The other teams following them are the (2) Toronto Raptors, (3) Boston Celtics, (4) Indiana Pacers, (5) Chicago Bulls, (6) Atlanta Hawks, (7) Detroit Pistons, and (  New York Knicks. While I don't entirely agree with the list, (I have the Milwaukee Bucks going in at #6), it is clear that it is going to be another year that the Cavs are the hands-down favorites to win the ECF and face the WCF champions, most likely the Golden State Warriors. this would be good to but it can unpredictable from start season start in two days and i think that all team will want to be in best eight in west and east think that this season will bring some surprises at the end but maybe it will best in history so far but this early predict final like this cavs gsw this is bold and hope you will get some good money if this can be predicted The winner for the first game between the warriors vs the spurs will be the next NBA Champion, Lebron is going to be lucky if the warriors will advance in the west as they know how to beat the team even with Durant on board, but in the event the spurs will win, Lebron will be shut down by kawhi. Mark my word. Interesting prediction haha, I agree that Lebron had a lot of troubles with KL in the past (but he also suffered against Iguodala). I understand is a joke that the winner of tomorrow's game will be the next NBA champion but the Spurs can definitely have a big season. However I don't see them as the true contenders in the west against the Warriors. They are regrouping after the loss of Duncan and other small moves, I just don't seem them as menacing as they once were (in the Miami Lebron era for example). I think the team that could have a good change are the Clippers, they've been playing together forever and always come up short even if they managed to eliminate a favorite like the Spurs. This is the year that they can go all the way (if they can remain healthy and focused). The Warriors are the clear bet but I find that just one injury to either Durant, Curry or even Green will jeopardize the whole project, it really has no depth in my opinion compared to last year. The season is long and gruesome, the Cavs are much better equipped right now to handle it (plus the East is an easier ride) and should get to the Finals without breaking a sweat. |

We don’t know who is doing this, but it feels like a large nation state. China or Russia would be my first guesses. US or UK would be my first guesses. They need a contingency plan to shut down Internet and introduce martial law when dollar-based financial system implodes and trillions of dollars and pounds in banks evaporate. Lol, you guys with the tinfoil hats crack me up. The world and fiat economic system has been "collapsing" my whole life. Don't you guys get tired of fear mongering and post apocalyptic dabbling? I'm from a third world country, I've seen my region financial system "collapse", looting, blackouts, military securing the streets and nothing really happens if you are not an idiot, so don't worry too much. You guys from the first world can't even phantom the privileges you have right now so I can agree with you that any change will hit you hard now that I think about it. Anyway, everything will fall into place like it usually does without major problems, right now many tech oriented companies like Google, Amazon and many others are absolute giants so there's really no point of having banks, we as a society are reacting to these uncertain times but we'll adapt for the benefit of us all (the rich and powerful will benefit a little more as usual...). We've seen this happen to many sectors lately. Right now it's ridiculous for a bank to exist in the first place, let alone charge you money for securing yours. Amazon, Facebook, Google or Apple (and even Paypal) are much more capable and friendly than them with all their security and speed to handle your money. Imagine if they would adopt blockchain/interledger tech on top of that. You trust your whole life to them, money should be an afterthought. That's the crisis we have right now, a paradigm economic shift based on new tech. Just check the new Tesla self driving car and imagine what could imply to our day to day life. Millions of jobs will have to transition to something else and fast. Same for "bankers" and schemers, accountants and whatever useless office employee who does nothing all day. |
