So my wallet (1.0) is synced and connected to multiple peers.  However, it's not showing the correct balance.  Why?  My balance is current in the explorers, just not in the app.

 Huh

I was having the same problem.  I upgraded to version 1.0.1 of the wallet, and now everything is fine.

I did that and I was expecting it to work as well.  No dice.

***UPDATE***

Pulled and re-seated all of the connections (data and power)-No change
Replaced the riser entirely (sands USB cord)-No Change
Ran Stock Settings-No change

I'm mining verge at the moment and it's hash is stable around 1/3 of the other 2 (roughly 19 MH/S) Sad

HOWEVER- Disabling the other 2 GPUs in device manager and running a miner produced good results: 68.6 MH/S with stock settings.  I disabled the MSI card and then re-enabled all of them.  The other 2 cards worked fine, but the MSI couldn't get above 33 MH/S.  When I turn AB back on, even using stock settings for just that board, the hashrate drops to 14 MH/S.  Shocked  If I reboot the miner without AB on, it runs as it should for a few minutes and then reverts back to stupid mode.

@grendel25 I think you're on the right track.  Where do I take it from here based on that info?

Hi guys, can you give reasons to invest in the moon project?

In fact, all the large wallets are inactive for a very long time, even when there was an increase to 7 satoshi (while Bitcoin was more than $17 000). I do not know what happened to the owners of these wallets, maybe they lost their wallets, maybe they are not alive, or maybe they are waiting for 250 satoshi. It is important that, this suggests that these wallets will not interfere with the price increase. The number of actual coins is much less than that of the same dogecoin. There was an unpleasant moment with the stolen coins from the Cryptsy, but now it is known who owns these coins, so this is more of a plus than a minus. We have an active community, there are promising ideas for development, SmartLikes, MoonWord and others. These are not empty words - some time ago, the community outlined beta versions of these technologies, but because of insufficient usability at that time they were returned for revision. I think they will soon be presented in a proper way. In many ways this coin is significantly better than the others and it is highly underestimated. I think this is temporary.

I actually mined it myself a really long time ago. I now a lot of people who lost their keys. Wouldn´t suprise me if the majority of coins is lost

Is this coin still profitable to mine using GPUs?

One of my rigs has various brands/models installed in it. Takes quite a while to find right OC settings for every one of them on different algos Smiley Anyway, every now and then I notice the issue similar to yours when on of cards behaves strange and/or hashrates go lower. Checking logs I have noticed that it only happens after the miner has crashed. Rebooting the system to a clean start solves the issue.

Tried Sad  Multiple reboots, even pulled the plug from the wall for a minute.  Or do you mean CLEAN start with a wipe of the drive or the miner?

No, just cold system reboot. If the problem remains then well, you might want to take the card in question to service and have it checked. But try other options mentioned above first, maybe it's slot/riser/something else.

I've got another set of risers on their way.  I'll give that a shot first.

Well OK I guess it wan't as easy as downloading the new wallet.  It's STILL showing my old balance.  Hell actually it still shows being just 1.0...

Anyone else with this issue on windows?

The devs said that they were not going to update the version header until later on.Version 1.0.1 has the language support for chinese, russian etc. on it though if anyone wonders if their wallet is upgraded.

OK that's fine.  But my wallet still isn't showing the correct balance that's on the explorer.  This is my main concern and I thought the new wallet would fix that.  Undecided

ChekaZ,

I swapped out the old wallet for the new one but the new one isn't finding my old wallet data.  I know it rebuilt the chain but did it completely wipe out my dat info as well?  I backed up the old wallet prior to the switch, do I have to drag that back to the appdata folder?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question in advance.

So many times lately when I have mining issues it comes down to something to do with power.  What size power supply are you using?  Have you changed algorithms/coins that you are mining or have you changed the mining software?  Sometimes, if you are right on the cusp of power capacity then changing mining software can reveal problems.

I've only got the 3 boards on an EVGA 1200 P2.  Obviously I was planning for a lot more on the PSU but that's what I was able to have now.  Is it even possible to be choked off somewhere now?

I've only been switching between NiceHash and EBWF miner since it's birth 2 months ago lol
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MSI 1080Ti Hash Crash on: April 02, 2018, 02:20:00 AM
My guess you use the GPU 2 with a monitor connected that is why the hashing rate is drop.

I experience this issue before in GTX 1070 and I notice that one of my GPU is connected with 1 screen then the hashing rate drops by half instead of hashing is 450sol/s it's hashing around 200sol/s to 250 sol/s.

I tried to run the GTX 1070 for almost 1 hour with the monitor off then check after 1 hour and I see the differences.

So, I suggest that you try to run your miner with a monitor off or turn off your monitor after you set up and run your miner.

Check it after few hours and look for logs if the hashing is different or not.

None of my boards are connected to the monitor.  I'm using a an Asus B250 mining board so I just use the integrated graphics.  I did have similar issues with my 1070 rig that IS connected to monitors, so I feel your frustration!
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MSI 1080Ti Hash Crash on: April 02, 2018, 02:17:53 AM
Try GPU 2 in a different slot and see if it changes for the better.  If you are using risers I would try a different one of those two.

I need to pick up some spare risers.  I normally have them...doh! I'll give that a shot and find out.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / MSI 1080Ti Hash Crash on: April 02, 2018, 12:03:07 AM
My 1080Ti test rig consists an watercooled Gigabyte Auros (GPU 1), a MSI Gaming X (GPU 2), and an EVGA SC2 Gaming (GPU 3).

As of this afternoon, I just noticed GPU 2 only hashing ZEC at 381 sol/s while GPU 1 is 710 and GPU 3 is 670.  I haven't changed any drivers, it doesn't matter if I turn off MSI AB, reboot the computer, or the miner.  This can't be good me thinks.

Things I noticed: Temp is OK at 63C, board is clean, Afterburner is showing erratic (when compared to the other 3) frame buffer, bus usage, and voltage limit spikes.  Power usage is very erratic.

Do I have a bad Gaming X board?  Thoughts?

Just wanna congratulate the team behind this (sh!t)coin on having a wallet that makes monero gui wallet look like a well made professional piece of software.

Considering their wallet is one of the very few with functionality besides a wallet, let alone a music player, I'd say they're doing OK.

Its really shame to see such promising project with very low price. I believe it's due to lack of good exchanges and marketing...
Hopefully this  situation will change very soon,

Agreed.  This coin is great to mine and transfer between addresses.  It deserves so much more.

is mining musicoin still profitable at this curent price?

Depends on what card you're using.  I can tell you with a 1070 it is at $0.13/kWh is, but not by much  Sad  No coin is right now, to be fair.
