It's a reasonable coins with masternode and POW, so you can mine or just setup a masternode for rewards.
The masternode return are really high, but cannot really continue such high rewards. I will consider to setup a masternode, the initial coins number are too high.
One thing to keep in mind is that masternode rewards are currently only 20% of the block reward. They will increase monthly to 25%, 33.3%, and then finally 50% at the beginning of month 4. |

I've had issues with finding a stable pool, I like the project but it's a DDOS fest between Umine/Poolof32th/BSOD...
Minertopia and Masterhash pools have both been building up security on the backend to help prevent against the pool war that seems to be occurring between these pools since we launched the coin. Unfortunately people keep piling into pools that have issues and complaints because they have high hash power instead of going to the pools that have actively been setting themselves up to avoid these issues. There's nothing we can do as coin devs except suggest people start moving to different pools if they're unhappy with the ones that they're currently at. |

There is no minimum amount needed to stake once PoS goes active. We had a deal, I respected that, and now you removed us from your mining pool post. No problem, we can handle it since we knew people like you are always trying to take advantages like this. I appreciate your opinion. The fact of the matter is that each time I respectfully asked you to be sure that you're advertising your pool as an unofficial pool, not linked to the official project in any way, you would agree. Shortly thereafter I would find you advertising in a new place where you weren't stating this. After multiple official team members had the same conversation with you, we decided it would be easiest to just remove you from the list of official pools. If you'd like to switch the domain you're using to something that isn't an obvious attempt at trying to look like an official pool to drive traffic to it, we will happily add you back onto the list. |

What is the hashing Speed of an RX 480 or an 1070 for this Coin?
From what I've been seeing it doesn't look particularly profitable to mine with AMD. A 1070 though, should get you around 40Mh/s, perhaps more depending on OC and luck. |

It would be helpful to have all the active pools listed in the OP -- a user that might want to compare the available pools in a more informed or systematic way currently has to survey 31 pages of forum. Also, it might be beyond expectations of what's usually encountered at BTC-talk, but a listing of fees and geographical region of pools (if possible) would be awesome and not that much admin work after the initial steps (assuming that pools don't change their fees charged more than once a week or so). It would take forty-five minutes time tops to gather this information -- I'm not necessarily volunteering for this (but if noone else springs into action or takes point on this I suppose I could). The geographical region is useful to know (or at least hypothesize), of course, to minimize the latency for shares submitted. Also, just as an observation, I find it endlessly amusing how people pile into the pools with the biggest hashrate (to get an infinitesimal share of the pool's overall mined coins while effectively benefiting others with monster GPU-rigs or rented hash) instead of doing the logical thing and using pools with less hash to potentially earn greater rewards to their own benefit. A more judicious look at the probability of mined coins (also considering the fees of the pools) would probably earn them more BWK if they thought things through. Moreover, mining at pools smaller than the top two or three helps distribute the coin more widely, incentivizing the smaller coinholders instead of subtly encouraging people to be a bunch of sheeple/bandwagon-hoppers and enriching predominantly the operators of the favored top two or three pools and the larger miners). Speaking as a pool admin, please follow this advice. Too much concentration of hashing power on a single pool is not good for any coin. If a single pool ends up with more than 50% of the network hashing rate it can unintentionally create a soft fork which is specific to the pool and invalid everywhere else. Anyone mining that fork will find themselves without any valid/useful rewards. That's been attempted multiple times due to everybody bandwagoning to the largest pool repeatedly. Our developer has put safeguards in place and, to date, has prevented this from occurring multiple times successfully. That being said, it's never GOOD to do that, but there doesn't seem to be much we can do to stop people. To Heratys, if you would like to compile a list, I would happily update our ANN. Unfortunately we'll have pools that advertise and go days without any hashpower being added to their pool or we'll have pools request to be added and then disappear the next day. It's constantly shifting and changing so we decided the best course of action is to just list pools once they've successfully got some hashpower on board and don't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. |

Do you have a step by step guide for setting up a masternode somewhere on your website, or is that something you get access to more through your discord or telegram channels?
Not that I'm able to set up a masternode, or even have the bulwark to do it, but just interested in learning more about masternodes and how it works. Also how involved it is, or if anyone that gets the required coin along with a vps, would be able to set it up with basic technical knowledge.

Let's talk about Coinmarketcap and the Masternode ranking sites... they've all said the total available coins = 539k for at least a day. That's not accurate. Or it shouldn't be.
They usually don't take premine amount into account considering they are not available for sale or to the general public. Other than that they should be accurate since they pull data directly from the block explorer. OK, but they do, and now BWK has a proper ranking - the premine seems to be about 300k. BUT.... the number of coins has stayed steady. .Where is the explorer? They do take premine coins into account for circulating supply and market cap calculations. However total supply still quite a bit lower than where it should be. I'm unsure how they update that. The majority of websites utilize the explorer's api to keep supply amounts up to date. This doesn't seem to be the case for CMC. |

I was reading your roadmap, and I was wondering what the Zerocoin Protocol was, and why it will help separate BWK from the rest.
Answered in Discord though in case others have the same question: Zerocoin protocol is a coin mixing service that increases anonymity for transactions in addition to providing additional security to your coins. A couple other coins utilize Zerocoin protocol currently though we're waiting until it's more finalized, polished, tested, and proven to work flawlessly as intended so we're not introducing potentially flawed tech into our project. PS: I CANNOT seem to get the wallet to download... I have tried numerous times. Speed drops to unusable levels then falls off after ~2 MB or so.

Eatbatterys to me that is how its done. I been in crypto for quite a long time and all this ICO madness has me really concerned lol. But thankfully projects like yours is going the same route as I believe most of us should, earn for what we do and give it time to really develop correctly. My fiance and myself are thinking down the road to incorporate a profit share coin for our marketing firm we are building up, but like you we are not fans of ICOs so we were thinking of the old fashioned way as well, well if we find time lol...we are dealing with a few projects so that might be way down the road. NO ICO???!!!! Finally a coin returning to the true roots of crypto lol. I will mine this just for that reason alone but overall great looking project. I used to run marketing for PIVX, now expanding ourselves to a full crypto marketing firm. Checked out your website, look to be nailing the aspect of look, information and selling yourselves through the old grassroots way that I think crypto needs to start returning to. Great job, will grab some of this and hold with the rest of my sure betters I HODL.

Why wouldn't you have an ICO plan, though? It's what most of these project are heavily relying on.
Because we're more motivated at allowing the public to select what price the coin and project are valued on based on the work we have and will continue to put into the project. We are not a big fan of ICOs that are allowed to value their own project without having to supply any proof that they have a legitimate project beforehand. We do not rely on public funding or donations. We've set this project up so that we can expand and improve without needing to ask for handouts from the community. |

I'd just like to let everyone know that we do not have any control over what pools are doing.
They are entirely separate from us and we do not request pools to list us. They do so on their own. If you are unhappy with a pool's stability or believe you are not getting paid what you should be, we would suggest you switch to another pool. They are not owned, operated, or moderated by us so there is nothing we can do about it.
