I recovered successfully the screenshots with 1xbit right before my account was closed by Security Department:

I had over 190mBT available before they experienced that technical issues! I was told it would be corrected as you can see! They just closed my account and refuse to return anything so far.

It really seems that you've been put into ignore just like us maybe, and those others that keeps on busting 1xbit's bad habits.
You should drop your hope and move on, it's been a while since your case has been brought, I think this should leave us a hint that this company won't do better and they just pick whom they want to assist. (as for my observation in this thread and the ones on the reputation Section)
Though I do wanna know why the admins are still allowing them to stay here even though they are known to be one of the biggest scammers of all time.

It is correct not to give up but at least start accepting the losses because this will add frustration to Him .
Better if He continue the Fight against this scammers by exposing their doings as he already experience it but the refund ? or the claims ? that is insane to expect as It was mentioned multiple times of Him being banned because of breaking their rules and for sure they will not change their decision or else everyone here in this thread that asking for the same action will be on their doors .
