hi is possible add more alternative pools if first one crashes. is somewhere instructions how to config?
That can be handled by external programs, there are several promoted in the mining forum. Thanks for reply I needed to know, if this is not possible directly you have some experience, you can recommend program ?? Windows/Linux Check my signature for Forager. Supports many pools and both GPU / CPU mining in Windows

Which cards can you confirm the 1-3% increase for? I can actually state a DEcrease for RX480 back to 18.3.4

I was basing my post on their announcement thread where they were saying that AEON is ASIC resistant. In the comments from the git repository I see they are talking about adopting more changes from Monero but maybe it isn't related to the changes regarding ASIC resistance but something else. Do you know anyone mining it with ASICs? That part of the announcement wasn't changed since 2014 when people couldn't even think of an ASIC for CN Difficulty and Hashrate charts for AEON clearly show that ASICs are in play https://chainradar.com/aeon/chart

Autoconfig issue On 4core 6mb cache cpu (i5 7600k)
ipbc (variant 6) creates 1 cached thread with multi_hash 2, and 3 cached threads without multi_hash, practically wasting 1mb of cache
litev7 (variant 4), with same scratchpad size of 1mb, correctly creates 2 threads with multi_hash 2, and 2 without multi_hash
confirmed hashrate increase from 880h/s to 950 h/s

Forager 1.6 released https://github.com/yuzi-co/Forager/releasesChangelog: - Update JCEminer to v0.29 - Add CoinCalculators virtual pool (coincalculators.io) - Add CryptoKnight pool - Fix bug with selecting more than one pool in START menu - Small fixes

If CryptoNightLiteV1 is the Turtle algo, maybe it's more correct to call it CryptoLight V7 (by analogy with CryptoNight V7) Or as long as it's consistent for all coins on site, doesn't really matter... But please correct BitTube, since they use their custom variant of CryptoLight, which is CryptoLightIPBC (or however you would prefer to call it)

I have a question regarding the auto coin switch feature. I have never done auto-switching because you loose too much to PPLNS when switching pools. But since this feature is built-in the pool and you connect with a specific port, do you still loose a lot of shares when the pool switch coin or is it ok because the pool uses the same pool connection regardless of the coin mined by the auto-switching port?
i believe the auto switch only occurs when the current pool hits a block. then it goes to the next pool if it thinks its more profitable might be wrong though.. I'm pretty sure MPH said somewhere that the auto-switch prefers to get the block before switching

I can't say that sgminer-kl is faster than sgminer-phi-5.6.1-bitbandi-3. On my Strix RX480 (default settings 1310/2000MHz; BIOS mod Uber 3.1) gives the same 15Mh (15,2-15,3) at I=21. So when using RX580 (as an example KL0nLutiy), there should be no difference. On RX480, default clocks (1266/2000) with Uber 3.1 I get about 1-2% with KL (from 14.9-15 to 15.2-15.3). Both miners tested with "-k phi -g 2 -w 256 -X 256" Like I said, "a little bit faster"

My ASUS RX580 DUAL 8GB gets "sick" when using asm kernel. I tried lowering intensity, no change. No OC. Any idea why? Maybe the ETH Bios mod? EDIT: flashed back the original bios, no change AFAIK compute mode causes the crashes. Switch to graphics or install blockchain driver. from my experience asm mode works only with blockchain driver from august

oh wow didn't know that Amazon was banned by Russians.
They tried to ban Telegram, but in fact banned huge subnets belonging to Amazon and Google because Telegram kept changing service ips Although I believe they have lifted most of the bans

interestingly, 2 cached threads with double-hash give almost the same performance with almost half the power usage and responsive system, so until I find a better combination, ill stop there )
Ok, so I decided to try some extreme values The config above on i5 7600k was giving ~100h cn-heavy Running 4 cached threads with multi_hash 6 gives me a huge jump to 166h (pool side result confirms huge increase, although because its luck based - it fluctuates) But definitely higher than automatic 100-105
