Well, I closed your first case thread when you said “SORRY” for trying to scam DragonSlots and take the prize with your multiple accounts. To be clear, I didn’t want to ruin your reputation because I thought you deserved a second chance. (And I didn't want to disturb the respectful members here)
There is no harm in working for different clients (NDA) as long as you respect the rules, conditions, you don't spam, you don't create fake conversations, you don't join contests/signature campaigns, and you don’t try to cheat or scam people the way you tried to do with me (you must read the rules here).

If DragonSlots, Y or X brand scammed you, feel free to open a case and express yourself...I can even show you how to open a ticket and assist you! We are here to represent brands as long as we don’t steal money — the way you are doing with your alts accounts.

Well, I closed the case since @therise sent me an apology...tbh, I'm not used to this situation, and it's the first time having an issue with a campaign manager. Also I actually have no idea of his Alts accounts story. But since I want to close this contest fast, I will explain everything to you.
First as you can see in his own message he is saying (WTF) when talking in a professional context, this will give you an idea about everything.
Second when I say that we have a wager of X40, I was referring generally because I supposed he already read our TOS. (X40 is for players who use our welcome bonus, not those who join the contest). He didn't read our Tos, so I presumed it will be better if I wrote this by myself to people.

This is the message in case it's hard to read it:

To clarify: the 40x wagering requirement applies only to players who accept and use the welcome bonus.
However, if a player simply registers on the platform using the contest or signup promo code (to get the 10 FS and access to future contests) and participates in our challenges without using the welcome bonus, they can withdraw their money at any time.
Accepting the welcome bonus is entirely optional, and the 40x requirement applies only if you choose to use it.
All you need to do is register on DragonSlots, join the contest, and you're free to withdraw your money whenever you like.
Now that the contest is over, I’ll take some time to review your suggestions on the other points. I’d love to shape future challenges to better match your expectations.

He simply didn't read the bonus rules, or he didn't want. (I couldn't close the contest because it's not that simple so I asked him to wait until the event is over)

For the rudeness, expect the (WTF) word that he said in a professional context, he was ruining the contest when we refused his participation:

The Rise was hired only for this contest because he shared some ideas we wanted to try. Actually, we already have our own campaign manager — a professional we’ve worked with for a long time. I’ve never had a problem with him, and he can confirm how professional and generous we are with our community.
PS: As you can see, we didn't change the rules, It was a clarification to make things easier for participants, have a look. (I wrote this clarification to make things easier for players, not the opposite).

I was able to reach @Mr.Magkaisa, and he will receive a refund. He had joined our previous contests and quickly understood the situation.
As for your suggestions — I agree that we had a communication issue with the manager, and there are things we will improve as well from our side.

The real problem here is your attitude, and how you forced the contest to close by ruining it when we didn’t let you join. You begged me to participate, and I told you it was a conflict of interest. After you kept insisting, I said yes. What happened next is already above...

Well, I don't know if it's the right place to say this, but I feel I need to talk.
About 10 days ago, he sent me a message on Bitcointalk. It was a contest manager @therise (the rise) asked if he could help manage one of our events. I said yes. We already had someone for that job, but we thought givinghim this task would make things easier. At first, everything was fine.
He asked me to change some things to make it more attractive. I followed his advice.
But a few days later, things didn’t go well (there was a lack of communication). He didn’t manage the event properly. Still, I told him it was okay as long as he was trying his best.
After that, he start saying some rude things and in each time in each time we talk about the contest. He doesn't know how to talk kind. But I couldn't cancel the campaign...it's not that easy as you know!
On the last day, he noticed only one person had joined. So he asked me if he could take part. I said no, he was the manager, and that would be unfair. But he kept insisting because he knew he would win. He pushed so hard that I felt uncomfortable. In the end, I accepted (and it was a mistake on my part).
I told him he had to follow the rules if he wanted to join. He refused to respect the requirements and became rude. He started insulting me and the project. He wanted us to change the rules just to win.
I reminded him that, as the manager, he should respect the rules, WELL not break them. But he kept saying bad things (to make it simple he wanted to join the event without applying the contest code)
Then he started ruining the event. He rewrote the rules in huge text and finally canceled the contest.

I have hired many contest managers in the past, they are all respectful. I don't know what is going on, to be honest. I've never seen anything like this.
Now, we can't even send the refund (to our only player who respected rules) because he locked the topic but I will DM directly. So no problem!
I'm expecting he will say negative things about me or the project because he is simply not kind!
PS/ He is contacting me now to give me back the management fees that we paid him. You can keep them, we want nothing from you!
