Earning through the peer to peer hiring process is a way to increase the engagement of those who already have found jobs through the platform since they will try and find friends who are looking for jobs and encourage them to use the system.
Employees earning referral fees whenever a friend they referred to the company gets hired is a normal thing. This platform improves that system because you can refer any friend you know to an open job available through the platform, not necessarily your employer. Many companies are doing that already, especially big companies and BPO companies, since they have a great need for FTEs. Sometimes you refer a friend and your friend gets on a different project or campaign and you don't really get to work together. everybody knows somebody, and its gracious to always introduce someone competent to do a job. most of the time, a friend do this just to help and uplift another friend. For me Waves blockchain is still struggling, a lot of wave icos made didn't really make it in the market. hopefully they would find a way to make things brighter for Waves and all the projects that will use waves platform. they should really be moving faster as there are more and more markets and own blockchain being created in cryptocurrency. |

Is any of you guys already used their android or IOS app??. Looks interesting and very easy to use app.
I think it is available in the Google Playstore but I donnot install it already. I think it is available on app stores around the world but not that already in used. Have anyone here experience being a victim of illegal recruiters? or know someone who had been abuse by their employer? Or anyone here who have experience that their employer are not paying the mandatory benefits of employees like social security service or national healthcare as required by law? I believe that Trustlogics can also be a way to be able to help applicants in verifying this findings from such recruiters or employers who are not dully registered or have previous records of abuse with its employees or non-remittance of mandatory deduction and benefits of an employee. If this is possible with Trustlogics, not only it will bridge the applicants with the recruiters but also become a Trusted platform that protects its users welfare as well.
I have not experienced it personally but I have a few friends who have experience this and I was able to watch some employees who complains about their contribution on social security and other mandatory benefits not being remitted by the employers, hence they fail to avail of the said benefits during the time they need them particularly during calamity, or when they get sick, or even when they retire. It will be good if Trustlogics platform also offers to verify recruiters data and validate if they are properly registered as a company. Many people in my country are actually underemployed receiving lower salaries as to their qualification due to high unemployment rate and lack of proper employers to who provide proper remuneration. It is due to this that most people would prefer to go abroad and apply as domestic helpers or engaged in their profession in other countries. I actually have a friend who receives a monthly salary equivalent to 1 year salary if he will work here in my country and its even tax free and he doesn't need to do overtime. It is really tempting to go abroad and apply for work there if you are only thinking about the salary. I think Trustlogics platform will be a door of opportunity for jobs locally and abroad as well as it is a global platform. Based on your statements their are really wide range of abuse to employees by their employers. Trustlogics will help empower us applicants by being able to verify the data of the recruiters as well. Yes, Trustlogics is a global platform and jobs available thru Trustlogics will be both for local and overseas employment. well there are some who had experienced this kind of tragedy, although i didn't experience this one, but i share the sentiment for them and their families. it is really heartbreaking but what else can we do? We don't have any power to help them, so as much as possible just reach it out to the government. with this platform also, this could maybe the key answer for those who are highly in need. Not yet, but i see in the news i misgiving on this. its so very hard to see people sacrificed himself for the sake of their family and there's abusive/arrogant people doing this, hope gov't pay attention to those doing this kind of problem..and hoping this new blockchain must be lessen this problem. There are many cases of employment abuse, and this usually happens in domestic jobs in a private setting, where there are less or usually no people that can actually help. This is one of the most common risk for caregivers, specially those that are working in middle east countries. Job applicants are usually blank regarding the back ground of their employer, its a sad reality probably still happening even to this time. We can minimize this kind of problems if the job applicant will also have the right or th chance to background check their employer. |

As what i have read to their whitepaper this project was started and completed market research and first draft of requirement was on March 2017, if you want to know more about trustlogics they have provided whitepaper also for further more information in their thread, its up to you if you will gonna explore it. How can you assure that this project will last long? well i am not comparing this project to other platform, but we cannot predict what really happens in the future. As you said sir/madam, there is no certainty of what will happen in the future. But, what I know blockchain is changing our ways of doing business by using decentralized network of computers making it a trustworthy system. And this is the system TrustLogics been using. I think it will last long for sure because of our needs in employment are worse as we observe many people in our country are badly needed a job as we can see to their situations... Most of them are under graduate but want to have a decent jobs for sake of their families... I guess most of each nations are facing this kind of unemployment circumstances. That's why there are some foreign people are also looking for a job in the other country. So I am hoping that with Trustlogics they can give a solution about it. But so far when I read their whitepaper it was impressive in my part which I think Trustlogics is capable to give a hand for the applicants and the recruiters. Third world countries are not the only countries suffering from unemployment, even in highly industrialized countries are having some setbacks. Every year there are millions of graduates around the world but there are not millions of jobs being created. Cryptocurrency is known to be very volatile when it comes to prices, this is a just a proper disclaimer as the prices of trustlogic token can not be determine yet and is perceive to be volatile in the future. if you were convicted criminal? do you still have to apply thru Trustlogics?
A person with criminal records will definitely have a hard time looking for a job, but it's still worth a shot to try and pass a resume. Some employers still give chances to an ex convict, and these kinds of employers we can never tell, but if someone who has a criminal record would be able to find one on Trustlogic then that must be fate and a blessing from someone who is starting to make a new life again. |

 I’m looking forward for this project to be implemented in my country since recruitment is one of the major problem in my country. They are making recruitment a business there. Look at the picture, that is usual scenario when there is a job hiring. There are always filtration to the employees specially to those who are more familiar to the checker and interviewer. Yes, I know that applying for a job is really difficult and I called it as a survival of the fittest but look what happens to the jobseekers when they fail, they are just losing their time and effort from nothing. Its hard to find a job specially if the luck is unyours. But i also believe in saying that if the job's is for you then it's for you, we have the reasons why we are in that place or job... For me when im failed to the job i applied i consider it as challenge for me to keep on going and to keep learning, and thinking that the job is not for me and there's a lot of job out there waiting for me...  This is what I'm talking about, not the first applicants only was the eligible to be hired only but the skilled and the required worker that fits on the job. As an applicant we are also player who must take in the risk and advantages and disadvantages of the other applicants or player of the job. As an employer too we must also see the advantages of the applicants and not the attentiveness of it, like on the government they used to be attentive on entering in the morning and when they tap up the time in card they became slowly and slowly working. Were skilled base and hard worker not the attentiveness only. Many people are shy in person and have the difficulty to express their views, but are extremely knowledgeable and have a clear sense of explanation. Not having to interact in person makes them write and express their answers better in their convenient way. How about this kind of cenario, Is there a chance to be hired. Employers, recruiters and job applicants are urged to perform due diligence when offering, applying or accepting employment by requesting from each other references or any additional information needed to establish qualification and credentials so as to ensure an overall fit between employer and applicant. Does Online job work check the background of their applicants? or choosing only what you want?? Most company would usually check on certain back grounds of job applicant, like educational background, employment history, criminal back ground, and if the work would be requiring the person to interact with clients like in hospitals and others, medical background is also requested to ensure that the job applicant is fit to work and is not carrying possible disease that could be transmitted to the patients. Psychological background is also requested on some cases to check if the applicant is in a good mental state to carry on with their duties. Those are the most commonly check on a job application. |

TrustLogics should make limitation to the number of applicants in a certain job. To ensure that the first comers are the one who will be given the opportunity to work. Because if there is unlimited number of applicants, it is hard to choose who among them are accountable and suitable for the work.
It is also good if they will put the date of entry so that, they know who are the first person who applied.
If they will limit the number of applicants, the possibility to search for a better worker is dull. If a company have high standards then they should seek for unlimited applicants. Since this is just an online form of applying, why do we limit our ownselves to the possibility to have job? We don't need to limit our people to apply job if they want to apply then they can sign up on Trustlogic platform. Trustlogic aims to have more jobs and we can't control many applicants in the company. Hiring company will verify data of the applicants. in my opinion, no need to limit the number of each job seeker, because if they are newcomer or not, but they are qualified to have a job in a company on in the trustlogics hiring list i do not see any problems here. That right Sir, we really Don't need to limit the people to applying of a job, the TrustLogic have their great platform so that, the applicant and the Job seekers have an opportunities to be qualified to the job hiring. I agree that they should not limit the number of applicants. It is the recruiters jursidiction to decide on that. What the recruiters needs to do is they will give a time frame on the opening and when to end the hiring. For me it is too unfair if the first applicants only will be hired. The job applicants will come out on the job employers search first if the applicant has the qualifications that the company wants. The more the keywords that the job applicant has on his or her data, the more chances of being chosen first than the rest. The possible matching is not based on the timeframe when the data is submitted, this is not a form in line application. |

I’ve seen a project similar to Trustlogic somewhere in social media. But their trust ratings of the person will be based on performance like, community service, donating a blood for example, doing community works for free, abiding common laws, doing charities and the likes will be the factors that will increase the persons’ trust and they also diminish trust ratings of a certain individual, like if you violate common law, like j-walking for example, littering etc will diminish a persons’ trust rating and it will be the reason a person will not be hired if he has a low trust ratings. This project is in China.
Yup, I get your point. People since the dawn of time really trusted actions way more than words. Which is why I cannot stress enough how important honoring words are specially in this industry. Trust is really hard to gain from this industry so projects must always try their best to be true to their words and their supporters. Doing the steps in the road map on time is the best thing that can gain trust. I think the developers know this already so I really expect they will do their jobs well. This is the problem we have right now, too many projects making too appealing white papers and too good to be true promises and at the end everything will just turn out to be a trick to raise money. Trust is really important and once it is broken, it maybe fixed but doubts will always be there. In cryptocurrency, expect that the word "trust" does not exist. We cannot find a perfect one where we can earn with our hardship. Bounty hunters does not have any assurance and if I will choose between stable job and freelancing, I prefer to have a stable job. you're right. maybe people dont accept this kind of change in a way on how to find job. online recruitment is widely used in the world but to the point that you put you're credentials or character information in order for recruiter will easily find you if you're qualified for the vacant job. maybe it will take more time to people to absorb to this kind of system. but this project is good aswell  Well, the way I see it, there is really nothing that is bad about this because the applicants and the companies are only necessary or what is needed by both parties(the applicant and the employer). This process is a must when both parties wants to make sure that they can be able to get what they truly deserve. And besides, the employers and applicants are the ones in charge of their info, so there really is nothing to worry about. As an applicant and user of Trustlogics platform, a person should be aware of his choices. Trustlogics did give us the choice of being able to hide our information partially or as a whole but since we are applying for a job we must also consider this before we hide our information. If one wants to get hired with Trustlogics, that person should at least make relevant information related to work experiences and qualification available for public viewing. Yes! TrustLogics is not helpful in the people here in cryptocurrency but it will all of us to find a stable job that we are comfortable to show our ability. Graduating students will not fear to become unemploy because TrustLogics will help them to search for a new job that is suitable for their degree. It may help in cryptocurrency world if they will give referral points for both applicants and company. It can also help if TrustLogic Coin *if ever have* in paying salaries to the workers. Base on white paper cold wallet is a offline wallet for storage a digital assets on platform that are not connected in the internet, how can you say this is a 100% safe? As I can see with it mate this one is more like in Electrum wallet. Because Electrum is one of the cold wallet that can be consider or an offline wallet, meaning there is an instances that can be hack like what happened to others electrum users. But I am hoping this one is not the same with the electrum scheme. I do not yet encounter electrum waller since I am just using android phone. Having electrum wallet is my dream but when I saw your criticism, I think it is hard to trust in a cold wallet such as eletrum. However, I can modify this if I will testify that CryptoRiya is trustworthy even our wallet to this project is a cold wallet.
