I am not pessimistic about Brazil in reality but I don't share your optimism. I know Carlo Ancelotti is a good coach and maybe one of the best but I don't see a real impact in terms of results so far in Brazil games. It might take a while before seeing the difference but I don't see Brazil advancing a lot in FIFA World Cup if It was played right now. Maybe after several months things will improve, hopefully!

Manchester United has been ill for a long time know and they failed to recover since the departure of their legendary coach. South Africa is the first in the ranking of group C, they have a good margin from Benin and Nigeria and nothing makes them rushing to collect the 3 points from that match against Super Eagles so collecting a point isn't that bad. They aren't stressed at the opposite of Nigeria's players and staff who are under huge pressure for not qualifying, especially in this extended version.
Nigeria should look forward in the future and start considering their choices, they cannot continue with big names on papers and no result in real life.
