1181  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Please refrain from depositing from Blockchain.info if you want fast deposits on: February 06, 2017, 06:12:26 PM
People should refrain from using bitcoin if they want smooth transactions, there's no particular wallet that will speed up your transaction confirmation, the only thing that can help you is beating everyone else in the fee game.
1182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They have a Bitcoin beer vending machine in Vancouver on: February 06, 2017, 01:54:22 PM
Do you need to wait for confirmation?

If not, just double spend and it's free booze all night, plus cost of transaction you'll end up paying a lot more for one beer.

This is useless.
1183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1MB block size forever is just silly on: February 06, 2017, 09:14:25 AM
Bitcoin price continues to increase and that is what matters, the system is stable although not very reliable because one can never know when a transaction will be confirmed, if more transactions are important people can use some other coin like litecoin.

As far as investment goes, bitcoin is perfect as it is...

The security of the blockchain is king, without it the price will go to zero.

Which leads into the hesitation to change things it would seem. Logical but.. I stand by my title.. I offer no great solution just something like a linear increase in size so mores law dominates any linear increase but that isn't much of a suggestion.. All I know is 1MB in 2040 will just be overly silly.

It is already overly silly, but price's up so everything is fine.  Cheesy

1185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is LTC dead ? on: February 03, 2017, 03:06:21 PM
It has been quite stable for the last 12 months, maybe this trend will end with Segregated Witness implementation, if it can be done, something like what is happening in bitcoin may also happen with litecoin and it may never be implemented
1186  Other / Off-topic / Re: TV Series Recommendations... on: February 01, 2017, 10:08:22 PM
I need a new series to watch! Everything seems to be on hiatus!

Season 2 of Colony just started.

Also new episodes of Arrow, Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Gotham, Homeland, Supergirl, Lucifer, Timeless, Suits and Grimm.  Cheesy Cheesy

Your customers can pay you instantly using their e-wallet, their credit card, or a variety of local payment solutions tailored to their country. When you give your customers choice, you’ll keep them happy and improve your bottom line.

So if I send them 1BTC I'll receive $892 but if I try to buy from them I'll have to pay $924? and even there are %2.9, %3.5, %6.9 for receiving credit card. If someone sends me $100 payza will give me $93 in bitcoin with exchange rate above around $90 and for bank wire $15 fee? looooool.
Then I would need to charge my costumers for a $60 real worth item $110 to receive $100 but if I do that then my competitors will win since there are already same item for sale in other shops for $95.

You see everyone struggle with these fees otherwise they'd love to use different currencies and methods of payment.
Though I still think the acceptance will grow if services and shops try to sell some unique services and items with considerable discount accepting only bitcoin, then greed will do the work and people start to use and get to know crypto same time.

What? Did you think this would be free?

It's a company with people and buildings and services to pay...
1190  Economy / Economics / Re: John McAffee: "In 2 years Years btc will only have 25% of the Crypto MarketCap" on: January 27, 2017, 02:42:12 PM
Thats whats FUDsters do. Spreading bullshit that will never gonna happen. Anyway, i respect his predictions about bitcoin. Anyone can create his/her own predictions. But his prediction is never realistic. In just 2 years, bitcoin marketcap will drop to 25%? Thats too fast. Anyway, whos this John McAfee?

He didn't said any of that...
1191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin operated arcade machines on: January 27, 2017, 02:36:30 PM
Game changer?!

This is useless, with the fees it will cost double to play games from the 90's, plus do people need to wait for confirmation, if not people can just double spend and play for free...
1192  Economy / Economics / Re: John McAffee: "In 2 years Years btc will only have 25% of the Crypto MarketCap" on: January 27, 2017, 02:03:28 PM
He could be right, bitcoin develoment is slow and will not really change too much, we see altcoins coming out with new ideas all the time I think within the next two years we might just see that one alt that takes over, bitcoin will not die but would act as an investment rather than a coin for everyday use.

All speculation but it is just a matter of time until something else happens.

But he is talking about more than half the marketcap of bitcoin will move towards alts... that is ridiculous.

Again, for an altcoin to get out that much money out of bitcoin (or generate new one so high that it makes the existing btc marketcap be 25%) it would need to offer something ridiculously innovative. I dont see it happening in 2 years.

Nop, nothing has to move from bitcoin to any other place, other coins just need to become really useful and more worthy players enter the game.

Bitcoin is/was into being a currency, a means of payment, with the current roadmap from the people in charge it is more of a settlement network and even if it was still trying to be a currency it may fail as a means of payment, other coins play in fields other than pay for stuff and those systems might become really useful and widely used making it very valuable.

1194  Economy / Services / Re: Is there any ad network having pay rates like google adsense? on: January 27, 2017, 01:51:13 PM
the best advertesing network payment use bitcoin bitmedia.io
but nothing advertising network if pay rate same google adsense
google adsense still the best advertising network

That is true. Until now no one will pay like Google Adsense. They are the best for pay per click advertisements, but they got very strict terms and conditions. If anyone broke it surely their account will be suspended permanently. In one of travel blog last year I got around 17.8$ for just one click, and I couldn't find out which was the keyword they used to find my blog and what they purchased from the site.

That was a pretty valuable click, the best I got was a $16 in an Apple related website.

Rules aren't that strict, I'am an AdSense publisher since 2006 and only got a couple warnings, I got more careful with my sites, it doesn't compensate trying to bend the rules just for a few more bucks.
1195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, CIA, Honeypot on: January 27, 2017, 11:32:27 AM
They don't need to run a network of nodes, they just need to run a few popular mixers. Cheesy

People like to use mixers to keep their 'financial privacy' and seem to not realize they know nothing about who runs those mixers and what their intentions are.

I looked last series of the last season of the series Vikings. It is a pity that he died Ragnar. A very colorful character and the whole plot seems poorer without him.

YOU FUCK! whats a spoiler? you mother fucker.

I'm on season 3 and I think I'll stop watching it now. fuckoff and die.

Oh I WAS going to say Vikings...  Angry

Dude, this is the same as saying Jesus died in The Passion of Christ, the Titanic sank or the Spartacus' army was defeated by the Romans, it's not really a spoiler, we all were expecting is glorious death and what comes next is even better.

History may contain spoilers.  Cheesy Cheesy

1198  Economy / Services / Re: Is there any ad network having pay rates like google adsense? on: January 27, 2017, 10:56:45 AM
You can see on every platform bitcoin is going faster and replacing any service which is available with fiat so there will also be some ad networks which will pay in bitcoin and will be an efficient competitor of google adsense but I not found it. Do you know about any ad network like that paying in bitcoins?

I don't know where you get the impression that bitcoin can replace ad networks, specially one like AdSense, these are completely different things.

Google AdSense is probably the biggest ad network and it serves ads from a shit load of other networks, it is very difficult for new ad networks to compete with this, specially new ones.
1199  Economy / Services / Re: TOP GOOGLE RANKING IN 4 WEEKS !!! on: January 27, 2017, 10:41:38 AM
1000 spammy links in one month do not guarantee higher SERPs in google, it will, most probably, result in your site being penalized and you'll end up demoting links in Search Console or having them removed manually which may be quite hard if you do not control all the sites with those links.

SEO is a hard and long term strategy, there are no 1 month miracles.
1200  Economy / Economics / Re: John McAffee: "In 2 years Years btc will only have 25% of the Crypto MarketCap" on: January 27, 2017, 09:56:56 AM
Bitcoin has been losing market cap dominance over the years, but to have only 25% two years from now is quite a bold prediction, 60% is a more realistic prediction for such a small period of time.

It will probably take at least 5 years for bitcoin to lose so much dominance.
