1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future payment methods of bitcoin and crypto on: November 18, 2018, 08:28:10 PM
I hope to discuss about the future payment methods of BTC and Crypto. Start accepting  bitcoin and crypto currency  payment today,Accept payment security without payment claim and avoid risk ,Send the bitcoin and crypto currency to your employees and customers.

I am certain that this goal is achievable as long as we show the government that we support this technology and through our growing number, no more governments will restrict this goal to happen. In years to come, we will see the preparation for the full implementation of this and other similar ideas in the dream world we seek.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where are the true believers of Bitcoin? on: November 18, 2018, 06:45:18 PM
Bitcoin dropped in price and even the so called crypto believers and users begin to panic. Is it because we fail to learn? Why do people anticipate Bitcoin to have similar trend as last year December, 2017? This is not how crypto operate. Let's get this clear, Crypto is unpredictable and every user is expected to know this before joining the crypto space in order not to panic in times like this.
Study the history of Bitcoin and you will know that Bitcoin has even suffered worse dips than this yet recovered along the line. Stop panicking and start buying while it is cheap now.

It is really hard to keep emotions in check especially when it's about money, practically speaking. It is our tendency to minimize or losses and be afraid. Sad but it's true, not every one can keep moving forward. So, I salute all of those who waited patiently to accomplish their goals.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Effect of news circulating for Bitcoin prices on: November 18, 2018, 05:41:49 PM
I am a little doubtful that what I wrote is worth it or not, but this always comes to my mind and wants to ask this,
I have read several topics here that the drop in Bitcoin prices sometimes occurs because investors experience panic and sell their assets after reading the bad news circulating, and here I have thoughts what if a crypto community has the intention to raise the price of Bitcoin and other crypto by spreading the good news about bitcoin and also introducing bitcoin and its usefulness to the wider community?
Will it help to increase Bitcoin prices?

Speculations or estimates, these are all not accurate but it really do affect the price more than we know of. No one should belittle the power of media to influence any sector of the economy because they can twist how a certain information or fact into a bias news that is absorbed by the public.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How twitter affects the price of Bitcoin on: November 18, 2018, 03:30:52 PM
Hello guys!

I am a researcher studying how messages in twitter affects the price, for my thesis. I am currently creating a library grading unique expresions and words that are used in cripto and trading environments.

I am looking for people that have trading experience and want to help me grade these words. It is only about 40 words and it wont take much of your time. In exhange for the great help I am offering the study once it is finished.

If someone is interested, contact me at jaime.badiolaramos@gmail.com

I think the words itself in the tweets doesn't directly affect the prices of bitcoin. However, the number of positive impacts will improve the state of bitcoin among other social media platforms. Thus, it affects the overall demand as it can attract investors and potential buyers.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever regret having gotten into Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2018, 03:21:33 PM
Interesting question, I know. For me personally the answer is no - I have not ever regretted having gotten into bitcoin, despite having spent hundreds and hundreds of hours researching the topic.  It's always been an interesting ride.

But I have a friend who got scammed and he regrets having had anything to do with crypto in the first place. It's pretty sad but there's nothing I can do about it. I even offered giving him half of the amount he lost from my own crypto stash (mind you I am not rich) but he's so scared that he's not interested any longer...
I dont regret anything in bitcoin , when my friend introduced bitcoin to me I think that will be one of my best day. Its really hard to trust on something like this thats why we need to have enough knowledge so we know what to do when there are scammers. I felt very bad for your friend I hope you can cheer him up and tell him that its just the beginning , he can start another chapter with bitcoin.
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin still dipping. What should we do? on: November 17, 2018, 10:23:35 AM
I often visit https://coinmarketcap.com to check bitcoin market price. And to what like other had said that the bitcoin has made some dip. The problem with the current market on the investors will worry the investors and will do panic selling. Still, FUD's werr getting worse as they had tried to pull over their claim was true and for that they said that its better to withdraw investment now or one will regret later. This is now another problem that made me confuse. Now, I had continue checking the market price movement and checking also the chart. I had made a screenshot of the chart. See the image below:

Please let me know so that I could also made some adjustments.
It still continue to fall. What should we do now? Do you have any plans for bitcoin investment now?
For me it will be good to hold our bitcoin now. Bitcoin price is still on a deep down fall but I know bitcoin will recover soon. You dont need to put so much time and effort looking at bitcoin price , just hold it and be patient so you can earn the profit you want.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: We can totally eradicate poverty if we TRULY want to. on: November 17, 2018, 09:55:35 AM
So many people are interested in amassing wealth without giving a dime to the less privilege around them, yet they will still be among the first to criticize the government in its failure to eradicate hunger and poverty in the country. You should also know that the duty of eradicating poverty must not be left to the government alone. You must also contribute your quota.

If you have worked to be wealthy or lucky to be one, you should see it as a social responsibility to help the less privileged people in the society. If I may ask, do you feel comfortable driving past several beggars on the street when you have billions of money in your account that you or your entire family may not be able to exhaust in the next 100 years?

Think about this seriously. With the so much money in the world, poverty can greatly be reduced if not totally eradicated.

All that is necessary is the distribution of this wealth.

There is enough to go round.

Note:
You must not necessarily give physical cash or money directly in order to help the poor or the less privileged. You can set up an empowerment scheme where they could be empowered or work to earn a living for themselves. It is like teaching them how to fish instead of offering them the fish directly to eat. I guess it is best that way.
You are right , I think it will be a good way to help people in need. We need to help them to survive in everyday life but of course they need to work hard for that. If we keep on giving them offerings , there will be a time that they take advantage on us.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: 10th Birthday, Bitcoin Price Is No Longer Exciting ? on: November 16, 2018, 10:10:12 PM
How was the response about the bitcoin economic market for 10 years which experienced an increase and decrease ?

Bitcoin will soon celebrate its 10th birthday. However, this achievement was slightly tarnished due to its downward trend.

The Wall Street Journal reported, in 2017, the price of digital currencies launched in 2008 had surged to 1.375% because investors and traders were interested in Bitcoin.

However, the price of the most popular digital currency has fallen considerably until the third quarter of 2018. The price of Bitcoin has dropped more than 60% from the highest price last year, according to Coindesk data. Last week, the price of Bitcoin had gained 4%.

The overall cryptocurrency market is worse: the combined market value of all crypto currencies plunged 13% from the previous quarter, down from US $ 255 billion to US $ 221 billion on Friday, according to CoinMarketCap.

This decline was contributed by a decline in the market value of large digital currencies. Ether, which is used in the ethereum network, dropped 51% each and Bitcoin Cash and EOS dropped 28% respectively.

Lately it has been difficult for Bitcoin to attract new buyers or even retain old buyers who are mostly disappointed with the price.

According to Blockchain.info, the average transaction price in quarter III-2018 reached 217,000 digital coins. This figure is far below the average daily transaction in the fourth quarter of 2017 of 319,000 coins.

The initial coin offering market (ICO), which allows investors to buy digital tokens such as bitcoin to be developed or offered in the future, is equally insecure. The ICO market has raised US $ 12 billion this year, according to data from research company Diar and TokenData, about double that of 2017.

However, the company calculates that 70% of the current projects have fallen from the price when the ICO was completed. Maybe this is what affects the difficulty of increasing the price of bitcoin on its 10th birthday because the average "ico will decrease by 50% after launching
It is still exciting especially for buyers, they can take the opportunity to buy more bitcoins and invest it. Bitcoin price is unpredictable so if you are really determine to earn huge the you need to have longer patience.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin, Gold or Money? on: November 16, 2018, 03:36:20 PM
So Bitcoin is designed so that the value of it will increase over time as opposite to traditional money in which the value of it will go down. But won't that make it more like gold instead of actual money?
By the prices of stuff going up in traditional money, it encourages keeping the goods and trading them, for example if someone owns a house that house's value won't just go down with time, it can go through time. But if goods were to keep getting lower in prices then it can as a result discourage buying them and trading. Which makes Bitcoin unusable as money. To keep your money safe of course you can store in a bank as they give you a small amount of interest.
Bitcoin has a limited supply and as time goes by and its popularity increases the prices can go higher and higher, making it less effective to be used as usual money. Imagine how would a shop keeper feel as their good will only decrease in price. And like traditional money which has banks Bitcoin doesn't offer much solution to this.
So even if bitcoin prices were to stabilize, wouldn't it be more like gold than a currency to use like traditional money? Gold is very similar in those terms to Bitcoin.
Yes you are right that bitcoin is kinda similar to gold. But if im going to choose between the two I will prefer bitcoin investment. Tho gold is also better , bitcoin is volatile so I can earn huge profit from it. I know that some of you will also think the same way. There are a lot of people compare bitcoin to gold even if you can clearly see the difference with them.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: HOW BITCOIN BENEFITS THE ECONOMY? on: November 15, 2018, 01:57:40 PM
The government in most countries have decided to ban Bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole. I begin to wonder why the government for these countries have taken such an initiative. Any idea on the benefits bitcoin offers to the economy? Help me convince my government to accept Bitcoin.
Bitcoin can reduce the number of jobless or unemployed people from your country in that way it can help the economy. It can also reduce poverty because people can make money in easiest way. If you really want to convince your government then you need to tell them the benefits that your country can get by simply accepting and adopting bitcoin.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell us about your experience on: November 14, 2018, 03:18:11 PM
Friends  Wink
I want to share your experience with you.
Since the first time I got to know cryptocurrency I initially did not believe that cryptocurrency can help my economy, after I did it in various ways to work, finally now I can meet the economic needs of my family.

On the other hand I also read articles that they can also provide loans to help others.

And in this forum there are also people who provide ways to help their economy.

Quote
It can surely help the world economy in the following ways;
* Increase job opportunities as people can work from home and get paid in BTC which will benefit both the employer and the employee.
* Provide flexibility in online payments.
* Eliminate the need for exchanging fiat money as BTC can be used worldwide.
* Can benefit e-commerce websites in various ways.
These are just a few ways BTC can help to grow the world economy and I am sure there would be plenty much other ways which I can't think of right now.

Now, what about your experience? let's share experiences.
May you also succeed with cryptocurrency  Smiley
of course as a newbie , it really difficult for us to understand bitcoin. You need to gain enough knowledge so you can invest and earn money. You will not believe on it at first but day by day you will realize that its true that you can gain so much benefits from bitcoin. Maybe sometimes we can have sweet and bitter experience with it but it helps us , it teaches us some lesson in life.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: ADVANTAGES OF INVESTMENT USING BITCOIN on: November 14, 2018, 02:16:47 PM
1. Advantages of Bitcoin Investment: Bitcoin Security Factors
Bitcoin is very difficult to fake by other parties. Besides that, every Bitcoin that exists and every transaction made will be recorded on the Blockchain. This makes it possible to know the amount of Bitcoin and transactions that have been made.

2. Excess Investment of Bitcoin: Can Be Used As Savings
Bitcon is a form of savings as well as investment that has a simple and no hassle system. Bitcoin value has the potential to continue to rise from year to year and can be a very profitable investment tool. However, you still have to be aware of the high risk of Bitcoin. Because, it is not impossible you can suffer losses from investments made.

3. Advantages of Bitcoin Investment: Bitcoin is Easy to Use
The ease of use because of its world-recognized and digital nature. When you want to transfer money, you only need a Bitcoin Wallet or Wallet that you can make easily.
4. Advantages of Bitcoin Investment: Pure Bitcoin Value Based on Market Law
Market law reads, when an item / service experiences an increase in demand, while the supply of goods is fixed, the price of goods will increase. Likewise, when the number of bids is higher than the number of requests, the price will decrease.
5. Advantages of Bitcoin Investment: No Party Can Intervene in Bitcoin
The thing you need to understand next is Bitcoin using a decentralized system. This means that there is no party to regulate it, because all parties can participate in the process.
6. Advantages of Bitcoin Investment: Bitcoin is Easy to Carry Easily and Safely
Because it has no form and is a virtual currency, you can carry whatever amount of Bitcoin you have. In addition, you can still feel safe from a potentially disturbing crime during your trip.

7. Advantages of Bitcoin Investment: All you need to do is enter an email address and right away you can get a Bitcoin account. This convenience allows you to have many Bitcoin accounts with different ownership names.
8. Excess of Bitcoin Investment: Secrets to Maintain
The thing that makes your secrets more awake because when you make a Bitcoin address, you don't need to use your real name or residential address.
In this way you can create a Bitcoin account and keep the account owner confidential.

9. Advantages of Bitcoin Investment: You Can Use to Pay Transactions
The last advantage that you can get when investing in Bitcoin is the ease of making payments for every transaction made. Merchants that provide Bitcoin acceptance services have spread throughout Indonesia and the world. However, you must really ensure that the merchant accepts payments using Bitcoin.
There are a lot of advantages we can get from bitcoin. But its not easy to make money from bitcoin. You need first to take some risk but there is nothing to worry about as long as you know what you are doing and you have enough knowledge to make wise decisions. Its nice to invest in bitcoin despite on its fall down because you can take the opportunity to buy more bitcoins.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: What can be done to make bitcoin stable? on: November 14, 2018, 01:35:27 PM
I am relatively new with regard to bitcoin but what I have noticed is that a lot of people just invest on it and then cash in when they feel like it is already enough to make a profit. I do not think that this will not be great in the long run because of it being unstable. So what can be done to make it stable?
of course a lot of things need to be done to make bitcoin stable but I know it will be hard for us. But bitcoins votality is helping us to earn huge profit. Especially for those who have "goals" or "desired" profit. If the market is stable then it will give some positive and also negative impact not only in bitcoin but also on its investors.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when bitcoin becomes stable? on: November 13, 2018, 01:53:37 PM
The price of bitcoin has not shown any significant rise or drop for almost two months now. What do you think could be the cause. Or do you think at long last bitcoin is going to be stable.
I cant imagine bitcoin when bitcoin price becomes stable. Yes I know that bitcoin is still in a deep fall down but we cant say that is finally stable. It will have a positive and negative impact on bitcoin. We cant earn the profit that we desired if bitcoin is stable.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Risks are still "stalking" Bitcoin users on: November 11, 2018, 09:35:46 PM
Risks are still "stalking" Bitcoin users
Some economists have predicted that the future value of the Bitcoin will probably fall to the bottom, which is zero. But its value can be very high, up to $ 100,000. peaked at $ 1 million. I feel very dangerous when I play in this coin market.
What do you think?

We cant avoid risk. It is really dangerous but as long as you have enough knowledge then it will be easy for you to make some decision that may change your life. The price is unstable so we cant expect what will happen. It is usual that the price falls down but im sure it will rise again.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guys please no more talk of Bitcoin better than gold on: November 11, 2018, 08:26:07 PM
Each thing is a thing to itself. If you say btc will replace gold you are saying btc will replace all metals of value. It
Makes no sense. Will Bitcoin replace bonds cause btc can have a higher yield. Remember, some day btc is replacing tulips at the moment. Open your minds a bit more and realize btc is not the end all be all. I love it, and have quite a bit, but I also have a safe full of gold. They are two separate entities, at one point it was confiscated from the people of the us and was illegal to hold. Those of you who keep saying this make me think you are not diversified and it's not always a good idea so stop this stupid gold comparison
I feel discombobulated for people comparing gold to bitcoin. They have characteristics that is unique and maybe some of them has also similarities. But sometimes we cant stop ourselves thinking about something like this. Bitcoin is a lot better than gold and some of you gives an idea why is it better and how come. We cant expect people to stop giving their own thoughts about this.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be replace by ALTS in the future? on: November 11, 2018, 01:50:14 PM
Hello guys! As usual my habit is to check this website https://coinmarketcap.com/ for crypto market price. I saw that bitcoin still dominate in the market.

Take a look in this picture.

The Bitcoin Dominance recorded is still at 52.3%

This is why Bitcoin is the most expensive crypto in the market. But, there is one thing also that struck me and that is the growing number of crypto in the market.

It was recorded at 2093 cryptocurrencies being listed in coinmarketcap and does not include some crypto that are not listed on coinmarketcap for now. So many cryptocurrency to choose from so brace yourself on what crypto will you should consider to contribute or invest.

Bitcoin vs. Altcoins

I get this graph from coinhills (https://www.coinhills.com/statistics/volume-bitcoin-altcoin/) that shows the trend chart of Bitcoin volume strength versus Altcoins. A great number of altcoins combine will soon going to surpass bitcoin and remove its dominant in the market and probably few crypto will dominate in the altcoins group in the near future.

The question is that: Is there any possibility that dominant altcoins will take over bitcoin in the ranking in the future?
People are comparing bitcoin to altcoin they are both good , but bitcoin is more popular. So I can say that its possible but it will take a long time. I cant see that altcoin can surpass the number of investors of bitcoin. As the day passes by bitcoin getting popular so that is my opinion.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are there any good movies related to/about bitcoin? on: November 11, 2018, 12:44:15 PM
Good Day Mam/Sir,

Just a question, Are there are any existing movies related to/about bitcoin? How much do you think will it affect the interest of those people who doesn't know bitcoin?

I would love to see movies related to bitcoin just like The Wall Street, Boiler Room, Inside Job, Wolf of Wall Street, etc.

wow , this is amazing. I didnt know anything about bitcoin movies. But maybe I can try to watch one. I know that it will be interesting to watch those movies that was related to bitcoin. I know that I can learn something that may add a little knowledge about bitcoin.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin soon anniversary-10 years. on: November 10, 2018, 05:13:18 PM
Given the growth of the bitcoin exchange rate over the years, those who bought the crypt on the cheap, have found a fabulous wealth. But as the popularity of crypto assets grows, there are more opportunities to buy real assets for digital money. Some people are even willing to accept cryptocurrency as payment for an asset class that is historically considered the most reliable investment — real estate.Several British entrepreneurs have allocated 50 luxury apartments for sale just for bitcoins this February, and surprisingly, they were all sold — one of the investors bought as many as 10 apartments!Bitcoin is also used by some to buy a large number of tickets from major events to good old-fashioned air travel. An American jewelry store, has started to accept payments in Bitcoin.Their offers go further than conventional jewelry, as customers can buy gold bars and diamonds. Many argue that it is actually difficult to use cryptocurrencies for everyday payments, such as shopping in stores or other household expenses.Expects, that the cryptocurrency market will grow exponentially in the near future. What do You think? Will it affect our daily lives in the near future
Bitcoin is already working for 10 years isnt it nice to see that no matter what words you say it doesnt affect bitcoin. Even those challenges that bitcoin has already overcome. Its not that difficult to use cryptocurrencies as long as you studied some of them. Of course it will affect our lives in a good way it will help to make our life much better than now.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Bitcoin in India on: November 10, 2018, 04:12:05 PM
What do you people think about the future of bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies in India under the current government policies? Shocked
If the government studied about bitcoin then defintely the future of bitcoin on their country will be great. Bitcoin can help tjeir economy as long as the government provide good policies that may protect bitcoin investors. I expect that many of the people from india will not hesitate on investing in bitcoin.
