1  Economy / Lending / Not looking to borrow, but more find a way to get money from CoinBase to cashapp on: April 11, 2021, 05:51:42 AM
If I don't recognize your name from way back or you don't have STELLAR rep, this aint gonna happen... this aint my first f'n rodeo lol.

Anyway, some may recognize my name. Others may not, others may have seen the name when it was hacked and out of my hands for some years. But it's been back in my pos for a while now, don't recall how long but I digress.

What I'm looking to do is get $1,000 from my CoinBase account to my cashapp account so I can add it to my $3.5k that I already got so I can go out and try to buy a used car tomorrow.

Can do a 5% "fee" which means you get $1,050 for sending me $1k to my cashapp account.

Because I'm not looking to do this as a structured loan or what have you, I figured a $50 fee is more than fair. Just not sure how this would work, because I can't seem to find what I thought was a USD coin that is basically a 1:1 on CoinBase that I thought they had so the issues of fluctuating value of coins like BTC, LTC etc. can mess things up sometimes.

But basically I'd ideally send you $1,050 on CoinBase somehow and you CashApp me $1,000.

PM's will be ignored, all this will be public and on the up and up. So if you PM me, you'll be ignored, which means REPLY HERE !

Ty...

Edit: I just realized this might not work because of me having whitelisting enabled on CB and it taking 48hrs to be turned off / add a new address. I will need to look into this in the AM.
2  Economy / Digital goods / Selling: CAT Core (crypto trader) w/ the Bittrex API @ 0.4 BTC possibly lower ! on: October 12, 2016, 08:53:09 PM
Interested in trading crypto currencies besides Bitcoin or just want to trade Bitcoin ?

Well, consider using CAT, you can read all about it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=507103.msg5590877#msg5590877

I'm selling my copy of C.A.T due to needing funds for something else and right now with Sampeys current discount the core cost with the Bittrex API is 0.55 (0.4 core + 0.15 API).

I am willing to let this all go for just the CAT Core cost of 0.4 BTC (possibly lower) meaning you get the Bittrex API for free, so if your interested in purchasing a copy of C.A.T, please send me a message, Ty.

4  Economy / Digital goods / Selling: CAT Core @ a 25% discount ! on: September 30, 2016, 03:26:23 AM
Interested in trading crypto currencies besides Bitcoin or just want to trade Bitcoin ?

Well, consider using CAT, you can read all about it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=507103.msg5590877#msg5590877

Right now Sampey has a 20% discount going so you can get CAT Core for 0.4 instead of the standard 0.5. Well, if you contact him and purchase CAT Core saying I sent you. He will give you a 25% discount so you get even more savings of the CAT Core price meaning you get CAT Core for an all time low of 0.375 BTC !

So head on over to the topic, check it and and if you decide to buy tell him MoreBloodWine sent you for the savings of a lifetime !

5  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Issues with coin control... on: August 13, 2016, 08:37:24 PM
I have the 0.12.1 client and I noticed that while I can select "custom > per kilobyte" it wont let me select "total at least, it's greyed out. I dont remember this on the windows client as I'm not using Linux.

Ideas ?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Dogecoin & Ubuntu 16.04 LTS... qt does not want to run. on: August 10, 2016, 05:14:08 AM
I downloaded the 64bit version, ever tried 32 bit to the same result.

I want to sway away from Windows so Linux is somewhat virgin territory for me so any and all help is appreciated. That being said, has anyone ever come across this ?

Code:
andrew@andrew-HP-Compaq-6005-Pro-SFF-PC:~$ cd dogecoin-1.10.0/bin
andrew@andrew-HP-Compaq-6005-Pro-SFF-PC:~/dogecoin-1.10.0/bin$ ls
dogecoin-cli  dogecoin-qt  test_dogecoin
dogecoind     dogecoin-tx  test_dogecoin-qt
andrew@andrew-HP-Compaq-6005-Pro-SFF-PC:~/dogecoin-1.10.0/bin$ ./dogecoin-qt

7  Other / Off-topic / [Paid] Creating an android app to poll my work schedule... on: February 14, 2016, 09:20:46 PM
Ok. So this will be a paid project.

I would prefer communications be handled via PM.

That said, what I'm after, if someone can make it, is an android app that I can enter my work portal credentials in to. Where it will then once a day say around 8am by the time on my phone. Goto my jobs schedule portal, log in, grab my hours, log out and then take that data and add it to the calendar of my phone which is currently on the second home screen.

That's about it.

So if this is doable which I would hope it is... Please PM me to discuss this further, Ty.

Oh, the display of how it should look on the calendar is simple.

7a - 8:30p

Etc. So standard 12 hr time format.

The schedule also displays lunch time generally somewhere mid shift which can be ignored as I'm just looking to grab the actual "work" hrs to be imported / downloaded to my phones calendar. If this requires back end web space I have that available.

8  Other / Off-topic / Remoting to a "build" system... on: July 25, 2015, 09:49:18 AM
Ok, so I'm trying to learn linux so I can do more with making my own builds from source but I want to do this remote so I don't need all my systems near me. Well, I have a build laptop running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and using VNC just find on it with VNC locked to the launcher along with other items like System Settings, the FireFox browser etc.

So my question is, how upon system boot can I get VNC to auto launch so I don't need to click it ?

I have read people suggest tight VNC well, I don't have it and already have the 5x VNC server installed form realvnc.com.

So if your still with me, I would love an answer, Ty.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Need someone to build me a qt from github files with some changes I made. on: July 21, 2015, 07:56:30 AM
I use GorillaBucks and I need to test some code changes that should allow the masternode.conf file to be parsed when masternode list-conf is called in the debug console.

I have already asked IGotSpots to see if he can do it but he seems to have a busy / full plate atm. Sooo, with that said, I was wondering if anyone here with a decent bit of "trust" might be able to build be a qt file from this: http://spend-ur-bits.com/GorillaBucks-master.zip

Ty.

Edit: A d file would be nice too, Ty.

d for remote qt for local.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / It started with 0.10.1, thought 0.10.2 might 'help' things... it didn't ;-( on: June 20, 2015, 09:22:04 PM
Been like this for a while, not sure what happened, coulda been mine / a system fault. In any event, if I close the Qt client and restart it. It does the verifying thing all the way to 100% then just seems to sit here (below)...

Any ideas ?

I just closed it out and restarted but left it like this for the past day or so to no avail. Would hate to start over and dl an entire new chain, seeing as how the current folder is ~40gb.
11  Other / Off-topic / Windows 7 64bit, where can one... on: June 17, 2015, 11:27:39 PM
Where might one find for legitimate download / purchase, windows 7 64bit that I can use as an upgrade from Vista ?

I found this but seems too good to be true on price but might not be if it's old stock.

12  Other / Off-topic / Count files in a directory where name = and output number to a variable... on: June 13, 2015, 04:48:06 AM
This is to do with making something on my crypto site a bit easier as in the long one it will be one less thing for me to manually manage, anyway...

I need to count files in folder (path/to/me) who's names match *_lottery.inc.php where the * is a wild card since files might be named such as...

hello_lottery.inc.php
and_lottery.inc.php
goodbye_lottery.inc.php

So the output would be 3

Can someone please write a bit of PHP for me that will do this ?

Ty.

Problem solved.
13  Other / Off-topic / PHP question... yes it's crypto related. on: June 12, 2015, 09:38:02 AM
Question...

Code:
              <li <?php if ($page == 'lotteries' || $page == '*_lottery') { echo 'class="active"'; } ?>>
                <a href="index.php?page=lotteries"><?php echo $lotto_button?></a>
              </li>

I know the above will never work but it helps me get my question asked, how can I have it so the * is wildcard for any possible combination ?

ex. hi_lottery, how_lottery, are_lottery, you_lottery

Basically as I add pages that are *_lottery, the class should always be active.

This is for the site in my sig.
14  Other / Off-topic / Flexible hosing from supply lines to shower / bath mixer ? on: April 29, 2015, 05:12:24 AM
I know this can be a touchy subject based on access of the lines, but here goes...

Ok, so our bath / shower needed a new faucet set including mixer as the other one had severely restricted flow. Well I had to cut the supply lines above the shutoffs and didn't want to bother with brazing as I would probably mess it up bad. That being said, I used some shark bites and flex hose to attach the supply lines to the new mixer. Well it'h holding fine and doing it's job giving us a working bath again. Here's me query though, since the access panel to the back end of the "system" is behind a panel held to the wall with four screws and not obstructed in a closet behind boxes but instead seen from the hallway. Would you said it would be gtg since access to the plumbing is a non issue if you don't consider the removal of just four screws ?

I ask because I know people say to use solid piping if access is limited but since I can get to what I need to when I need to if I need to rather quickly would you say flex hose is ok to feed the new mixer ?

Ty.

Edit: To be clear, the flex hosing I am referring to are the flex faucet lines you might otherwise find under your sink attaching the main lines to your sink with the attached nuts.

15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Home node question... on: April 26, 2015, 02:12:33 AM
Ok, so I got a node at home that's running client 0.10.0.

So here's my question.

If my ISP's internet usage is allotted at 300Gb per month... with all the in's and outs of processing god knows what data. How much data might the home node use on average per day ?

I ask because I seem to be using quite a bit of data and I'm trying to see what's been sucking it up and the only thing I can come to is the node.

This page will be ever changing as I think of new Q&A's to add or add those asked by others. That being said, please excuse the way this post currently looks as I've never been much of a wordsmith but will find someone to help me write up a proper advertisement post.

Ok, so down to business I suppose.

Spend-ur-Bits.com

Again, I apologize for the current feel of this post but it will have a more proper write up coming.

Anyone interested in trying their luck in a BTC lottery, please visit http://www.spend-ur-bits.com and see the lottery tab. From there you can view current weeks participants (address / "tickets" bought) as well as a link to the past 25 weeks winners where people played and a winner was chosen.

As of this post, there are two current players with the pot at 0.02BTC... the current round will close in ~2hrs where it will be paid out to the winner and the new round begins. Each round is 1 week long and closes 12am Sunday EST/EDT.

Any questions, please ask them here and they will be replied to and more than likely added to the Q&A of this post when it's been properly written up.

17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / synchronizing with network: 24hrs behind... always ! on: March 02, 2015, 05:20:19 PM
So I redid the os on my home node wanting to remove some stuff. That being said, its 1.6Ghz dual core laptop with 3gb of RAM running Vista and has never had this quirk before. Has always ran fine in the past and given that little green check mark lower right of the GUI screen when it's caught up. Well its caught up and has been but still always shows the syncing thing / 24hrs behind. I have done this multiple times to see if its a bad chain on diff versions of QT.. right now its on 10 but still always showing 24hrs behind.

Anyone else have this ?

I'm away still in Va dealing with some family issues but I do have VNC installed for remote access to the node should I need it, ty.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / At home node not always discoverable. on: February 19, 2015, 02:44:19 AM
Ok, so when using this to check my home node: https://getaddr.bitnodes.io/nodes/

Sometimes I get this: <IP>:8333 is unreachable.

While others I get this: <IP>:8333 /Satoshi:0.10.0/

Any ideas why, I do have a static IP. Could it be a propagation thing with my ISP since I did just "order" the static IP I think it was Monday morning 2/16/15 ?

Edit: I know all my ports are open and working being forwarded to the right system since I can check it with the portforward.com port checking program and it always says open.

Edit 2: It is also a new setup and the client is about 41 weeks behind still downloading the chain if that makes a diff with the connection issues or w/e you wana call it. When checking the node it does seem like it hangs a while before coming back with found / unreachable.

Edit 3: The home node in question is also in a switch connected to the router if that makes a diff. I can put it on the router and move some cables around but would need to go out and get a ~6ft ethernet cable.

Or just turn on the laptops wifi but I would rather it be wired.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / RPC Port question. on: February 16, 2015, 05:17:25 PM
System A: Node
System B: Other stuff connecting to node.

Ok, so I know System B needs the connection info like rpc user and pass to connect to System A for whatever it has to do be it gather info or process data and System A needs the bitcoin.conf file with the user, pass and ipallow stuff. However, what I don't know is how do I tell the bitcoin client what port to listen to for rpc stuff.

This is all on a windows machine.

20  Bitcoin / Armory / Question about Armory on: February 16, 2015, 12:05:55 PM
Was layin in bed about to call it a night or day in the case of it being 7am but I wanted to ask something on a last minute PM I read.

It was stated that Armory communicates with I guess bitcoind via RPC, well if I have something that I want to connect to bitcoind for stats via RPC. Does this mean I would need to somehow find out what Armory's RPC user and pass is, and if so would it I assume it be in the .conf file which should be located in %APPDATA%\bitcoin ?
