21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is neo good choice for long-term investment ? on: April 28, 2018, 02:06:28 AM
Neo is the next good quality coin to hodl after Ethereum. The blockchain it runs on is already being utilized by some quality projects like Switcheo. It is prospected that Neo will hit the $1k mark before the 4th quarter of the year.

Who is prospecting Neo will hit 1k mark before this 4 quarter? I did not saw any articles about this one. But nevertheless, I do see also some potential for Neo. It really depends also how Regulation of China will get adopted. As soon as they have necessary Quality Level I could Imaging strong growth for this coin, as any ICO will also Need to pass through a certain Quality gate.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I stop hodling already and buy something? on: April 27, 2018, 10:23:36 AM
it actually depends, what you are hodling. I believe strong coins like Bitcoin and ethereum are still a Long term hodl. For smaller coins you would Need to do your investigations. There is still a lot of room for growth for some alt coins, which have potential. I actually hodl my bitcores as I can see some growth potential for the longer future.
23  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can one trade without losing?? on: April 27, 2018, 10:03:20 AM
I looked at my pc screen 247, 20 hours out of the 24 hours in a day. I am familiar with all the trading signs like hammer,  inverted hammer, doji. But even with these I still lost while trading. Most times, I decided not to trade without news from a particular project but even with a huge news like partnership, burning folks, I end up still losing.
What's really the cause? And how can I trade without losing much?

In a bearish market it is not easy to keep the Balance of gains and loses. But if you want to gain more coins, I suggest you select solid ones and simply do invest with small amounts. With this you are going to have the cost-average effect. So one day you may have bought a bit higher Price, the other day on a lower Price. Then you can watch the market, till it becomes bullish and you can potentially sell some of your coins with some gains.
24  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How ethical is it? on: April 27, 2018, 09:58:21 AM
I think you can warn people who would buy them from you, that they are already done, and if they anyway would like to buy, you are clean.

How do you want to warn People? You can never avoid having sh coins on an Exchange. I guess if it is still a valid coin and still offered on any Exchange, than it is the buyers decision to invest in such a coin.
25  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Japan’s Licensed Crypto Exchanges Launch Self-Regulatory Body on: April 27, 2018, 07:52:27 AM
This is a real good move. More protection for customer is required. Otherwise mass Adoption will take very Long for crypto currencies. All this scams and hacks around are very frustrating.
26  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is trend Now? on: April 26, 2018, 05:38:56 PM
I also believe the trend is still to hodl. But the trading volumes at the exchanges did now increase in the past couple of weeks. You can also see it on raising coin values of the different exchanges.
27  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin Experience More Price Volatility in 2018? on: April 26, 2018, 05:33:40 PM
I also believe it will continue to be more volatile, as big Investors are playing their games. Only with those big changes they can make real Money. The small Investors like us can only watch it, as we do not have this power to influence the market in such a way.
28  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin solve the worlds problem? on: April 26, 2018, 05:20:45 PM
Not Bitcoin, blockchain will change the World, we can make true and pure transparent system with our hands at this moment, every old burocratic model can be rewriten, stay in touch.
I completely agree with you. It is the underlaying blockchain Technology, which will Change the world. It will help us to redesign our Business processes completely differently to exclude middle men, which is slowing down currently. And those improvements will potentially improve some worlds problems.
29  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine a cashless society on: April 26, 2018, 05:06:43 PM
Just by using your phone, you could purchase almost anything. No need to withdraw on an atm. No more heavy coins on your pocket. Paying bills, and purchasing tickets without standing on a line. Very convenient and less time consuming. I know we're already using credit cards right now, but using a single currency like bitcoin world wide could really help on transaction, having less error than the normal and faster transfer and of course the security. Do you guys think this could happen in the future of bitcoin?

I am not sure I like a cashless future even I am fascinated by the blockchain technology. The most annonymous "coin" is our cash. With blockchain all transactions are transparent, even there are anonymous coins developing different technologies to reduce transparency. The Administrations cannot even wait, till they can get rid of cash. So it will certainly happen. How long it is going to take, I do not know. But it will need its time still.
30  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: RANG & MERIT-BASIERTE Signatur Kampagnen (ein Versuch) on: April 25, 2018, 08:18:00 PM

31  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to be an active part of this forum on: April 25, 2018, 09:11:02 AM
I am new and have not much understanding about this forum is there any suggestion from the seniors that I can grow and make money here?

it is actually not necessarily the primary focus here to make money. It is about sharing Information about Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies as such. Study the White papers of the Project, so you get a better Knowledge about the Topics itself. Then you can also help others to become fit in crypto currencies and Bitcoin. I also bought some books to get a better understanding. Even not a real newbie anymore it is sometime still overwelming, when it Comes to technical conversations.
32  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Steuer: Wie Haltedauer nachweisen? on: April 25, 2018, 09:06:11 AM

Thanks for answer. And more question: it is safe to assume that at one point, whenever that might be, mining will be unlimited?
Let's say at one point I ll be able to withdraw my tokens to my mew wallet. Can I keep mining after that?

This is just a cap on alpha tokens. Alpha tokens have a bonus applied to them when it comes to staking. You will never be able to mine more alpha tokens. Even if you spent the ones you have now. I'm sure limits will be increased if not removed for beta.

Not sure it will be removed the limit for the beta Tokens. When I am not completely mistaken also for beta Tokens some staking bonus might apply. In general I am now very eager to see, when beta mining will be possible.
34  Local / Announcements (Deutsch) / Re: [ANN][CCO LIVE]PECULIUM - Erste Krypto-Spareinlagen Plattform basierend auf KI on: April 25, 2018, 08:53:59 AM

Quote
PECULIUM is happy to announce a bonus on the purchase of PCL tokens for 48 hours. The offer starts on Sunday, 22 April 2018 at 12:00 hours GMT and will continue till Tuesday, 24 April 2018, 1200 hours GMT Peculium is a revolutionary savings platform that seamlessly integrates the power of Automated Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AML-AI), Big Data analytics and Blockchain Technology (Ethereum).

We bridge the traditional saving instruments with the revolutionary cryptocurrency markets. AIEVE, the AI engine, showed 88% profits in a recent demonstration while most of the cryptocurrencies lost up to 72% in value.

As a part of the continued coin offering, for this limited time, a buyer, individual or institutional, will get a flat bonus of 35% when he buys PCL tokens. PCL, a token on the Ethereum platform that is currently being traded on major exchanges.

In addition, if you can bring in an investment of more than €100,000, you can earn a commission of 2% of the value in fiat and an additional 3% of the value in PCL tokens.

The process of purchasing PCL tokens is quite simple and can be found here.

The investors who are looking to invest in a powerful token backed by a robust AI driven platform should make the most of this opportunity. So purchase your PCL tokens today.

Peculium Team

35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My bounty experience! on: April 24, 2018, 01:56:19 AM
bounty is obviously a serious income possibilty for some in this Forum. But I hope you actually really start studying the Whitepapers of the coin issuers. There is still some scam stuff arround. But entering into the right Project should actually get you value particularily on the Long term. I am very much a fan of bitcore, beside of technical Facts it is very fair with their signature campaign. But I am Holding all coins and was investing  on top, as I believe on the Project.
36  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Coinsmarket - spam? on: April 24, 2018, 01:36:36 AM
Hi Leute,
Was ist Eure Meinung?
37  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC right now on: April 24, 2018, 12:37:37 AM
For Traders it is again an interesting time, as currently it Looks like to be bullish. And for some altcoins it was already a great move the last couple of days. Like BABB, they had already a nice ride. But from where is now all the Money in general coming in? We had been with 250xK last month, now back to almost 400xK in Market cap Overall?
38  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Massive loss 40% underwater on: April 24, 2018, 12:26:19 AM
Got in at the height of Jan this year and all holdings lost more than half from the previous peak.

Very frustrated and was afraid that crypto will be zeroed out, so sold at massive loss more than 50%+ realized loss

After sold last week, all coins came back up 10-20%, even more frustrated, what to do?

If you don’t have the stomach for trading or even watching the fluctuations in the prices, I recommend one of two choices:

1) Find a few cryptocurrencies that you think have potential. Buy and just hold long term for maybe a couple of years and you may recover your losses and make a profit. I recommend that you buy top coins like Bitcoin, Etherium, and a couple of others in the top 10 of market cap.

Or

2) Just accept your losses and move on.

I would actually say, take the strongest market caps and believe on them. Make it simple for yourself and buy just some Bitcoins and hodl. The trading Thing I guess is almost like a lottery. You will never find the best bottom or high.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡ [ANN] DeepONION ⚡ TOR ⚡ New Beginning ⭐ VoteCentral OPEN Register Now!⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡ on: April 24, 2018, 12:20:27 AM
Hi guys, good news is now the total suplay of our coins in the market 14.189.063 ONION, placing us in the position 281 of the crypto world, we need volume in new excgange to move up ...

Bigger exchanges will come soon. Don't worry about that.

I think Deep Onion has already provided good access to a couple of exchanges. Not only exchanges will impact the value of a coin. It is about the use cases it can provide. In general I am watching anonymous coins. And it looks like, there are different trends in this crypto market related to anonymous coins. But not necessarily always in favour for anonymous coins. I am wondering, does this has to do with the thread of to be expected existing and future regulations of governments and ambitions to get crypto currencies as a kind of securities? What are your thoughts?
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WILL COME CRYPTOCURRENCY BITEX BANKING on: April 23, 2018, 05:16:18 AM
