From my understanding the concept of OSA is similar to Just In Time (JIT) that I learnt about back in school which is an inventory strategy companies employ to increase efficiency and decrease waste by receiving goods only as they are needed in the production process and it uses in different ways and field. It's token built on ethereum's blockchain and its brand name contains the word coin ( cargocoin ) which doesn't match at all, it should have named cacgotoken .

No. as you know Cardano is similar to ethereum. A platform that allows any one to do ICO ( create token, smart contract ) to fund the project in order to start a company, but problem with method is that those company runt out for money after some time and needs more money to keep their business running. Cardano wants to to solve this problem by creating a Treasury which will receive a small percentage of every transaction that happens on the network.

Treasury is a special wallet that isn't controlled by anyone. it's a sort of smart contract that can release a part of the funds to developers who wish to improve their product. Developers have to submit a proposal to the community saying what they want to change and how much money they need for it then the community can vote on the ideas that they think is the most important after a certain amount of time the Treasury takes the most popular proposals and gives them enough money.

So, extrabit.biz was High-yield investment program and it ended up scam  and now they are doing ICO with extrabit.io

The word cargo is common word, So anyone can think about it. there is no evidence who was the team behind that old project since most information disappear, I can only find a thread on bitcointalk. But yes when you pick a name for your company you should always do a research about that name.

Yep for sure some people will see that negative things, but on other hand, there is some investors who care about those bonus since they get like 40% bonus and they can sell it after ico with some profit. They opened that private sale with some conditions.

I think Cardano will offer a feature that allow ICO project to keep getting fund even after ICO, they still didn't release this feature in current time, but once their platform start work for smart contract, they will add it.

Try to ask team members directly this question, since there is no details about those card in whitepaper, I don't know what exactly commission fee per transaction refers to, maybe it means each time you spent your cryptocurrecy for buying or withdraw from ATM using your card.
