Maybe this little post can help to find the answers. Do you read problems here or no? I have problem with my account cannot login and receive my money who i deposit there. Sending you again: am looking for a help. My account is locked. Trying to login but it is still locked. I have 250Usdt deposit, and i was betting. Some games I lose, Some win, then Tried to withdraw 241Usdt. And they log me out. Sent email to security@1x-bit.com , and they answer me this : Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. Why they dont give me back my money? It is only deposit, and small then my deposit, i tried to withdraw to see if website is ok and they not give me withdraw and login now. Please help, what do I do? The complaints have been piling up for at least 5 years on this forum, probably longer. And that's just on this forum. They may have the record for more complaints than any other crypto casino in history. And no, they aren't all just fake people, and no, it doesn't matter that they said "ok we are new people now, fresh start". They're still 1xbit. And even if anyone gave them a second chance, it's been blown. Nice try though. As far as I know, the deposit is not returned only if someone has another account or accounts on 1xBit and has previously withdrawn the equivalent or more than that deposit. This is my only account and I havent withdraw any money from my account,. I dont have another account. please help to get back my money |

And you wanna say, that all complains are the same person? Do you have brain in your head? How can I deposit money there when I am scammed by them?

Even if you have violated the rules of terms and conditions, according to the support declarations, the deposit should be returned to you. From what I noticed, it is not returned only if someone earlier withdraws the equivalent from their other account. Are you sure you haven't used a different 1xBit account in the past? Sir, I dont have another account and this is mu first account oppening on 1xbit. Never withdraw any money from my account and also i dont have more money from my deposit. I have 241usdt on my account and my deposit is 250. How thre is violated rules when i make account deposit money and bet. they in any momeny log me out and dont give me to login and dont give me money. |
