I don't think those kinda apps need a token, if you just use fiat will work much better, anyway I notice that you app has been live for while on google store and has many user and feedback looks good, but I try it to download later and see if it worth it or not.

The best is Ethereum without any doubt, because most companies in market use it and it also working product that has been working for years, Other players are just trying to solve some problems that Ethereum has to be alternative. for you question, it depends, if are asking in term of trading you have to look at market and see which one is perform well and if are asking which is to good to launch you smart contract that will depend on your project idea.

As any centralized exchange is not 100% secure and in the same times is not easy to hack because exchanges spend lot of money to make sure that their platform is safe, however most professional traders don't recommend to leave your assets on any exchange when you are trading.

From your account rank I think you still new to bounty programs. As general rules, if ICO don't reach softcap, you will not get any rewards because their token will have 0 value. With time you will get experience and learn how to pick up a legit bounty and good one, we all experience the same problem in our first bounties.
