Hi, does anyone know the rewards for adding a signautre, how much per post or member ranking etc.
662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO launched!] Embermine - Blockchain and Smart Contract Application on: October 11, 2017, 12:46:01 PM
HI, I've looked through the thread but can't see how to join the airdrop is there any further into. Thanks.

In order to obtain KNOW for the airdrop you actually have to hold TOV in an acceptable ERC20 Wallet (Myetherwallet, Parity) before the snapshot on October 15th. TOV trades on Etherdelta. Ratio is 2:1 KNOW:TOV

Not sure if there are any more airdrops planned for MBRS holders? The Dev's said, "Other airdrops using MBRS as the rail may arise, but they will not be facilitated by the Embermine team."

Great, thanks for getting back

soarcoin is doing a drop in 3 hours time! https://twitter.com/soarcoin

Had a look at their Twitter feed but can't see were you sign up. Or do you have to wait for news?

Check out the DeepOnion Airdrop.
It is running for 40 weeks and we are currently in week 13.
I was reluctant in the beginning but the project achieves much traction.

Thanks for sharing. Can you join Deep Onion as a Jnr Member? I thought you had to be a full member.
667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: October 10, 2017, 07:34:39 PM
Thanks, I really appreciate the time you took to explain it. Would the signature method still work with the nano wallet?

Yes, but do you really want to sign with every address you have for each distribution?

Best thing to do is send all your bitcoin back to a single bitcoin address you have in order to take part.
Right now, we don't know how widely your coins are distributed throughout the wallet (how many change addresses, etc).

So, now that you have an address linked, just wait until just prior to the snapshot (an hour or two), and move your coins then.  Because, even with signing an address now doesn't mean your coins will be there when the snap shot takes place in a month.

Thank you. What wallet would you suggest using?
668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: October 10, 2017, 07:17:18 PM
Thanks for getting back. Sorry, I'm new to this so don't quite know what you mean. I used a nano ledger to send the funds so was the Change address in that wallet? And do you know how do I send back the BTC?

I will try the signature method next.

Yes, when you have a wallet (like nano), you have what is called an HD wallet.
So, you basically have a shit ton of addresses.  This is why you see a new address every transaction you make.
Think of this.... you go into McDonalds with a $10 bill and pay $1 for a burger.
You don't rip off part of the $10 bill.  You simply give them $10 and they give you $9 in change.
Kind of the same for bitcoin...
You take $10 to pay $1, but $9 comes back to a change address (another address you own).

So, you have a shit ton of receive addresses and change addresses.   The wallet handles them for you, so all you see is that you have a total balance, but it's made up (normally) of a bunch of addresses.  When you pay someone, it determines which addresses to pull from to pay the amount you want to send.

You know the bitcoin address you currently have linked.  So, best thing for you to do is wait hours before the next airdrop.  Then, tell your wallet to pay the linked address (your address) all your coins.  So, when the snapshot takes place, you get credit for all the coins you own and not simply a part of what you might own.  Another way to say it is that your wallet now has $9, but might be spread accross multiple addresses, so move them all to a single linked address prior to the next distribution snapshot.

Thanks, I really appreciate the time you took to explain it. Would the signature method still work with the nano wallet?
669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: October 10, 2017, 05:29:19 PM
Hi all, I've just tried to link my BTC addres to my new Byteball wallet by send $5 but the bot has got the address wrong and says I havae 0 BTC. Any ideas what to do next?

The bot was right.  It was your address when you sent the BTC.
Your wallet then paid the bot, but moved the rest of your BTC from that address to a Change address within your wallet.
So, you can either send the BTC back to the start address

or

Use the signature method.

We need to trade more on HITbtc and Binance, why everyone keeps using Bittrex?

Should we join other Exchanges? I cant see XVG on Poloniex.. maybe joining mayor Exchanges will bump the price a little.. or alot.. Im sure Dev's and holders will love that..

I'm not sure new exchanges would bump the price that much, its pretty easy to get hold of at the moment. What it needs is some more exposure and a little adoption once wraith is completed.
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★DigiByte|极特币★★[DGB]✔ DigiSync v6.14.2 - DigiSpeed - Segwit -DiguSign on: October 10, 2017, 11:02:08 AM
Crash crash crash and crash Grin

So happy to look dgb is suffering. I did lost quite a lot in DGB. But not now, i already get out. Keep holding guys. Wink

Bad to be right. Btc 5% up, dgb 10% down. Now iam a bagholder of very expensive dgb. But as i wrote above, i will buy more below 100 sat. Maybe in 1-5 years, iam in positive.

I don't think it will even take a year. All alt coins are taking a bashing now so its no surprise DGB is down as well. With Citi awards and a growth in Digusign there could be a price rise after the btc hard fork.

The Verge wallet has stopped working on my Mac. It just loads without going any further. I haven't got any coins in it yet. What's the best thing to do re-install the wallet?

I heard somewhere that a new Verge wallet is being made is this correct?

which wallet? electrum or qt? should be fine. maybe you just need to let it load

I can say for another time that Electrum and Electrum TOR wallet can't be installed on a MAC...!! I tried it for weeks and it don't work... it say that there was an unexpected problem and don't install it.

At the moment I use the QT wallet... but the other 2 completely not work..!!

probably depends on which osx version. i know many electrum users on osx that don't have any issues.

I've been using the qt wallet but will try the electrum, thank you. The qt was ok but lately it takes ages to load.

675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | NEO Smart Economy⚡Now a Top 10 Cryptocurrency⚡| Official Thread |Updated Aug10 on: October 09, 2017, 12:02:53 PM
Do you think is too late to buy some neo at such price? Shall I wait or shall I buy?
Look at the altcoin market now is in red zone I think yes, and Red Pulse ICO get success maybe will be other ICO run on NEO Platform so NEO price maybe can go high.
Red Pulse ICO a success? It's sold out, of course, but many people are pissed of because the start was later as communicated, more than 3000TX haven't gone through because of that delayed start they sent too early.
And now, these NEOs are not refunded and NEO price is falling.
Sold out - yes, Success -NO!

Red Pulse have been in touch with me about refunds and they are working on it.
676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Kin Token is Chat App Kik’s Plan to Launch ICO on: October 09, 2017, 10:01:09 AM
Got an email from Kik saying the Kin token is going to be rolled out to selected users on of their platform which is great news as the sooner it gets used the sooner the price will start to rise.

678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] KICKICO - PLATFORM FOR FUNDRAISING ON CRYPTOCURRENCY on: October 09, 2017, 09:27:20 AM
I'm into Kick for the long term. price has taken a bashing but I believe the project has a strong future. I'm wondering what's going to happen on the 15th when all ICO tokens can on the exchanges. The bonus emissions look good but I wonder if everyone going to dump them then, wait for the price to drop then by back?

679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LSK] Lisk | Blockchain Application Platform for JavaScript Developers on: October 08, 2017, 06:43:50 PM
Ok, straight question, where do YOU see the Lisk price in a year from now, based on your subjective opinion ? 20, 30, 50, maybe 100$ ? This is not ''serious'' question, just wanted to know expectations and forecasts from different people, smarter than myself. Thanks !

once the sdk comes out it will litterally be an ethereum killer and Lisk will arrive there to stay.

If it works like its meant to and there are enough people that want to start using it then its going to be massive.

680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★DigiByte|极特币★★[DGB]✔ DigiSync v6.14.2 - DigiSpeed - Segwit -DiguSign on: October 08, 2017, 06:05:18 PM
I do not know digiByte team. Who are these people.
How many people are there?
I can not find anything on the website.
Why Organized Digibyte no event?
or why do not you see them in blockchain events?
this is important for investors.

I completely agree. I went on their website to have a look at the road map and it doesn't really mean anything to me. I'd love to know what interesting things are they working on? Who are they? What plans are for the future? What opportunities are going to come from the Citi prize? They need to do a bit more than keep repeating the same line about 'More Secure, faster & forward etc etc. Compare digibytes twitter feed to Lisk's, I found just one pic of Jared, the rest is graphics. Its a bit dry really. Come on guys come out and tell us what you're doing.

digibyte is open source, everyone could be developer including us, same like bitcoin didn't show who developer, it not they dont want but they cant, too many developer give contribution for development, jared is founder and not ceo digibyte, he didnt control or own digibyte it selft, and again same like satoshi nakamoto, he founder bitcoin and doesnt own bitcoin itself.

once again no one personal or company own/claim digibyte or bitcoin its self. because this coin is public stuff everyone can get it from mining and trading.
and of course they both has digibytecoin (jared) and bitcoin (satoshi nakamoto) because they should testing algo and try to mining first times, same things like we done, mining!.

marketing team only have by company who run blockchain system on their service, like digusign use digibyte blockchain for their service. every service run by blockchain system it mean the coin is important because they run this system, without this coin (digibyte or bitcoin) blockchain doesnt alive or their service will crash.

doesnt matter how much smartcontracts run on bitcoin blockchain it will die if no bitcoin transaction on their chain. doesnt matter much great prduct service who run on digibyte blockchain if no dgbcoin run on digibyte blockchain system, their service will die.
these coin who make blockchain alive. and all service like smartcontract can run very well.

you will understand with all i say if you know how mechanism of blockchain work

great answer! good job

Thanks for the answer.
I think we all know that. Digibyte is opensource and everyone can be developer.
So no well-known developer from Blockchan community is at DGB.
Otherwise we would have known this.

Yesterday Digibyte sent out a long Telegram message about some of the things they were up to which was good to read. I was making the point that It's not very easy to find in depth and current information about project from their website or Twitter feed, and you should be able to really.
