It all depends on how successful Lightning technology will be. If everything turns out with this technology, then BCH will lose its positions. At the moment we are seeing that the bitcoin has high commissions and slow speed. When start Lightning technology, this problem will be solved. Therefore, it is necessary to look at the situation. Thanks for bringing this to our notice. I almost fall victim of this scam exchange believing i'm investing in ADAB project..Lots of scam project in crypto space. Now they are even using same name with ADAB . Newbie can fall victim if not careful

Obviously they are in big trouble,because intesity and frequency of theirs lies increased significantly in the last week.

Ukranian state company register clearly shows that Minexsystems has 0% shares in Omnigames. 0 is 0, but when Boris does math it is not    Cant sell 5% of 0  

Omnigames is not company which making games ,but small wholesaler - see at picture on mine previous post - they are registred as publishing game company,not making one - so another Boris lie.

I bet that evaluation(done by whom? Boris ) on $8-10 millions is nothing more but just another Boris wet dream. Like all his previous promises,another lie to prop his scam a little bit longer.

Another lie published in his blog on Medium - that investing funds will pay 5% of shares in MNX    That is hilarious as much as his previous mega-lie how "european prominent bank"  paid 1710 BTC for a part in Minex project during pre-ICO in the time when Minex did not exist(not registred) as company     Banks and investing funds does not pay in cryptos and nobody will pay $8-10 million for some unknown little game wholesaler as Omnigames is.

In the meantime it is 8th day how they lost ability to use  theirs card system and now it is obvious that Minexpay / UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS account on Upaycard has been blocked.


Boris scam project is falling apart,people are banning on Telegram just like that and in panic, he is throwing more and more lies trying to cover ultimate failure.

Omnigames is currently launching a series A round and has already received interest from numerous investment funds, such as GFR Fund, TechAngels, EY Start-up Accelerator, IP Group plc, Inventure, Greylock Partners, and others.

Boris AR game is introduced. The game is exactly what you can expect from construction guy with no experience at all in making video game. And with the game came another portion of lies ,how Minexsystems is main shareholder in Omnigames:

The Rock Trading stopped lying about European Law that they knew it's inapplicable until Italy adopt it and now are putting their hopes on Italian Law.

Too bad, article 3, n.º 5, i), of the italian Legislative Decree No. 90 of 25 May 2017 on AML and KYC duties,  says that crypto exchanges are restrictively ("limitatamente") subject to this duties only on their operations of conversion from crypto to fiat. That is, to customers who ask for fiat withdrawals, which is not my case.

And by the looks of it, some intelligent people in the Minexscam Telegram are asking some pertinent questions  to CryptoRich, another one of Boris's Sukas.

ICO fund used for selling premined coins on Instabuy is already empty.Minexbank will be soon too. They still have 980000 premined coins in Developper fund and I believe they will use it for Minexbank and Instabuy,but at present price it will be enough for only 3 months. And IF and only IF price does not go down further ,which is highly unlikely due to massive coins influx from selling and parking.Mine estimation is 1.5-2 months.

Selling via Instabuy significantly dropped last week which can be a sign that market is oversaturated and cant absorb much more coins in the future.In that case Minexcoin will be forced to sell coins directly on exchanges to fund its expenses - and that will accelerate already bad situation so much that MNX would hardly survive 1 month in such conditions.

Investing in video game is not originally Boris idea - what one construction guy can know about making video games and its market? Nothing. Iam sure it was somebody else idea,somebody who Boris trusts.Somebody younger,his son or some younger associate or combined. Whatever , it was definitely very bad idea. It is pure gambling with very bad odds,but gambling with investors money not his own.



Today is a 5th day from theirs tweet that they lost ability to refill cards. This is too much time for some technical problem.Maybe this guy was right that Upaycard or Mastercard blocked theirs account:

Minexbank has coins for one month only. They can replenish it with premined coins from Developpers fund (980.000),but they need these coins for selling on Instabuy too. They are selling on Instabuy $75000 / 170.000 MNX coins per month. They need, at today prices at least 300.000 coins per month to stay afloat.With coins from Dev. fund it is max. 3 months of work before big bang comes. Such huge selling will produce huge inflation too,so it will last even less, 1.5-2 months.

They cant drop parking rate sharply,because it will cause massive selling/dumping of coins and price will go to $0.2-0.25 or less literally overnight.I believe they wont change anything - they will use coins from Dev. fund for Minexbank and for Instabuy selling to the bitter end - to the last coin.

I dont believe that game making project suddenly came from nowhere. Most certainly it was primary plan from the beginning. But who will give Boris money for it? Nobody, of course, so he made a nice whitepaper,gave many promises which he has never intented to fulfill ,just to attract investors to give him money.

To define why it is a strange scam,we have to go deeper in the Boris mind.  Boris made nice whitepaper filled with many promises,just to get money from investors for his gaming and crypto projects. He lied investors in pre-ICO that some "prominent european bank" invested in his virtual,non-registred pre ICO 1700 BTCs just to avoid to return money due to failed pre-ICO phase.So, it was scam from the very beginning. Question is why Boris didnt take money and run after ICO?

He didnt because he believed that his idea about video game making is so fantastic and lucrative enough to bring him substantial money, enough to make him very wealthy man and to repay investors who he scammed with false whitepaper and empty promises.Just remember how he fiercly defended unrealistic price of MNX $53000 per coin in the interview with Cryptorich as something achievable.

Boris is a little guy,who ran construction/demolition business not so good (23 lawsuits against him) ,but deeply convinced he was destined to something much,much bigger.This belief  was so powerful that it created megalomania which blinded him to go into video game and crypto projects,businesses he has absolutely 0 experience and knowledge about it. So , he was intending to scam people for "the sake of greater good" - to lie investors just to take needed money from them ,then to invest it into his dream projects which will eventually make rich everybody.But it turned bad because of incompetence,greed and constant stream of lies ,needed to calm down investors. That is why this scam is not so ordinary.Though I maybe wrong that he ever had a real wish to repay investors when he becomes rich,because scammers mind is highly egocentric , always work for himself and do not care at all about others.

The second one - Boris is using Minex funds to pay developpers to make a game(his private project,never mentioned on whitelist and obviously primary reason to start ICO - Minexcoin was just a suitable financial vessel to collect needed money for project) which he hopes people will use and that will make him money.

I don't mind the risk reward. But the difference of 10 times is strange (5000 coins 45% per annum) vs (100 coins 4.5% per annum). We're not in a casino.

Cant erase truth. They live in a cloud,thinking that nobody will know for theirs scams if they are deleting every post which is not against them but only suspicious about theirs activities. They are running out of money, all financing is via selling premined coins via Instabuy,Minexbank coins are almost spent.

Boris spent a lot of money for making video games,buying now useless ATMs and who knows what else,not thinking at all to make first at least 1 or 2 reliable income sources for project. I believe they started payment cards program only to provide enough money and time for Boris to finish expensive video games.That is why they didnt care will theirs cards be banned or not,are they legal or not.Cards need to held just few months to patch Boris financial black hole,until video game is finished.

Of course, finishing game does not mean anything. Be accepted on market with such fierce competition is a different story and probability that construction guy,with no prior knowledge about it, will succeed is infinitely small.

Boris is gambling with it ,because it is not his money,but investors. Whatever destiny of that game will be,Iam sure he wont get out of Minex without nice amount of cash in his pockets.

Large holders of coins (more than 5000) receive 45% per annum. Small coin holders (less than 100) receive 4.5% per annum. The difference is 10 times. This is unfair and leads to centralization.
