The whole Mooncoin project is decentralised, there is nothing 'official' (except Mooncoin's open source code at Github).
Some people support the project with their time and efforts, some people support the project with donations to other people, or with investing in Mooncoin.
It's normal.

Well, theoretically a hacker was able to read PMs of mebagger's account, thus, asking what was discussed in PMs wouldn't help much. There were no secrets though, and the security of Mooncoin doesn't depend on that, and will never depend on whether mebagger2 is real mebagger or not. Real mebagger was always ready to help: that would be hard to falsify. i think he is probably genuine as he said its not for his salary maybe he just wants to help promote mooncoin which would certainly be helpful so that more people are aware of mooncoin
no one said that he's cheating, and he will take this money like his salary. but it's kinda strange to hear about donation in crypto world |

If you think that i want this donation as a salary (you are wrong), then help me other way. I've asked for a help with video near a month ago in this topic. Could you arrange that? I need an intro for Youtube clips. If you could help with it you are very welcome if not it is only blah-blah you all are cheaters. Do nothing is the best way to get nothing. |
