222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MC2 ("Netcoin"): A cryptocurrency based on a hybrid PoW/PoS system on: October 15, 2013, 07:28:02 PM

I don't know why anyone would bother to announce a 'new' coin and then not make it?

And why are so many people replying on this thread?

And I see that a coin has emerged named Netcoin at netcoin.pw

But this MC2 version is not the same thing, but was never made.

I don't get it? Roll Eyes

Do you want them to pump out a half-baked piece of junk like everyone else or build a solid piece of technology for the future? Troll elsewhere please.

Excuse me? Even 'junk' is something, but words are only words. Lets see if there is even going to be any finished product or not, or whether this is all just words or not.
I don't understand why people would bother with a coin that says it will be created, but hasn't been created yet. It may say something about the dev team

Just one problem.

The stumbling block of the need to be verified?

Why not sell these cards to anyone who has the bitcoins to buy them?

Why this need to be verified, before buying the card?

SaveMe.info provides a service to the coin community, where people tell their stories and ask for donations.

People read the stories, and if they want to, they can give donations through the coin addresses that are displayed on the stories donation web-pages

You can get a donation web-page for a whole month at SaveMe.info

235  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: trick to raise hashrate with Radeon HD 7850 on: October 15, 2013, 04:44:59 PM
Sure if he wants to mine Scrypt, that works.

Does Diablo even support scypt??

I thought block erupters were only for mining bitcoins? whereas the AMD 7850 is more dynamic and can mine bitcoins but the
competition from the asics makes it almost pointless, so the 7850 is mainly applicable to coins other than bitcoin.

From pennies to $260 in a relatively short time period.

The hunt was real good, and now all the hunters are coming.

SaveMe.info

For a small introductory fee of only 0.05 BTC, you can get your own donation page at SaveMe.info for a whole month.

Private message just_me at bitcointalk.org to arrange to get your own donation page

Lmao.. Not even maybe man.. That .05 could be put to far better use.. that's like 1/2 of a medium pizza. and at least I get fed then for sure.

Yes, For A Whole Month Of Advertising Your Donation Page, I am charging 0.05 BTC as an introductory offer, to get your own donation web-page at SaveMe.info

But all anyone needs to do, is get donations that are more than their cost of 0.05 and they make a profit from having their own donation web page at SaveMe.info

For example: If a person gets 0.06 BTC in donations in the first month, then they have profited 0.01 BTC from their investment in their own donation page.

I know it may be possible for people to lose money, if they do not get enough donations, but I will be advertising for them, and they can also advertise their donation webpage as well, thereby trying to increase the amount that gets donated.

People can also ask for very valuable amounts at SaveMe.info, for example, someone might want to buy a $1000 dollar car because they and their family needs to have a car, and they pay 0.05 BTC for a month, and if they are lucky, perhaps some people donate some BTC to them. Perhaps they get 1.5 BTC in the first month. Well, they have then profited 1.45 BTC in the first month.

I need to remind you, that this price of 0.05 BTC is an introductory offer for this month only, but I may extend this cheap offer longer. I need to see how things are going first, but I believe that if people are getting 1.5 BTC donated via saveme.info in a month, then they will be able to pay more than just 0.05 BTC to have their donation page

In fact, people can even ask for much more money than that. For example, someone might want to have 100 BTC donated to them, and they are up front and telling us that they want that money for a down-payment on a house.

Now, lets get real here!!! For only 0.05 BTC someone can advertise to get over $10,000 given to them, and maybe they might get it.

And they have me working for them to advertise saveme.info and I will also be advertising their donation page at the same time.

Once you have a donation page, then you can just sit back, and check your wallet periodically to see if any donations are coming in(but I do think that if people advertise their own donation page themselves, they may increase their chances of getting more money donated to them.

240  Other / Off-topic / Re: How Many BTC Have You Made From "Free BTC" Type Sites? on: October 14, 2013, 10:26:29 PM

I never made any at all. ZERO

I did go to one faucet, but it was empty Grin

I reasoned you had to have a really good anti-virus to go around to all those sites like that, and it wasn't worth the risk.
