1  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin/Litecoin Exchange on: March 31, 2014, 06:09:16 PM
This is not the case for us, we three have decent paying careers that are not very time or labor intensive. We love doing this during our down time.

Well Leo, the thing is, if you want to be trusted with other people's funds, you'll have to step up and do stuff properly. Simply not wanting a big cut for yourself is fine and all, but it doesn't make a potential user's choice to use your service any less insane. It's an exchange, after all. If you'd rather just donate your time and effort to bitcoin stuff in general, perhaps take a look at this old post. There are plenty of things you can do that won't put this sort of weight on your shoulders.

Because make no mistake, it is a weight, and you need to be able to bear it. Roughing it to see if you can maybe eke by helps no one.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitBet Stole ~$7,000 from me (10 BTC) on: March 31, 2014, 04:59:29 PM
It's pretty weird how nobody in this thread cared to do some proper research instead of commenting Undecided

Care to elaborate enlightened one?

Well, for example you've been here for 8 months and you still don't have a clue. How come? Why don't you research the stuff you're commenting about? I don't get it really.
Not much research is required to figure out that bitbet/MPOE-PR is outright stealing people's money.

Sure, about as much as is required to imagine GLBSE, Bitfunder, Havelock etc are making you peasants rich. GLWT.

See here.
3  Other / Off-topic / Re: Threats to extort and blackmail BCT companies by the user 'pankkake' on: March 30, 2014, 11:10:29 PM

That's not how it works.
Lawyers cannot compel anyone, only courts can.

Even my dog knows that's not the case. There are a whole host of public authorities (who also employ lawyers) that can issue orders that must be abided by. One example, the Health and Safety regulator can close any unsafe building site, shop, public space in an instant and they don't need to ask a court. The local Council noise/nuisance department can close down a loud party at the drop of a hat etc etc. Lawyers acting on behalf or regulatory authorities have wide-ranging powers (acting on behalf of the body) to demand compliance.

You are clearly very ill-informed for a 29 year old.

What strange country you must be living in....
4  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Should Zumzero get negative feedback for scamming people in the ActM thread? on: March 30, 2014, 09:42:48 PM
I think he should and I think everyone who has been abused by the mods in that shitty thread should leave some negative feedback.

Wait, that's why the guy was throwing all that derpage in neobee thread? Lol.
5  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: March 30, 2014, 08:18:29 PM
Outlandishness of a colony on Mars is not my point, rather "do we need to colonize Mars" and "is NotLambchop qualified to do it."

You're a goon aren'tcha.
6  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: March 30, 2014, 08:14:15 PM
Keiser a scammer? Really?

Yes really. See his attempted pump last year that MP ruined for him, see his Auroracoin scam that just blew up recently, see everything in between.

Man is a walking, talking piece of scum, you couldn't find worse if you rounded up all used car salesmen in Detroit.
7  Economy / Securities / Re: Your Shares on Bitcoin Bourse? on: March 30, 2014, 06:45:49 PM
We have your ID and we have your addresses in Bordeaux you play your game with the wrong people!

Someone calling you out for your repeatedly fucktarded behavior isn't playing a game. Petty threats, however, certainly qualify. Go suck an onion or something, bitcoin (and perhaps the internet, computers generally, clean air, and all other good things) isn't for you.
8  Economy / Securities / Re: Invest in The Bitcoin News Network IPO 7 days left! on: March 30, 2014, 06:34:29 PM
Hello, as all companies we have need money to grow!

About the only thing you're accomplishing so far is the creation of yet another template for disaster. Now, trying and failing may help you learn, but you've no business attempting to figure this out on other people's coins. Seriously, take some time off, read, get your act together.

On second thought, on seeing the classic "threaten those who point out our errors to us" tactic you're using in your nth iteration of scamnouncements, a simple read isn't going to do it for you. GTFO.
9  Economy / Securities / Re: [WOLFTECH] @ Cryptostocks on: March 30, 2014, 06:24:50 PM
What are they doing to get hacked all the time ?

A more useful question to ask would be What are they doing to NOT get hacked all the time?. Pretending that this can be answered with things like "they're nice about it and they say they know what they're doing but can't tell me what it is because reasons" is how plenty of people are parted from their BTC.
10  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin/Litecoin Exchange on: March 30, 2014, 06:07:09 PM

Shocked Bitbet. Nothing else to say

If you can't read it comes as no surprise that you can't speak either.
14  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: March 30, 2014, 04:16:03 PM
Now your a journalist?
good luck with that defence

What does "journalist" have to do with anything?

I didn't follow neo&bee up until now, and looking at its first post I wonder... what's up with this obviously photoshopped shit?
Did the IPO post really contain these fake rotten eye-candies, and people bought?
Seriously?

Well, something like this:

The trading is simply frozen; unless they tore down the building and sold the rubble Im pretty sure that NEO's offices will be open come Monday

Forum rubes have difficulty thinking. Once visual cues are involved...forget about it.
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Calling out the premier scam on Havelock at the moment on: March 30, 2014, 04:11:49 PM
I am reading this whole post and laughing out loud. If you people want to troll, at least put in SOME attempt...

Or give it some time.
16  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: March 30, 2014, 04:02:29 PM

criminal proceedings is the fun part.
civil proceedings are just going to take your money
trial apply to both cases

It may surprise you (or the seven little lawyers) to learn that the United Nations Commission on Human Rights ruled in 2012 that the criminalization of libel violates freedom of expression and is inconsistent with Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Ya'know what, fair play. You come across as the biggest asshole on this forum, but that post above calling out neobee weeks before they died was a bold move and on top of that, it looks like you were correct. I have changed my view. I Apologise for my previous posts. I quite like assholes when they are correct most of the time

Cheers.
17  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: March 30, 2014, 03:30:35 PM
you don't have a life outside this forum do you? i mean, there is no way you have friends in real life, i'd put money on it, not real friends anyways.

I do and they're all true Scotsmen.

...
also I m a proud onwer of the whole memorandum of association of neo and bee. I m in an office with 3 lawyers. I can freeze there assets any time just show evidence
...

How's that "memorandum of association of neo and bee" working out 4 U?
UR 3 lawyers sue each other yet?
Cheesy

I find it is frequently the case that people behind 7 lawyers can't spell "their".

I still wait for your scam evidence,
the only ones currently getting sue are MPEX for defamation

MP says he'd prefer Bonnie rather than Sue. Could you arrange for him to get Bonnie instead? Thanks.

ahahaha stfu, i posted about four hours before trading closed that neobee was dead. i sold all out days ago. stop kissing MPOE's ass.

Mar 15 salutes you sir. Also includes one of only two forum posts by teh esteemed welder-CEO this MONTH.

The fun part starts when MPEX is going to get so hard sue that the volume it has will not even pay the first day of trial

Good work guys at MPEX defamation and libel and your website owner at the EU? oops

Perhaps your seven lawyers forgot to inform you that trials and civil proceedings are different matters. In any event, allow me to remind you 2011 was also a year, even if you were born last night.

Specifically:

18  Economy / Securities / Re: MPEx & Bitcoin Stock Exchanges on: March 30, 2014, 03:21:32 PM
This is why exchanges with public asset lists are important (for example, BitFunder). Even if BitFunder suddenly shuts down, asset issuers will be able to know who owned what.

That worked well.
19  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: March 30, 2014, 01:10:56 PM
Little piece of information to all those who read these spam posts coming from one or two individuals, using multiple accounts who are directly connected to the Mpex rip-off exchange:

This Mpex guy was spreading lies and crap about "all" operations that he felt threatened by. Check their posting history and you'll know what I'm talking about. Guy just can't accept he failed with his exchange and move on.

He was lucky to be one the first to have come up with an exchange and made a decent amount of btc when the were dirt cheap back in the early days. Guy is just an expired dinosaur that just doesn't know his days are long gone.

I can imagine the pain he feels that he's no longer able to rip-off clients with 30 btc fees like in the old days, while seeing businesses like Neo raising off the ground in such successful manner. Think of him as a one bitter sorry ass dude who just can't face the music.

p.s: He will probably try to reply and say some of his perceived competition turned out to be bad apples, but hey "Every broken clock is right twice a day".

Dude I thought he's this lone guy chained in an apartment, what do you care.

MPEx went from 0.00002 per share to 0.0009 per share (that's 45000% for all you noobs drooling at home), he's a dinosaur. Meanwhile all your shit keeps going from 1 to 0.5. Sucks to be him, I'm sure.

But he was just lucky and really hates it nao. Not like you, obviously.  Cheesy

Burn in Hell mpex

Lol spoken like a truly defeated scammer. Since 2011.

Ex-trader asked some valid questions previously in this thread and all Danny did was talk around in circles and not give an answer. That was some months ago.

Glad you spotted that!

My issues were raised well in advance of all this, many months ago and basically proved that their business model about pegged accounts doesn't work. I know this based on 20+ years of working within banks and financial products and having created products that in total have taken many tens of billions of GBP. Of course that experience is not valuable or relevant in the Bitcoin world to people who simply wish to believe every new business with a good story. Notable NEO talked about involving proper accountants who were 'reviewing all this' again to what end - nothing, no proof of any approvals or anyone with credibility saying this works is a good idea etc.

If they had simply setup a bitcoin exchange and payments company in Cyprus I would have stayed quiet, as this could have been a valid plan and works elsewhere. However instead they talked vaguely about pegged accounts, time accounts, bank branches, insurance sales etc. All of this has amounted to zero so far. I suspect they have been told by the authorities that they cannot operate these types of accounts.

What they have done which is inexcusably naive is to try to build a new business and spent lots of money on branches, staff and PR, when they simply have not been able to design, construct or issue a single product.

Yet another MP sock? What's your sense tell you Herp boy?

so lets recap here,
We have broke pedos trying to advertise MPEX scam.
Defamation by MPEX
and dead threats for Danny and his family?
Keep it up lads your credibility is at the moon now

How much for the little girl?

What is important to mention, however, is that Tuur Demeester was there in Cyprus and had direct talks with Neo. He felt confident enough to go ahead and purchase shares and this happened less than two weeks ago. Food for thought.

Had MP bothered to go to Cyprus and felt confident about this guy, it might have counted for something.

Some random kid's confidence apparently doesn't count for shit. Today you learn that difference.

I will say it for the last time neo & bee is a register company in Cyprus with proper accountant anyone having any issues to understand I advice you to contact the company secretary/accountant

Which explains why they have yet to release a fucking report, and their projections look like they were made by a hyperactive 5 year old with a large collection of crayons.

Boy, this is looking bad. It's too early to be certain Neo & Bee is doomed, but something very bad is going on. The radio silence is the most worrying of all. If you're not even a little worried, you need to snap out of it right now. I see lots of denial, rationalisation and magical thinking here.

Magical thinking? On this forum?! Surely you jest!

Careful with that talk lest you end up burning...in Hell.

Even if its not a scam the complete lack of communication is unacceptable.

Maybe it's a scientology.

I had my doubts about that too, but it could work (at least for a while) if it was funded by Bitcoin enthusiasts who are willing to HODL anyway. As an experiment, I think it would be legitimate, and listing on a Bitcoin exchange could be the perfect way to find funding for it.

You're thinking of MPEx. There can only be one of those.

I doubt it is a scam, because you'd think it would be executed differently if it were.

20  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: March 30, 2014, 05:27:28 AM
Worth mentioning that mpex is a one man show operation run by an egomaniacal clown with delusions of grandeur, an exchange no one uses, while Neo is a legit legal operation with dozens employees. Danny doesn't need to talk directly to shareholders and customers. There is a front desk that can take your calls http://www.neo-bee.com/index.php/en/locations/

This is the "one man show operation run by an egomaniacal clown with delusions of grandeur, an exchange no one uses" and some chick working for Reuters lolling @your "legit business with dozens of employees".

I believe there is a medical term for the ghetto kid that imagines he's the rich guy and vice-versa. It escapes me at the moment.

Anyway, if you do call, order me some shinzu duck.

ITT:  Unable to cope with the wacky antics of their missing CEO, Cypriot banking enthusiast rage at everyone but him.
Hilarity intensifies.

CEOs travel all the time for business purposes. They are not chained like a dog to an office. This is Neo we're talking about not some one man operation like Mpex ran by one dude who never leaves his apartment or something.

So they suck because they don't suck?

I don't know to be honest.  I get that there's trolling and, even if it isn't trolling in this thread, the pompous "I told you so" attitude is just not my thing.  But I've actually been rethinking Neo in the last couple of weeks.  Maybe I'm letting the trolls get to me.  Maybe I'm being impatient.  I get the longterm aspect.  And I get that longterm = longterm, not "I'll pretend to be invested longterm but freak when I don't see a short term return."

And then this.  Maybe it just hit me at a time when I was starting to wonder about it.  Hopefully in a couple years we won't even remember that one weekend where they had to stop trading because an account got hacked.

Hopefully you will remember it. Because if you get out of doing something stupid with your skin intact you'll just keep doing it.
