what you don't understand ! it said in the announcement thread, Dissolution game uses Ethereum ERC 721 tokens for its economy, so basically they will use ethereum API to tokenize their the game (it's not a game on blockchain, just a normal game that use token for its economy).

But, I think players will need to buy items inside the game to benefit from certain features, otherwise, what's the purpose of having Ethereum token for your game !

I'm having a hard time understanding your point, if you are referring to the plan of making their coin stable that they mention in the whitepaper, I don't think that matters, because at the end of day, stable or not. you need to buy exchanges, but normal users who interested in the service won't go learn about crypto and exchange just to pay for service with crypto, they need something easily like using paypal or credit card and that's most ICOs company end up using fiat as well. Back to point of making this  coin a stable, I don't think this a good idea for project that are running ico, if the coin is going to be stable, why I should buy it, I wouldn't make money if the price doesn't move.

I thought that list is list of exchanges that you are trying to have business deal with them in order to get privileges APIs for your software. Since it's just a list for exchanges that you are targeting to get listed there, Binance, Poloniex and Bitfinex are unlikely to list your coins, other names depend on how much you are willing to pay.

Ripple shouldn't be listed as cryptocurrency in first place. it doesn't belong to the space.

They are saying that they are in contract with those exchanges to have a deal, that doesn't need permission to display the logos!. it would require permission if they are saying that they have partnership with those exchanges. and if you are interested in the details, you should check out the whitepaper.

Dude, big investors are not stupid to hold a token or coins for many years like some people believe, the word itself is tricky, because it can refer for an investor who buy big amount or for investor who investors large amount of money and has a private deal with a company with some privileges, he is not type of person who gets tokens on his wallet waiting years to sell on exchange.
