@Team: thank you for your fantastic work and the excellent communication about next steps.
One thing I still would like to know is how many Kore for a masternode? We are less than 3 days from the release of a new wallet and the volatility has not been low lately (to put it nicely). I know it's my money and my responsibility, but I'd really like to know how many Kore I will need to either buy dips, sell tops or keep hodling. I would appreciate some prior notice lest I get caught in a draw-down or a parabolic rise, depending on the MN number.
If I read the introduction of this thread right: "The first wallet release is going to introduce Masternodes to the Kore community.", we are 2.5 days from the masternode feature. I am sure the math is hammered out at this point and the number is set in stone.
So, please either tell us or at least tell us why you keep avoiding telling us. I would be much more at ease if it's simply "we keep you in the dark because we need everyone to stake coins, so we want to avoid people selling". Or something like that.
TIA.
The amount of coins needed for a Masternode will be announced at the wallet release. There is no ulterior motive. What I can tell you is it will be between 400 - 600. MikeMike

the easiest and safest way for the swap would it be to send the coins to bittrex?
THX
The way for the best success of a smooth transition to the new chain would be to have some coins in your wallet staking and load the new wallet asap soon as released and PoW and stake coins in it. MikeMike so I just send it from the old wallet to the new one? No. You load the new wallet. move/copy-paste your wallet.dat from /korecoin to /kore and restart the new KORE wallet. Done. MikeMike All my coins are on the bi-trex Should I shoot them directly into the new wallet, or a- wait for the Trex to do the swap b- move to the old wallet, and do a manual swap Thanks. I cant make those decisions for you. What I can tell you is the best way to support the swap is to have the new wallet loaded asap as we release the new wallet, have some coins in the new wallet and mine and stake. This will ensure a strong new KORE Network. To do this you would need some coins in the old wallet first. MikeMike

Happy Thanksgiving to all you Canadians.
Can’t wait till the Mn and new how to videos are released.
Thanks for all the help
Bitcoin over 6,000 CDN $ right now. Whee
As a gift, KORE is today ON SALE !! I bought more, sold some TRST Seems KORE is not completely immune as it goes main stream from the BTC going up ='s a fair percentage of the alts goes down a bit. This reaction I found to rotate among the alts... Awesome for those who have been wanting to gather enough for their Masternodes. MikeMike

Countdown to KORE wallet release and coin rebranding and swap: ***Edit: SMF 1.1.19 (what this forum relies upon) doesn't support a countdown with BBC code without mods added to the server. So, to see the countdown timer move, you have to refresh the site.*** ****NOTE: The different timezones given on the image shows when different zones will end/close down. This multiple time zone Timer is a critical asset. The timer has a real purpose that benefits and aids a smooth transition to the New KORE and helps the Community support this transition to a stable and healthy new KORE Network. Thanks Clutch, MikeMike

Happy Saturday Kore family... Today we enter our second round of unit testing on the new wallet... The work is long and arduous, so if you don't hear from me much it is because I'm extremely busy... Please keep supporting the network and staking your coins on the existing wallet... Thank you for being part of our community... I hope we are treating you as well and you are treating us. Thank you for all the support....
Huck
Thanks for "coming up for air and posting"... Appreciate all the KORE Dev Team is doing to make this a smooth and successful transition to the New KORE. I dont think many of us has had any decent sleep recently with all that has been transpiring. MikeMike

Hi there! Sorry for my absence in last times. I followed the development and the discussion but didnt find time to post regurarly. Im glad to see all these news coming out in the near future; thanks to MM and to all the amazing team he built. Kore looks quite undevaluted yet, have a look to the Marketcap. I can image easily x3 x5 after the release and x10 after all people realise the real Kore value. We need to came inside the top 100 and straight on the 50; just give it time, problably less then how we expect. GO KORE!
Good to see you ballad. Don't be such a stranger... Thanks for dropping by when you can and have a Great Weekend! MikeMike
