I heard that Kore is in Brazil now and building some good features... Anxious to see it.
Hey how you doing?, There is bitcoin conference coming up in Brazil that the team members will attend and there might be another few surfing events that we will set up the Kore booth to spread the good word about Kore, privacy, anonymity, freedom, Bitcoin and security. When we get closer to the events i will let everybody know all the details Main focus of the team right now is the new wallet code and a lot of other good things. This plan can really be the start of a whole nw era in the crypto markets. I think this can be a very very huge sucess in the future. The dev team is really on point and i believe in them.

Could you please provide pre-compiled kore-qt v0.12.6.2 for Ubuntu 16.04?
I was on Kore Core version v0.12.5.0-aefd2fa-dirty (64-bit) I am guessing thats not working so it was blocked. How are you able to block wallets doesnt that go against decentralisation if you can just block people? Also do I just need to download the new wallet and run that or do I need to remove all the synced data and run from scratch? This is not fighting decentralization. It strengthens the network/decentralization. It is a standard in the crypto space to block old, outdated misbehaving peers. Yes,... It means you are required to do an upgrade. When upgrading wallets: First make sure your existing wallet is up to the current block by checking with the block explorer. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/kore/If it is not on the correct block delete the chainstate, database, backups and block folders so it loads the correct chain before updating to the current wallet and make sure you load the full chain to the current block. Delete your peers and banlist files before starting the new wallet. MikeMike |

This update includes: 1-Updated protocols allowed to connect to the wallet, this terminates connections from all peers with old protocol versions (12.5 and below) 2-Banned dead masternodes from receiving payment 3-This helps with network stability and should stop a lot of forks. 4-Updated configuration file generation to not include a dead node. 5-Update to kore.life scripts for file checking.
