Will the teller mind if I hand him a deposit slip for TC filled out for $X in cash, and a withdrawal slip from my own account for $X?

Received issues #2 and #3 today, eastern USA. Opened.
The top part of the envelope was opened in the mail at one point cleanly, like by a pocketknife, also the edges of the magazine are all frayed. The magazines are both still in plastic wrap, however.
