Minex didnt issue anything. It is UPaycard ,no Minex logo, nothing. They can put picture of any card on the world  On the picture is business card which companies are issuing to theirs workers,not customers. So these scammers think they can tell everybody that "UPaycards" are "Minexpay" cards and people are actually going to believe these liars?? The "Ambassador for Republia" yurez83 is doing a great job by using lots of swearing in his posts. Something does not add up. They claim they have sent cards out to customers all over the world but nobody will receive anything until January. If the cards really are sent they will be shut down by Mastercard within days of them finding out about the Minex scam. |

I see that the coin has recently got new exchanges for which it was registered, but why is the coin standing still and not growing? Simple, there were just few cards in testing phase. When few thousands cards go into, no way you can conceal them from being spotted by Mastercard - you can conceal small mouse,but not the elephant. I think there is another possibility. They could easily have just taken an off the shelf prepay Mastercard and used that card number to show transactions using API in their web wallet. The "test" card did not have to be supplied by the third party and was only called a "test" card by the scammers while they ran their own tests. In all probability they used a prepay card and added balance to it, simple using an API. The process just takes longer so probably that is why in those videos of transactions taking place in shops and ATMs they kept refreshing the page on the phone to update balance but it usually took 5 minutes to update. It is probably because it is following a longer route. Instead of going from: customer >>> cardcard >>> customerthey are probably going from customer >>> third party real card owner >>> cardcard >>> third party real card owner >>> customerAlso IF the Minexsystem/Minexpay/Minexcoin scammers really are going to send out cards it seems that these cards are purchased in bulk, their wrapping will have to be opened, their card numbers logged by Minexsystem/Minexpay/Minexcoin scammers and then the cards will be sent to Minexpay customers. There is also a possibility that the card issuer of those cards purchased in bulk does not even know what scam the Minexsystem/Minexpay/Minexcoin scammers are about to pull so could be completely innocent. maybe they have no dealing at all with Borys and co because they were purchased from local shops and not directly from the card issuer. I would not put it past Borys and co to do that. As soon as Mastercard are informed about the scam they will cancel all the cards AND they will make sure whether it is Minexsystem/Minexpay/Minexcoin or Chain2Pay - any request for creating and selling cards related to these scammers will automatically be dismissed, Borys and co will be blacklisted by VISA and Mastercard to ever apply for a card program. This will all end in disaster for innocent customers who will be left with worthless and useless cards on their hands but hopefully it will end up with another court case against Borys and co |

Iam only afraid that poor people who took a bait will lose theirs precious money due to Minex irresponsible gamble with Mastercard.
I dont know what were people from Minex thinking when started issuing these non-branded Mastercards.Obviously,they didnt think about consequences of such act. Now ,in constant fear of cancelling cards they are doing things in deep secrecy, thinking how dealing in such way will save them from Mastercard retribution.
Of course,such behaviour would make everybody to think that it is something really wrong behind it. Cant blame anyone who thinks like that. On the contrary they were so happy to present theirs customers how they made issuing contracts, features of cards, how cards look.Everybody except Minex.

It would be better for Minex they then abandoned card program and start more focusing on whitelist.Especially if they made exchange this year, which could create longterm source of income for Minex and prevent such disastruos fall of MNX.
Instead they put all efforts in chasing payment card program they had not enough knowledge to realise it. Minex lost reputation,money,precious time.Now they are facing 2 not so good choices:
- first, to continue sending non-branded Mastercards which is gamble they cant win.The moment Mastercard cancels cards it would be end of Minex
- second, to stop sending non-branded Mastercards,take a bitter pill, make sincere apology to theirs customers and open a new page in a way how they are dealing business and behave to theirs clients.More focus on making exchange as probably the best way to make longeterm source of income and stop offending and attacking non-satisfied clients - make decent and professional support service.Minex forgot old rule that client is always right. He has 3 companies in Ukraine. Ukraine police during the raid siezed documentation in one company and found that Boris(his company Domostroy-7 ,Reg. number - EDRPOU 39486496)) and his business buddies made a ring of 23 companies which presenting false documentation about false expenses and made a damage to the state of $241.000.Prosecution opened a criminal case on 14th. September this year due to tax evasions No. 753/8599/18 against him and his buddies. Boris also had 2 business lawsuits in recents years.In one case he took money($ 22000) in advance to make some work which he never did(sound familiar ),so company with who he had a contract sued him and got him on court,of course. Court made decision on 14th.May 2018,case No. 910/764/18 . Name of Boris company is FK BUD, Reg. Number 36529767 In other case ,his third company - EVROBUD Ukraine , Reg. No. 36800848bought some machines and instruments worth about $25000 from Hilti company. Of course ,Boris didnt pay for it and Hilti company sued him and got on court - case No. 5011-41 / 1743-2012 I have so many documentation about it and I will present it in full with pictures, registration data, court data,etc.  Thank you!! It's just so hard to believe that there are all these genuinely good people with good intentions that feel the need to warn all of these 'gullible' investors -- that are just lining up to dump their life savings into MNX. The thing with ponzies is that when you get in early you cant lose money. I milked minexbank over a year and sold all throughout the year so no I didnt lose any money from this shitcoin. I just milked it and moved on. Same was with masternode coins. Get in, milk it as long as it is profitable and then dump shitcoins to next fools trying to get rich with shitty altcoins. And that is the way to go because you played the scammers at their own game, made a profit and dumped their useless and worthless coins on to them before getting out before the house cards fell down.
