541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin vs. real money??? on: May 02, 2018, 01:03:20 PM
The concept of fiat money revolves around faith. It is the willingness of the people to put faith into them that makes it so successful. Fiat money as a traditional mode of transaction gives us assurance. We are predisposed to embrace things that are commonly accepted by the majority of people in our society and to conform to what was deemed normal in the past. Furthermore, fiat money is readily accessible to all sorts of people without any limiting factors such as age, social status, and location. As long as anyone is willing to accept money as a mode of transaction, there wouldn't be any problem. On the other hand, due to some limitations such as what people call the "digital divide" bitcoin find it hard to seep into the nook and cranny of our society. Unlike fiat money, bitcoin is limited only to people who have the required devices and access to the internet. Nevertheless, the potential of bitcoin being the international currency, for me, is very promising. It unlocks a whole new type of convenience people can surely enjoy.
Bitcoin and real money both have different functions but aim for common goal. It aims to provide people the best quality of life, and support their needs. Undeniably, real money is still widely acceptable and more people are still using it for ages, it has a central command. Whereas in the age of digital currency, bitcoin is indeed an innovation, it is not controlled by a single network. Since it's economy is young and still developing many people are still unaware as to how this technology works and hesitant to join the market. Being aware and serious to get to know its nature would help to fully understand, increase knowledge and be widely acknowledged in the global market and create a big difference in ones life.
542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can go wrong! on: May 01, 2018, 04:27:57 PM
Learn from experience to improve ourselves in terms of investment. all that takes time and also learning to be able to get big enough results. nothing is instant here. all there is a time
Every experience, it could be bad or good, we get to learn lessons from it. Positivity and keeping the inner strength  stable can help solve any problems and think creatively. Negativity can make you deal any task unproductively. Moreover, what we need in cryptocurrency is patience, determination, and courage, these qualities help greatly in your journey towards success, it's never easy and not always comfortable. But if you maintain a positive outlook in life, not losing faith whatever the circumstances are, then you can't go wrong. You can go wrong if you don't know how to respond to a situation and solve it compassionately.
543  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips to survived the difficulties on market downfall on: May 01, 2018, 03:53:12 PM
Hey base on the post I read today many people are hesitating to sell and panicking because of the bitcoin downfall that is happening today so I will just make this short and helpful (note to traders and holders that will comment here about my topic, that my top ideas is just basic but remember that we still have those people who do not understand this well)

HOPE THIS WOULD HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE PANICKING AND THINKING ABOUT IT TO MUCH.

1. Do not panic when market value is decreasing

2. Do not even think of selling you bitcoin or ethereum

3. Do not think about it to much, why? because it will rise like before it got really high and for that a man got a car ,a luxury to point that out. So maybe like him you will get rich BUT in a long term situation

Edit: additional. So, I suggest you go and hold next thing you know your might get rich

FOR INVESTING OR TRADING:

4. DO not invest really high that you can lose (DON'T INVEST WHAT YOU MAY LOSE)

5. study the past history of market value ( when holding or investing and even trading)

Thank you for this tips, its very useful to all new traders, and also patience inorder to survive the difficulties of the market.

First of all courage needs to invest in bitcoin to bear the loss. Second if the price decreases don’t sell your holdings for low price. Third is try to split your investment in different crypto instead of putting just in bitcoin. Forth is the environmental scanning of business trend and the last one is cryptocurrencybusiness is risky and you will have to take risks to earn money.

Holding on to your fears and hesitations hinder you from reaching your goals. Life throw unexpected things and is full of uncomfortable moments. Keeping calm and learning to suppress difficulties can give be very essential to have peace of mind and handle these with grace. Refrain from negative thinking, pause before you act, and trust your ability.
544  Local / Esercizi commerciali / Re: what do you think will be the future of this market? on: May 01, 2018, 01:35:32 PM
There is definately just time needed for every country to examine what this market is and how it operates, then we`ll see.
I also believed that it just take time for them to get into this type of market because the government cannot just jump in into this market because they are conservative because the future of their country is being putted on risk so they are doing it carefully to avoid mistakes and also to avoid having huge losses from this volatile market.
I don't want to have a final say yet since life is very inexorable. But based on its performance for almost a decade, I can say that it has so much potential to prosper and stay stronger in the global market. It is very valuable, and has made a difference in every life. As days passing by gradually, other countries and sectors are starting to  acknowledge and accept it. Besides, we can have so much contribution for its growth, if we continue to sincerely support it not only in highs and wins, but also in lows and losses.
545  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoins today and be a millionaire in the future! on: May 01, 2018, 01:09:36 PM
http://www.cnbc.com/2017/06/20/bitcoin-millionaire-erik-finman-says-going-to-college-isnt-worth-it.html

Have you heard of the story of a 12 year old kid who wagered with his mom that if he will be a millionaire at age 18 he will not go to college. To his mothers surprise he is now a millionaire and never went to college. His secret he bought bitcoin at 12$ with a 1000 $ gift from his grandmother.

If we also dream of getting rich in the future it is now time to invest in bitcoins. Many said that we will be experiencing bubbles more often, that is true but we have survived it and still bitcoin keeps moving on.

If we want to get rich invest in bitcoins today. The price of bitcoin today is at 2600$ and moving up but imagine its value 5 to 10 years from now.
Bitcoin as an investment for the past years were much profitable but now that bitcoin had already risen to almost $10k i think its already too risky.High value and the votality itself had made it too risky.Invedtors nowadays were risktakers when they make bitcoin as their investments, but as we can see bitcoin had already touches to almost $20k last 2017 and its possible that it would reach its peak again,if not this year or in yhe next couple of years when popularity and interest grows more.
Bitcoin is valuable and profitable, this is what makes it to be popular and with each passing day more investors are getting attracted and willing to join the market. Risks are always part of the journey, before investing learn to evaluate yourself and learn technical and fundamental analysis. This is a gateway to be a future millionaire if you only know how to play the game wisely and strategically. Invest what you can afford to lose, because the world of investment is unpredictable, it carries some degrees of crisis and risks and can't be controlled. Have yourself ready with the possibilities and be emotionally stable.
546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Taking Courses to learn about Bitcoin on: April 30, 2018, 06:28:52 PM
Has anyone taken a course online on sites like Udemy to learn about bitcoin? I just received a coupon to enroll in a bitcoin course for free. Would it be worth the time?
If anyone has any experience, do share.
You don't need to take courses and pay expensive tuition fees for you to learn bitcoin because there are many ways in the internet for you to increase your knowledge. This forum can help you to become knowledgeable person.
Absolutely! Taking courses to learn and boost knowledge can be an advantage, it provides formal training and is guided with a proper module. On the other hand, there are also courses offered online and it has more convenient learning environment and flexibility, you don't have to pay for a large amount of tuition fee, it offers variety of courses and programs, it provides opportunity to plan study time around the rest of the day, can still study and work at the same time, and course material is always accessible online, so there’s no need to schedule for a trip or to go to a library to do research and reading.
547  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you keep yourself from spending on unimportant things? on: April 29, 2018, 07:06:53 PM
To be honest there are no reason for you to spend and spend if you don't want your future to be ruined rhen stop spending too much and start saving money for the future always think that if you didn't need the item then why you buy it when after 1 or 2 weeks you will not use that anymore , buy those really important that you think you can use everyday
As a human nature, we tend to be impulsive at times, specially in decision-making, at buying or spending, without even thinking if its truly valuable or really needed. The best that we can do to prevent ourselves from spending on unimportant things would be to have a budget plan; buy only when needed; don't be convinced too much to freebies- it still can all cost you; buy the right reasons; do math check on your salary, income, expenses and savings; know when is the right time to buy and not; and buy good qualities.
Sometimes, we let our wants to control us more than our needs. In times where we are overpowered with our quick decision without planning, I believe what we need is a strong and scrupulous dicipline in ourselves. It may be hard at first, especially when we are not used to it, but sometimes it's better to unlearn the past unproductive habits, learn from it, move forward inorder to grow. Check if how much of your spent effort, time, and work is eaten up by a potential purchase. As much as possible, turn off temptation and do inventory check. Learn to share and be grateful as it creates a sense of abundance, which is good for the soul and a remedy to impulse purchasing. Remember, it's okay to buy nothing if not really needed. Learn to save and divide your expenses.
548  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can one trade without losing?? on: April 29, 2018, 04:54:17 PM
I looked at my pc screen 247, 20 hours out of the 24 hours in a day. I am familiar with all the trading signs like hammer,  inverted hammer, doji. But even with these I still lost while trading. Most times, I decided not to trade without news from a particular project but even with a huge news like partnership, burning folks, I end up still losing.
What's really the cause? And how can I trade without losing much?
I think you have missed some skills in the field of commerce. Because successful investors do not just stare at charts, they look at the value of the company / coin to make an investment.
I think you should read more books to improve it, or you can learn the teachers in the field of business, they will show you the basic things to succeed in this field.
There are a lot of factors to consider, looking at the chart would only be helpful if we have  stable market, the thing is we are in the opposite.
Since the market is volatile, the price is more unpredictable and as for me, my basis is the news and the speculation around.
One should be aware that in trading, everything is not always on top. Be open-minded that risks may come at anytime along trading journey. In trading, it is vital if you pick a strategy and stick with It. We can have different methods to pick in fulfilling trading goals. A lot of ways to be successful and no strategies are better than the other. If you find your best strategy, stick with it. Challenge yourself to gain more knowledge, familiarize types and strategies, seek help from influencers. Focus on the future, make an informed decision on future potential. It may be hard to play the volatile game of cryptocurrency, but at least having an idea can help reduce the risks.
549  Economy / Economics / Re: Why BTC is having a high price? on: April 29, 2018, 03:26:11 PM
It was below 1k last year beginning. But from the mid year prices started to explode! What's the reason behind these price rise?
The value of the bitcoin is base on the price of the demand and supply in the cryptocurrency market. The bitcoin has limit supply of 21 millions and it is the reason why the bitcoin is becoming more valuable as time passing by.
I totally agree! As the leading crypto all over the world, it draws so much popularity and curiosity among others. With each passing day, more people are getting willing to learn more it nature, advantages and disadvantage and drives them to join this fast evolving world of digital currency. Just like any other forms of businesses, trading, investment, or even in cryptocurrency, the law of supply and demand are always present and that is why it has an effect in the rise and fall of price. Bitcoin has a fixed supply, and the volume of demand is increasing that's why it results to a higher price and can't be deflated compared to other cryptocurrencies. Our support to BTC has a great impact in inviting more audience and serious people to be part of its family and make it prosper.
550  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will never reach 20,000 again on: April 28, 2018, 03:01:55 PM
Bitcoin is showing signs of life again  Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley
Yeah you are right bitcoin is rising again and $20000 is not far away. It was its previous highest price a few months ago and I hope that it will reach to 20K again. The market cap is increasing and more people are investing in bitcoin. That’s why the price is also growing and we saw jump in the price from 8000 to 8800 dollars in just few days.
Disappoint people can say that or those people who are against bitcoin and do not want success of bitcoin. Otherwise the price is increasing day by day and it is not impossible that will reach again to 20000 dollars. If the people trust continues the price may accede than 20000. It is already more than $9000 and till the end of this year it is possible that it will reach to $20000.

Well there's a difference between being pessimistic and being realistic. At this point, 20k is still a long way to go even with the way btc is moving right now since corrections should be expected. I believe in the potential of btc but since i believe that, i'm ready to take the long wait even with corrections happening every now amd then
I appreciate how people are so optimistic about the trend of bitcoin and despite its fall still they are very hopeful. Honestly, due to its volatility, it's hard to predict when high is high or the other way around. This is where Bitcoiners are tested as to how strong their faith and trust are, and the support they have not only in good times, but also on its darkest hours. Government regulations, supply and demand, banning Bitcoin in some part of the world, are  just some of the factors that might affect its value. As Bitcoiner, I still believe that it will rise and make another mark and history in the global market.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any advice for a newbie? on: April 28, 2018, 12:26:04 PM
my advice for newbie you should better investment your bitcoin rather than you trading, you may also trading but you must have a knowladge about market, how to market move, when stop trade and when to time trade. if you dont know that. i suggest dont entering in trade, you just spend your bitcoin and dont have a result. the point is, must learn and learn then have an experience in this field
This is true, the best advice for a beginner is not to engage in day trading. The best option is investing in bitcoin for a long time. Of course you can not invest your last funds, it can have sad consequences.

Day-trading is a very difficult job that is not good for a newbie. The best advice to any beginner is to follow all possible information coming from the crypto market. Also, visit this Forum more often.
yes. day trading is high risk for newbie. i think learn ico or altcoins is best choice
when newbie know about ico, you can join in bounty or giveaway
It may be hard for newbies to understand the entire structures of cryptocurrency, but there are some tips and pieces of advice that can help replicate any mistakes they may encounter due to lack of knowledge. My advice to newbies would be to only invest money which they can afford to lose, be aware of cryptocurrency market's volatility (it's normal), learn some basic terminologies used in cryptoland for better understanding. Watch youtube videos, use twitter and telegram for the news. Above all, don’t be too dependent with the advise of other people, do your own study and homework. Don’t panic, be patient.
552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency kills people on: April 28, 2018, 11:07:14 AM
It can be siad about everything popular nowadays, if we replcae "bitcoin" on "dollar" nothing will change because terrorists don't care what to use for their goals.
I disagree with the headline statement. I don't believe that cryptocurrency kills people, it is an instrument created to help people and the community.  Let's not put all the incrimination to cryptocurrency. It's us who kill each other, and sadly ourselves. Abusing its usage, being irresponsible, negligence, greediness, dissatisfaction and negative thoughts. I hope we can slowly eradicate this kind of attitude and live life happily, full of love and hope.
553  Economy / Economics / Re: You're not wealthy yet, so you're not allowed to be wealthy on: April 27, 2018, 12:55:59 PM
The rule that only accredited investors, which means people who are already wealthy, are allowed to participate in certain ICOs is senseless imo. It's like saying "YOU'RE NOT WEALTHY YET, SO YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BE WEALTHY." Stupid society, with obsolete rules, we're living in.

Disclaimer: I'm not a US citizen, and I've not read that law
Participating ico requires minimum amount of investment,so i see no reason why youre keep on saying about this,or maybe im missing something here?or isnt it that creating ico is what you're implying?well i dont kniw but im pretty sure theres something wrong about something here
Nobody could tell and judged what your future holds, never allow others to stop you from becoming successful. They have their own dreams in life, and so we do too. We are all entitled to have a good future, and it all depends on us how are we gonna make it. I believe crypto is a gateway to success if we just let ourselves believe its potential, and work hard for it, while being patient and positive to face any trials that may come along the way.
554  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin too complicated for ordinary folks? on: April 26, 2018, 02:14:16 PM
Right now it's too complicated, but user-friendly interfaces will increasingly be more common, along with insurance in case of theft or loss. We are still very early in the blockchain revolution.
Honestly, bitcoin is a broad technology and a wide market to explore, and I can certainly say it's complicated especially if you don't have any idea of what it is, how does it work, and more factors to consider that makes it intricate. We all go through the same path, we all started as beginners and our burning desire is what guides us to achieve success. I think the only way to overcome its complexity is to relax, study, seek help from experts, don't limit yourself from learning new things, use it responsibly and share it to others, because knowledge is a blessing. Be kind and make a difference not only in yourself, but for others.
555  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin for all levels of society, without any difference on: April 26, 2018, 01:26:37 PM
yes Bitcoin is available worldwide for everyone having connection and some basical knowledge about this crypto currency and how to store it securely, regardless the age or the level in the society. It is a decentralized currency and no one can control it or ban it, including governments.
Yeah because decentralization is no centralized control so there is no rule whatsoever for bitcoin. anyone is free to use bitcoin and they are free to store bitcoin as much as anything. anonymous makes things no different. therefore bitcoin can be used by anyone. but the problem is bitcoin can only be used on the internet, where the lower class people may not be able to access the internet?

Bitcoin is a global currency and its functions are not controlled by any single company. However, it warmly welcomes people despite personal and professional background, cultural and traditional differences, and race as long as there is a sincere faith in bitcoin, strong interest to learn about it, compassion about doing the task given, patience in facing struggles and the determination to continue living life to achieve success, no matter what happen.
556  Economy / Economics / Re: What happens when there is NO electricity? How does one trade with BTC? on: April 25, 2018, 05:30:17 PM
bitcoin is not an alternative to cash yet. so it is not an issue at all. you cant buy fresh water or food with bitcoin. even if you buy you pay so much transaction fee and you have to wait so long for approvals. but in the future maybe after lightening network it will be possible. and no without electricity or any power supply you cant do any payment.
I think this is one of the challenges that might affect the role of BTC. Significantly, electricity, internet, cellular tower, power supply are its major sources of data to let nodes establish contact in the network. It would cause inconvenience along the way and it's quite difficult. I think fiat would still be an option if it would happen, but I would suggest that the smart course of action is diversification.
557  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which knowledge is important for crypto trading? on: April 24, 2018, 06:49:44 AM
You have to understanding which level price called support and resistance area, by know strong support and strong resistance areawill make more easy to decide when best area to buy and sell. That is apart of technical analysis, and beside that should understanding about fundamental of the coins that can increase the demand.

You have talked here about few of them, but what I believe is, if a person is coming into this field, he must know everything related to bitcoins and their trading. No matter, from which background he is just coming off, he must be learning all the basics and thumb rules and every little information related to this topic. Because this would be letting his trading skills so up within short period of time.
Precisely! It is a very dangerous game beginners or to those who don't cohere to a well-planned method. Having an idea on how to play the game correctly can be an advantage for a gainful result. Never limit yourself to learn the scope and beyond of crypto trading. Better to be well-versed about it to have a full grasp of understanding of what it is, how it works, and more. The more it also gives the confidence and peace of mind because you already have the idea, guide, and flow to follow.
558  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Party's over. Go get a job, you lazy animals... on: April 24, 2018, 05:50:14 AM
I was afraid it was over but it seems the party is about to begin again! Lucky for us we now have hope that we can be rich one day as reasonably early adopters into this new age of blockchain technology

I was about to say that mate. It looks like the party has just started so everyone should be on board by now.

But as far as the OP's rant, he raised a valid point. I also seen countless individuals making tons of money in Youtube, lol. But I guess times is really changing so fast now that we humans should adapt to the technologies.

Crypto though has opened a lot of opportunities in making money without proper degree or education. But if you want to work from behind, like a dev, at least you need to finished or get a degree it computer science, or anything related to Information Technology.
We make use of our time for productivity and value. And I don't think it's a sign of laziness. Laziness is doing nothing for your progress and prosperity. Working in crypto world is a job, I say job because it's a duty and responsibility. I don't believe that it's over because with each passing day, the technology becomes more trusted and more people become more interested in it.
559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do we need to diversify? on: April 23, 2018, 03:57:23 PM
diversify their assets. This allows you to partially secure your investments. After investing in one coin, you can incur large losses if its price drops.
I guess diversification is a very nice strategy in any form of investment, yet being aware of the risks should not be forgotten. It allows you to divide and spread your assets around to legit projects, stocks and bonds. However, it is discouraged to put all your assets in one project to avoid much losses, better to have options.
560  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your opinion about the fall of bitcoin on: April 23, 2018, 03:13:11 PM
All i understand is that bitcoin's fall of its market cap and its price is due to low demand of the people. Some of these people are selling their bitcoin at a lower price during crisis because they literally panicked.

or could be just a market manipulation, who knows?
Cryptocurrency is so wild and it is so volatile - not to mention that it is so hard to predict. You are right that most of the bitcoin holders were panicking and selling their coins even if at a loss.
For some reason, I feel worried. A lot of factors to be considered of its fall. Government calling it as an illegitimate form of payment system, India is doing all the measures to remove crypto assets, banning related advertisement in social media and other countries cracking down its functionalities. But I'm still hopeful that there is a silver lining and light behind every darkness.
