41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: October 01, 2019, 04:28:34 PM
You broke first rule which says " never invest money that you can't afford to lose ", in your case, you sold your house to buy those altcoins and it's not a rational decision in my opinion, yes you could be a lucky and make a big profit in future however you are gambling, specially by choosing those coins that are risky, you should have bought bitcoin since your capital is big and there is no need to risk it on coins like XRP and NEO !, Final advice do not hold for long term those coins, get rid of them as soon as you make a nice profit. During that time try to acquire necessary knowledge by learning technical analysis, person with money should throw his money without deep understanding of what he's getting himself into.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Libra Coin bring Down Bitcoin's dominance on: October 01, 2019, 12:21:04 PM
Some people here are underestimate the power of facebook ! forgetting that with money they got will make everyone hear of Libra and use it and when it's used by us ( crypto users ) and others that would make libra take over. Just like Ripple, it will be listed as cryptocurrency even it's not completely decentralized. So yes there is high possibility of Libra becoming the main base pair for all cryptocurrency which will allow it to bring down Bitcoin's dominance. Having that said, governments knows very well the power of facebook that's they want put a limit on Libra which unfortunate could turn it into a normal project that will make any affect ot bring anything new to the table. Libra as want it would take over, Libra as governments want it would make bring anything new.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Sold 2BTC at $3,000 and BTC Bumped to $10,000 on: September 30, 2019, 11:39:02 PM
Your got 2 BTC as payment for the work you did which consider a salary. The option was to keep it as investment which means entering a position trade or use that salary to feed your family. You missed an investment opportunity but I think you made you a right decision, no one should invest his salary that he needs his daily life, the price went up but there was a possibility that price could went down which then would be a different story.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you desperately looking for exchanges to dump your altcoins on: September 30, 2019, 05:09:29 AM
I already get rid of all those useless shit-token and coins, some of them are still on of my old wallet that I don't use any more and for me they dead I am not expecting them to have any value in future. Now my focus is only on top coins, I moved on. So for answering your question I am desperately looking for exchanges to dump my altcoins, a coin that doesn't have exchange yet or delisted is dead anyway.
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hasn't any altcoin replaced bitcoin? on: September 30, 2019, 04:57:43 AM
Because we haven't any altcoins that back by giant company yet, and once that happens bitcoin will face his first real competitor and we might see the bitcoin get beaten in term of market domination and usage. Libra would probably take over if governments allow facebook to go in its direction without limitation to become a currency that can be used by people all over the world. At the end of day, most people just a currency that they could move easily, they don't that much on other stuff, just see how they prefer to use centralized exchange over decentralized. having that said, bitcoin will play the rule of gold in future, I don't see it to be a currency that will used to purchase our daily needs.
46  Economy / Speculation / Re: HODL'ers lose. That is no surprise on: September 29, 2019, 07:47:13 PM
It make sense to be hodlers but only under two conditions, First, having a large amount. Second get it at low price. If you invest a large amount you'll profit on long term, but if you have only small amount it doesn't worth wait a long period of time to double that amount. actually with active trading you double that amount in short time, So holding is not the perfect strategy in that regard. In reality what happens is most people buy at high price and hold, this a wrong thing to do and 99% you will end up losing a lot and waiting a long time for just having your capital back. Having that said, I disagree with freightjoe's argument that, saying that bitcoin price will never recover, the time has proven that he was wrong anyway, we saw the bitcoin up to 14k against though we still not sure if this a bull market or it's just Dead cat bounce.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A quick disturbing question on: September 29, 2019, 04:41:40 PM
When the market start recovering trader will start buying good reputable coins and not a shitcoin that has no volume. if you see price increasing you should realize it's just a pump from a group of people that want to reach a specific price to dump it and move on to next victims. You can make money from shitcoin however should be an experience person who know what is going on, and not someone who are still to figure out what's the rule of volume.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How many crypto exchanges are really required? on: September 29, 2019, 04:30:43 PM
You are hunting those new tokens everywhere that's the reason why you are creating accounts in every exchange, but for someone who doesn't care that much about those shitcoins he only stick to the reputable exchanges as there is no need to risk money on those new exchanges that can steal your money or not allowing to get your asset out. I personally like the quality over quantity, however it wouldn't hurt having large of exchange to choose from as in Forex market.
49  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you need to become a successful trader? on: September 29, 2019, 04:19:18 PM
First of all, you can't be a professional trader without learning technical analysis. yes it's true it can't predict the future, but it teaches you when to enter a trade how to close your position if the price goes against you with minimum loss and allow to trade base on data, not on some emotion feelings. Fundamental works for the people with good, it's good for long term investment, as a normal person must learn technical analysis and do swing trading if he wants to increase his capital. About your question, how about learn everything that can be useful for you since you want to be successful trader.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency on: September 29, 2019, 04:36:33 AM
I have no problem with fiat currencies, but I have problem with the complexity of fiat, you have to go through complex process to move your money or take it out. Bitcoin gives us a solution that made our life much easy, thanks to bitcoin I have opportunity to invest and make money without complex steps and high fees.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Alt season come soon? on: September 29, 2019, 04:17:41 AM
We will see altcoins moon at some point, however it's gonna be like 2017 where every body was making money. The only few atlcoins will mange to increase in value like Ethereum, the others will stay in dead zone if not going to zero. If you are altcoin investor, focus on new projects because they are the one will rise when the top coins start to rise and make sure you take profit in the right price before the crash happens.
52  Economy / Economics / Re: Venezuela's central bank is holding Cryptocurrency! on: September 29, 2019, 04:07:43 AM
What about Venezuela's central bank, bad or good? I am always afraid that the volatility of bitcoin will affect the assets of the Venezuelan nation. If so, the value of Bitcoin is only $ 100 one day, then Venezuela will be in crisis again?
From my point of view, I think this is an extremely wrong decision of them. Bitcoin is one of the high-valued assets because of manipulation, when a country holds so many assets, the fate of that country will be so precarious.
A good central bank will always want to hold low-yielding but sustainable types of assets, I think the central bank asset manager is in trouble.

It's not like they want to invest in cryptocurrency or love it, they are looking for solution to deal with U.S. sanctions against Venezuelan President, according to some sources " Petroleos de Venezuela SA  had requested the central bank look into the matter after the oil producer ran into difficulties receiving payments from international clients due to U.S. sanctions against Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s current regime. Cointelegraph". About bitcoin decreasing in value to $100, you have to understand that governments have experts, they are not gonna hold bitcoin blindly like unprofessional trader.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain-based social media worth it? on: September 27, 2019, 11:21:04 PM
Libra from facebook would remove any hope for those Blockchain-based social media to replace traditional social media, by this move we already know how giant companies will reach once Blockchain-based projects start to become real competitor for them, they will easily adopt the technology and implement it in this platforms and with all money they have, they can keep people on their website. So for me I don't any of those Blockchain-based social media taking over the market.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No trading volume is same as dead coin on: September 27, 2019, 10:56:23 PM
The answer is big Yes, No volume means there is no buyers interest in buying that token, and anyone can easily manipulate the price and makes it high to fool newbie, however if that token is just on decentralized exchange, you should wait until it reaches centralized exchange to see the real asset value as most people don't do active trading on those kinda exchanges. If you mentioned the name we could have told if it's worth or no.
55  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: September 27, 2019, 10:39:00 PM
For swing trading I prefer Ethereum over bitcoin because of the volatility, but for the long term I would say bitcoin of course. it's the king and the father of all coins. Having that said, it all depends on market situation and timing, right I am all in Ethereum, but if bitcoin price reach my target I will switch. As recommendation to you, choose bitcoin is more safe to you than altcoin, just try to get it in fair price and set a stop loss to protect yourself from significant drop in the price.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The most popular payment methods to buy Bitcoin in 2019 on: September 27, 2019, 10:27:20 PM
Those are traditional payment methods and using them is not an easy way to buy bitcoin as you still to need find to trust the seller or him trusts you. The process of buying bitcoin it depends on your location, in some countries you can easily buy bitcoin without much difficulty while on others locations buying cryptocurrency is very difficult and risky. The paypal is not the perfect options even if it's available in your country.
57  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is margin trading worth checking out? on: September 27, 2019, 04:23:40 AM
Margin trading can be your way to become a millionaire as can be your way to lose all your money. It uses by professional traders that know what they are doing. The risk is that if market goes against you, you will end up losing your asset, unlike normal trading, the asset only decrease in value. The benefit is trading with large amount than your actual capital which means big profit if the market goes in your direction.
58  Economy / Speculation / Re: Need reputable sources of guesses where BTC will go in the next few days/weeks. on: September 27, 2019, 04:08:55 AM
You are actually looking for a source that predicts the future and be right all the time, that it's impossible. I recommend you spend some time learning technical analysis, it's the only way to safe yourself from big losses. It teaches reading charts, where to put stop loss, how to react when the crash happens. Anyway I suggest to check out Alessio Rastani's channel on youtube, he did predict this crash in his last video. But just keep in mind those experts are not always right, so don't their as financial advice.
59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if SOUTH KOREA SHUTTINGDOWN BTC??? on: September 26, 2019, 11:44:46 PM
It will affect the price for a period of time, but it wouldn't end bitcoin as technology and currency. The people that are in the space only for money would most likely give up when the real crash happens, on contrary, people that are here because they believe in technology and what it can give to the world, would fight forever for bitcoin even if the price goes its all time lower.  Having that said I don't South Korea is that country that will has a big impact on the space in disaster way, unlike If USA does it.
60  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will There Comes A Time That All Online Gambling Sites Are CryptoCurrency Based? on: September 26, 2019, 11:31:01 PM
The idea of all online gambling sites becoming Cryptocurrency based is not gonna happen, instead those big giant websites will add crypto currenty to their payment methods to take customers from Cryptocurrency based gambling websites. At least that what would probably happen in coming years. The current blockchain technology are still far away from achieving breakout that could change the entire world form centralized to decentralized, we're still not capable even to create professional Dapps.
