can the masternode be run in a pool?

if by that you mean running a pool software along with MN client - then yes. but you need to remember that masternode requires way more resources than regular daemon

probably meant shared MN or just spamming for forum levels judging from his/her posts.

probably, its way too early for shared MN service to pop up anyway

With any ASIC miner can AXErunners be mined? And with these new ASIC technology will not be disadvantage for GPU or CPU mines ?

You can get a D3 for like 300 bucks. Difficulty for AXE right now is still low so you will be able to mine a lot.
They also have a P2Pool available which is great and follows the true sense of crypto.
This coin has some of the best coding I've seen in a while with an active developer who looks like he never sleeps.
My advice is mine now while the difficulty is still low and you won't regret it.

but is it profitable?

because the diff is low, everybodys mining right now instead of buying, so you shouldn't expect big trade volumes when the coin is very accessible thro mining hardware. we are going with natural growth, classic way, decentralized approach without any gov or controlled party that has stake in the project. and price for it - slower progression comparing to any scam coin you know. idk why people thinking that fresh project can be profitable in first weeks, this missconception is the product of december's hype. but if you look around the forum or my previous posts in some scam projects - they were profitable for some time, but almost EVERY SINGLE github account for all these projects - empty. right now im on my 9th round, and its just keep getting more interesting - https://github.com/bitcoinbook/bitcoinbook after that book you will never have the same question.

I like the new Axe logo, keep up the good work

thanks! we had some troubles with outsourcing the gig, a lot of time and braincells were wasted for nothing. then antic rule of "you want to do it right - do it yourself" took over and here we are) hot red/purple icon now is the axe core icon, axerunners got neon blue/purple colors. and famous skull is reserved behind test/dev networks) like to think that this is the community's achievement - thanks to all axerunners' hash rate!

lets push some axe Cool

Ok, I configured my D3 so it mine AXE inbetween the rentals at MRR  Cool

The new icon looks good in the pool too:

Axe ANN: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2569112
Coin Channel: https://discord.gg/ysNqWmf
Code:
-a x11 -o stratum+tcp://gpuhot.com:3533 -u PRFzgj8H3s2ALmgMkXN3KsHX5RomhJj5vj -p c=AXE,d=46

This is how you setup AXE pool at Mining Rig Rentals.

You can also rent hash at Nicehash, but make sure to set a max limit hashrate at no more than 20Gh.

thank you! we finally got out of old cypherpunk logo, grow up time Roll Eyes
532  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: THIS WILL CHANGE CRYPTO FOREVER on: July 15, 2018, 06:52:02 PM
this looks great, testing the app right now!
notes: crashing after initial setup on iphone 6 and 6s. $7 monthly for a pro chat - would users just go with irc to find some pro input?) you could make all chats free and use it to grow subscription base

thank you!! most of the credit should go to btc/dash devs, since we are still growing the team and dev budget. right now we observing steady community growth, the diff is low and everybody's mining nice amounts - so it feels right to keep things on natural course

538  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to decide a project scam or not? on: July 06, 2018, 07:29:40 PM
I believe that you have read a news about 80% of ICO encountered failure, but we cannot guarantee that these 80% are all scam.
First we have to understand failure has a few aspects to consider, like capital, support, similarity, uncertain / unexpected risk happened.

A very basic method to check if the ICO project is a scam, by checking the whitepaper, whether there is only description or have sufficient data to support, does the whitepaper got a very comprehensive analysis and data to support its' project? You may even find that the whitepaper you are viewing may be a duplicate one from another project, if this happen, it might be a scam. Sometimes, the project advisors are also a important factor.

If there is a very unique and convincing project to you, and you can see the team is working very hard to build the social media for potential investors, it basically worth your support. Some projects happened to be working well and hard but then they receive a very limited capital and lead to failure. This blockchain market is not under a very mature stage, we also do not hope to see failure or any not useful projects existing too.

o yea bitconnects white paper was very good lol. the first stop should be github, then everything else
