Well I played SatoshiDice for a while and got from 2.3BTC to 2.9BTC and then back to 2.1BTC. So, it really depends. Set a maximum amount of BTC you want to spend and quit on time. That is my one and only advice.

I'm not sure if I have some setting wrong in one of my browsers or something, because just browsing around isn't doing it for me! I actually have to keep making comments... I wouldn't complain in a comment, except it's killing two birds with one stone.
