What do you need to do to stake Kore coins?
I have staking=1 in my kore.conf file, made sure my wallet is unlocked and has been running for over 8 hours. Am i missing something?
Thanks.
Try locking it and unlocking it again. If you have less than 2-3k coins it will take awhile till the difficulty adjustment is released. MikeMike

It will be a few days before the revised Masternode Setup guide is released that addresses some of the suggestions given and some extra "newbie level" instructions.

NOTE: If you have KORE staking could you consider to put this in your kore.conf file: setstakesplitthreshold=2000 It will stop splitting your amount into half once it is below 2000 KORE. Close your wallet, update your conf file with it, send all your KORE to one or more addresses if a large amount. You could change the 2000 to be a bit more or less if you like or not do it at all. This could help you stake better till we get the update finished.

Thanks John,
Good plan to support the staking as much as possible till we get all this sorted out and once it is the Masternodes rewards will then increase exponentially. Best to resend yourself most or all your wallet balance to one or a few addresses every 3-4 days to provide you the best staking returns.
MikeMike
We need that process added to "masternode how to" I agree and asked a few hours back it be added to the revised version.

Really happy to have discovered this little raw diamond a few months ago, and even happier I did not buy it right now because Kore is a little cheaper today :-)
At these price levels, the 40000/50000 satoshi range, is certainly one of the best deals an investor can do; on a 12 month horizon Kore can change life today!
Agree. So cheap to begin building a mastenode farm. KORE has a good chance to be above $50 by end of 2018. Those will be $25k masternodes by then and paying 40% annually. I have another MN coin(I will stand up 20 MN's) that by the end of 2018 will provide $50k month income. I think masternode #100 should get a prize :-) As KORE approaches $10 I will deploy 10's of MN's. @devWhats the maximum amount of nodes that can be created and how will that affect ROI? Cant seem to get any help in your telegram so ill ask here. Can I use your windows wallet to set up a MN? or do I have to use Linux?
You can in windows but we dont give support for it. Best to go to the KORE Support thread in Discord and ask as do others. https://discord.gg/VD2kytEMikeMike

in my bookmarks was this site - korecoin . net, it looks better
We dont have access to that old site and some of the information is outdated. Don't be fooled by the look of a site/coolness. Sure for the crypto space this is great but KORE is reaching out way beyond the crypto space. Be more concerned with the main stream acceptance to the site. MikeMike I just noticed that the old website is still linked on coinmarketcap. It may be a good idea to reach out to them to have it removed. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/korecoin/We did a few times and will continue to. Thanks for the reminder. MikeMike

The necessary structure and information can be copied without having access to the server,I think it's not normal when the site looks like this <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Frameset//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/frameset.dtd"> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv='content-type' content='text/html; charset=UTF-8'> <meta name="KEYWORDS" content=""> <meta name="DESCRIPTION" content=""> <meta name="VERSION" content=""> <link href="" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon"> <title></title> </head> <frameset rows='100%, *' frameborder=no framespacing=0 border=0> <frame src="http://www.ore.life" name=mainwindow frameborder=no framespacing=0 marginheight=0 marginwidth=0></frame> </frameset> <noframes> <h2>Your browser does not support frames. you did not even take care of the correct https configuration, link in your signature does not work hope for the success of your project, good luck in everything! Thanks for bringing this to my attention. You can simply let me know the link is not working. No need to make it a big deal... It is very evident he site is in transition. We know... Have an awesome day! MikeMike

Much thanks to Richie from Bittrex reindexing the KORE wallet. mikeMike

The Bittrex wallet appears to be stuck Next release will be soon, this will (hopefully) fix bittrex's downtime issue, and everyone else's. Please be patient. Matrix Does this release fixes the staking issues as well? It's been 6 days since i got my last stake and the amount appears to be less than before the swap. Thanks The Difficulty will be lowered yes. You can resend yourself your coins into one or two larger amounts which will help. MikeMike
