1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: Today at 04:11:47 AM
Great that you have written this because this remind of something. Of course, I also did stupid mistake and have sent once my GOLD tokens to Binance ETH deposit address.

https://etherscan.io/address/0x8005746c8562bb8a9f2e3096cd50523f17341e26#tokentxns

I can see fees transferred from this address before hack to GOLD contract but when I asked Binance for help and to end back my stucked tokens of course they refused, or at all not responded to me after few emails.
I was in panic when I made that mistakes. Fortunately, I was able to cancel it on time.

Exchanges never want to give such support and I can understand it. They don't want to leak their private key or mnemonic seed because of support for users. Especially if the fund need to be recovered is small. They don't want to exposure their keys to public eyes and put their exchange's fund in risks.

If they give support, their extra fee for such support is excessive and is not worth to try.

Binance told me in the last email that once they will list GOLD I will be able to use them again  Wink

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No DOGE Allowed? Thai SEC Bans Meme, Fan and Exchange Tokens as Well as NFTs on: Today at 04:05:57 AM
i believe, they will rectify their regulation sooner or later. because once they understand about the existence of exchange tokens, like BNB or UNI, they will allow it. right now, they are just super precautious on this aspect. the same with NFTs. because if this will be utilised by their known athletes or personalities, NFT market can help their artists to gain income.
They unify all exchange tokens as scam and bad. They reacted similarly to what they did in the past with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Scammers try to adapt and use new tools to scam people. Their tools can be bank transfers, giftcards, Bitcoin, cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is good but no one can prevent scammers to abuse Bitcoin for their scams.

Same for exchange tokens. Governments will make rectifications and now I think their regulations are good. When you are scammed, you will feel scary about cryptocurrency and might never join the market again.

Quote
meme tokens are on the other hand need strict regulations because most of them are just copy-paste and crap with short lifespan.
this is their initial reaction towards this market, but high likely that they will change their stance once they learn more about this kind of tokens.
Meme tokens are not only scam assets in crypto. Shit altcoins and many DeFi projects are same. Meme, DeFi, NFT, ICO, IDO, IEO, etc. all are names and trends to be compromised by scammers.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ✅ We are currently in a year where the trend for Bitcoin on: June 13, 2021, 11:43:51 AM
Bitcoin is huge growth, a big price correction in that year is not without predecent (ie 2013).
BTC still primed to go to 100k by EOY 🚀
History does not always repeat itself and we can not put our whole lives and capital or savings with history patterns, fractals. People can feel more interested in Bitcoin investment, more adoption might occur but together with opportunities and growth, governments will become more seriously control the market.

Bitcoin is already showing a bearish trend, although trading has rebounded in recent months. The Bitcoin futures curve has suffered a setback that formed for the most part in 2018, before Bitcoin fell 74% after its biggest gain in 2017.
so a trend like this might happen and getting to 100k is very possible
$100k for Bitcoin. It is possible but I don't know how long this bearish time will last and when it will finish. It can be a mini bear market or a big bear matter and it can last for a few months or a few years. I don't know. I am thinking of the first scenario (mini bear market) but I don't exclude the second scenario (big bear market)
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: There must not be more penny coins like Safemoon or Shib on: June 13, 2021, 11:27:23 AM
There must not be more penny coins like Safemoon or Shib
No one can prevent their appearances. With source codes, coders can create their clone tokens to join the market. It is an easy part, a beginning of a game.

Succeeded or not, it is another issue and belong to the future, the market phase, the response of investors, the temporary hype trend.
No DOGE Allowed? Thai SEC Bans Meme, Fan and Exchange Tokens as Well as NFTs. Such hype and risky trend like these will never last long.

Governments, national SECs react with ICOs, IEOs, IDOs and they will react with meme tokens, NFTs. The South Korea is the most serious nation with restrictions on cryptocurrency. After the blazing growth, their governments took actions and controlled the hype, to protect their people from scam projects.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No DOGE Allowed? Thai SEC Bans Meme, Fan and Exchange Tokens as Well as NFTs on: June 13, 2021, 11:19:46 AM
Prevention is better than cure and this regulation from Thai SEC is over serious but I think it is not bad at all. With the serious action from Thai SEC, partial of Thailand investors will be protected by their SEC, it is good.

No headache and good for crypto newbies. Meme tokens, NFTs, fan tokens etc. are the easiest ways to lose capital. Exchange tokens have two types from good and scam exchanges. This part is what the Thai SEC is too serious.

They include tokens of big and good exchanges into their list  Roll Eyes

Exchange tokens such as those issued by Binance (BNB), Uniswap (UNI), FTX (FTT) that allow holders to get benefits such as reduced transaction fees on the corresponding exchange.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Uniswap Token Price Prediction on: June 12, 2021, 01:20:32 PM
Previously UNI did reach $50, but UNI experienced a deep dump when the Bitcoin price was also corrected,
I'm really sorry I didn't sell it at the new ATH price, and I sold it at $35, yes I did get a profit, but the profit was not optimal,
and from now on I'm still accumulating UNI continuously, the target of $ 100 of course can be achieved if the project is still running well
You never know what is all time high. When you know where it is, price already falls to much lower price.

I used to feel regret like you but after many times like that, I no longer react that way. Nowadays, I feel happy when I take profit and don't care, don't feel regret if price rises more. Profit means happiness. Profit is my aim for trading or investing.

$100 is possible but $50 is good enough to take profit again. You can do scalping trade around $50 and increase your amount of $UNI.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: June 12, 2021, 11:57:38 AM
yes, problem solved. Thanks
Turns out it took longer than before. or indeed because the Btc network is too congested or other causes.
But most importantly the transaction is back to normal. Good job, Digital Gold always be the best .
The Gold marketplace has some small delayed issues in the past but such operational issues happen on any platform. The good things is Gold team fix it and bring the smooth Marketplace back to perfect many times.

patience is a virtue my friend  Wink

Digital Gold team already proved that they are solid and can be fully trusted, I have no doubts about them.

GOLD token and Marketplace works as usual, with ETH transaction I waited literally 3 minutes to get it swapped.

I have used Marketplace a lot in the past and in last few days, can't see any difference, works great as always.
I did not use the Marketplace after I received my payment for previous 3 months but will use it soon.

Your comments and @taufik remind me that I used to make stupid mistakes with my transactions in Marketplace. Something like I put a wrong receiving address for that trade. The transaction fortunately was stucked for a while, and long enough for me to cancel it on my side.

Sometimes, small delay is our gift.  Grin

If anyone does not know how to do, check the [GUIDE] How to cancel or replace an ETH transaction (Metamask, MEW, MyCrypto)
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Reversal Psychology ! on: June 11, 2021, 10:20:03 AM
The psychology market cycle is right and only market participants reject to accept the truth.

When the market finishes accumulation and begins a bull run, people doubt of a beginning of a new trend. When they accept the trend, it is a period for FOMO and does not last long.

When the market finishes its bull run and begin a bear phase, people don't believe it, hesitate to accept a fact. When they accept a bear trend, they sell in bottom lines.

When I saw Guardian, I thought of the Guardian News & Media websiteCool

I thank you for this announcement with which I have opportunity to know about the Guardian exchange that I don't know. How long does it take to achieve the partnertship with Guardian exchange, can you reveal it, please?

How much does their listing fee cost? I can not find the information on their website.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin end like a tulip? on: June 10, 2021, 03:37:23 PM
Besides, Bitcoin is something new with utility. Tulip mania was a period when contract prices for some bulbs of the recently introduced tulips reached a historic ATH. It wasn't providing anything than having a flower; that's why it burst IMO.
The blossom of tulip bulb supply is same as abundant supply of shit altcoins or NFTs. Years ago, less people had skills to create cloned projects from sourced codes. Four years later from 2017 to 2021, more people can do it that brings more shit and useless projects into crypto.

Abundancy equals to loss of value, collapse, bubble burst.

Bitcoin does not have abundant supply. Different, actually.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: June 10, 2021, 03:30:46 PM
We have a great news. After a comprehensive security check, our marketplace resumed its work. From now you can buy and sell GOLD tokens through it.
The good news comes at a very good time. Gold is trying to break the cap and hit a new all time high. It is moving up to $1950 /oz and the strong cap is around $2050+/ oz.

Gold, together with Silver and Bitcoin are choices of Robert T. Kiyosaki. He repeatedly say about that and one of his recent tweets.

Bitcoin crashing. Good news. Getting ready to buy more. Remember the problem is not Elon Musk or Bitcoin. The problems are the Fed, Treasury, and Biden. Gold,  silver and Bitcoin are the solutions. Take care.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin end like a tulip? on: June 10, 2021, 02:03:53 PM
Tulip mania is different than Bitcoin mania. Tulip bulb supply can be increased but Bitcoin supply can not increase.

This big difference cause a different ending for Bitcoin than Tulip mania. More differences behind Bitcoin, technically and financially but the finite supply is enough.

To have tulip bulbs, you have to grow it, harvest and so on. It requires times and works but you can compare it to fiat currency printing or stable coin printing. They are inflationary but Bitcoin is deflationary.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: where can i backtest my strategies on: June 08, 2021, 09:43:31 AM
If you have a script for your strategy, you can use it to run back test on Trading view. If you can code, you can do back-testing.

Backtest a TradingView strategy between a start and end date
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: FTX Review: The Best New Crypto Derivatives Platform on: June 08, 2021, 09:03:45 AM
It seems most of the FTX Exchange users are came from Binance, included me.
You will really realize how FTX Exchange is the best compare to Binance if you start using FTX Exchange and you also tried to use Binance.
Very fast to use and downtimes in FTX are really different with Binance, really far, FTX got a huge advantage.

And if you don't know, Binance and FTX are strategic partners: Strategic Partnership with Binance
FTX is tradeable while Binance is stucked with market crashes.

More people like FTX not only because their more generous policy with withdrawal fees and chances to join IDOs.

The drama of $SUSHI was resolved with the serious involvement from FTX's CEO while Binance and Changpeng Zao reacted with bad with that drama. CZ deleted that tweet after the community reacted very bad with it.
Quote
For SUSHI, I donít know who the founder is. If we donít list new DeFi coins, traffic goes to other exchanges, and we become Ö obsolete. We provide access to liquidity, we donít force you to buy.

All coins are high risk, especially DeFi.
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: FTX Review: The Best New Crypto Derivatives Platform on: June 07, 2021, 11:50:13 PM
No one here mentioned the generosity of FTX to waive the withdrawal fee for users. The more FTT staked you have, the more number of free withdrawal per day.
Blockchain Deposits and Withdrawals

On FTX, you can deposit your BTC on OMNI layer or ERC20, TRC20 or SPL. The OMNI layer will be deprecated. FTX requires only 2 confirmations for your BTC deposits that help you to have shorter waiting time for account balance credit. Other exchanges can require 3 confirmations.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is Bitcoin? Will Bitcoin be traded in all countries in 2025? on: June 06, 2021, 06:05:25 AM
Bitcoin is the most advanced virtual reality that has become the most popular around the world.
Governments like statements like yours because the word virtual will cause fear in people and they will not invest into Bitcoin (if they have yet Bitcoin investors). Virtual is shilled by governments and government-backed media in order to prevent people accept Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

If you love Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, please don't use this word.

Quote
Big companies can transact with Bitcoin very easily and securely. It will also increase their time and will be safe.
It is not the main cause why big companies accept Bitcoin. They accept Bitcoin or cryptocurrency on their platforms because it can help their companies attract more users and get bigger income. It is all they care about.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLAM] CLAMs, Proof-Of-Chain, Proof-Of-Working-Stake, a.k.a. "Clamcoin" on: June 06, 2021, 05:57:58 AM
I do not have any coins on Poloniex.

However, the address I used to deposit to Poloniex still had coins on it until the other day.

Your blockchain address balance doesn't indicate your Poloniex account balance.

So I would deposit CLAM -> Sell for Bitcoin ->  Withdrawal Bitcoin.   Apparently not everyone withdrew their CLAMS, thus those addresses still having coins on them. Sad

I hope that makes sense.

I'm betting we see a big pop in the CLAM market after all these "hacked" exchanges liquidate their holdings and put the CLAMS back into the ecosystem.
It makes sense. Exchanges have rights to take over cryptocurrencies in abandoned or inactive accounts. I remember Poloniex have that rules in their ToS circa 2017 or 2018. I believe other exchanges have similar rules as well.

It can be used as a trap to compromise cryptocurrency amount of customers.

$CLAM used to be a good altcoin for margin trade on Poloniex and it is sad that it has fallen down in price and got delisted on many exchanges.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRX to $1? on: June 05, 2021, 10:59:07 AM
I've seen many smart contract platforms rise all the way from the ground because of the "De-Fi"/NFTs hype.
NFT trend will become hotter in next months.

Quote
But that's another story with TRON since the coin struggles to get past $0.20. This is odd, considering that transactions on the TRX blockchain are blazing-fast (almost instantaneous) and dirt-cheap (sometimes even free). A smart contract platform like TRON should've been worth more than $1 by now. I'm surprised to see this happening with TRX right now, considering that Justin Sun constantly "shills" his project across Twitter.
TRON has big supply and the surge of other smart contract platforms, Binance Smart Chain, HECO chain, or second layer solution as Polygon (MATIC) etc. catch attention and capital of investors. TRON used to be a good solution in the time Ethereum network has problems with extremely expensive transaction fee. It is not the case nowadays when people have many other good choices.

Quote
What are your thoughts? Do you think TRX will go all the way to $1 someday? If not, why? How much do you think TRX will be worth by the end of the year? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley
It is possible if TRON breaks the cap around $0.2. When FOMO appears, TRON can easily touch $0.5 from which the peak of FOMO can be $1 or higher.

Someone moved coins from my old Poloniex deposit address this morning https://clam.tokenview.com/en/tx/a102bbd396d21c7f73880c692fe96cd69898c2827870d7f39a67880e2cb3c69d

xAHwDW5n6Kup8x8a7ffRTkMxBpZxtHy1U2  was my Poloniex deposit address for a long time as I recall.
Do you have coins on Poloniex, only they can move your coins.

I knew Poloniex delisted CLAM 2 or 3 years ago but I don't remember how long the window time they allowed their customers to withdraw CLAM out of Poloniex.

Sounds like you have $CLAM stucked in Poloniex, and if it was stucked, can you share why?
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: June 04, 2021, 10:42:31 AM
It was not the bounty payments . April and May payments will be combined into one payment. It was the restoration of wallet balances before the hacker attack.
I think it is not bad if the team combine three months in a batch payment for March, April, and May in mid of June.

The new GOLD supply are?

Quote
Max Total Supply: 19,174.605

At first the team can list new GOLD at Uniswap

https://uniswap.org/docs/v1/frontend-integration/token-listing/
I think the total supply will be the same before the attack. The idea to list Gold token on Uniswap is great. If successfully get listed, Uniswap will be the platform that brings Gold tokens to more investors.
