and for those who want to complete the kyc stage, i think it's better to wait in exchanges. sometimes they are very very cheap as compared to pre-ico prices. this is owed to the fact that dumpers want to get rid of the tokens. and you can always see that in every project. so at least no effort of submitting your docs that you don't even know where these end up to. just sayin'.
whitelisting stage is also a duration when you can get tokens with cheap price compared to other stages of token sale and it's you may have chance to get it later with low price on exchange, however you should understand how the game works. When a token dump after hit exchange doesn't recover easily unlike when you get the token in whitelisting stage with low price and sell off once it hits exchange to make profit and move on to another investment. this is the reason why some investors like to buy now and play this way. |

Yep, I read their article on steemit. KYC is necessary to enter Whitelist and Every person who completes their KYC profile with a positive effect will be included in the lottery, then any person that wins the lottery is considered to be whitelisted. It seems like a complex process to me. I am actually wondering why do they still need lottery is it as if they have a high hype for this ICO. They were only able to build up a big community because of their airdrops. Usually, in whitelisting stage, you can get the token with large discount compared to other stages and this is the reason why most investors try to apply to whitelist. On other hand, projects offer limited amount for sale in that stage. Therefore the demand would be more than the supply and the lottery would be tool to select investors that will get tokens with that discount. |

You mean you like to trade on regular centralized exchange, because wave decentralized exchange is much easy than complex Ethereum decentralized exchange like IDEX and forkdelta wich are not friendly at all and cost big fees. But unlike those exchanges which work with a browser dont you need to install an entire client in Waves? What does "double chain" and how exactly this technology mean it will be realised? Similar was in some other coins if yes, write that where it practiced?
The right term is for this technology is Layer 2 blockchain or off-chain, you can google it you want details, it's basically a solution for Scalability by having base-layer like Ethereum and build protocols on top of it, a second layer that allows off-chain to connect with base-layer. |

It is not a really cheap price after all since everyone knows that there is so many tokens that is currently valued at 0.00000001 eth or maybe below that :/ can you give me an example of a token that is valued at that price ( 0.00000001 )? I don't think that is possible because it means they will need a huge amount of tokens in order to have a portion they can sell for funding and they will generate a huge amount of token supply. Let me give you a computation. If a token is valued at 0.00000001 that means there will be 100millions of token in 1ETH. 0.00000001 x 100,000,000 If a project need a funding of 10M USD from Private/Public ICO and and allocate 50% of total token then their total token supply should be around 10 Trillion, with that amount of supply no one will be interested to invest. 10M USD = 50k ETH @ 200USD/ETH 50k ETH = 5 Trillion (50% of total supply allocated for ICOs) 10Trillion = Total Token Supply so @ 1 ETH = 16 700 ICH ICO rate, it is one of the cheapest price out there. The word cheap is wrong in first place, we say on a coin or token is cheap if that token has previous high price, but for ICO token that still didn't hit exchange, we can't know what the real price would be, most ICOs go below the ICO price. Let's not forget the only thing that determine the price of any token is supply and demand on exchanges. |

This builds from where the last generation of digital currency platforms left off will allow Ice Chain to have a dominant level in the industry This statement would be valid, if your project was introduced early, but in last month of 2018, Proof of stake has become old since a lots of 3rd generation already launched and now most of them are at bottom and now one was able to overtake Ethereum even though, lots of those projects provided more just adopting proof of stake !. Competition in smart contact platform market is very high, adopting proof of take not enough to dominate the market. At least we can see how far does this technology already and it keeps making a lot of progress. This platform working on double chain which find it new to me and we really see how the competition is getting more challenging. Don't get confused by the name, it's Layer 2 Blockchain technology which is just another name for off-chain solution that it's already been introduced by many projects and some companies make it work for Ethereum. It's not an exclusive feature. |

I think in long term, Governments will distribute their own centralized blockchain currency that offers same thing bitcoin offers, the only different it will be a currency that control by Governments and I guess it will work, because most people don't really care about full decentralized currency, they just want something that make life easy with less fees. Having that said, others cryptocurrecy like bitcoin will be around as well.
