681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google Ban Crypto Ads? on: March 16, 2018, 09:07:47 PM
not crypto ads but ICO ads.
Because the increasing number of ICON scattered today makes google can no longer stem them and google can not verify which ICO is honest where the ICO scam, now more and more scam ICO and google do not want to be blamed because they let the ads and read by google site visitors because big name google will be at stake here.

its not just ICOs, everything cryptocurrency-related. so wallets, trading platforms, etc... https://www.cnbc.com/2018/03/13/google-bans-crypto-ads.html
don't think there is any use for these ads anyway, advanced users who could contribute to the project - probably not looking for new coins to mine with ad banners. so it makes sense

in some countries you need to register with the gov to be able to mine legally. but in ny state you also need to pay extra just because "you not contributing to the community". ok, besides that i just might don't like people - any kind of mining is a huuge contribution to the community (on the scale mentioned in the article). thats exactly why mining is profitable. so how its this really happening?

Wavesplatform appears to be the easiest place to issue cryptocurrencies. However, its promising features shown on its roadmap are still far to achieve.
A platform that shares some features of Wavesplatform in issuing cryptocurrencies and built on top of Scrypt algorithm will be more interesting and easier to move further in development.
Imagining that if creating a new scrypt coin for anyone is as easy as creating a new token on Wavesplatform (Example, spending 1 ScryptWaves to create a new Scrypt coin), ton of scrypt coins will be produced but more valuable coins will survive.
With that purpose, we are building ScryptWaves platform which inherits the best of Waveplatform and develops advanced features on top of Scrypt algorithm.

if this is decentralized - why there is only readme on github and no code at all? looks like another scam
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not sell your crypto! on: March 16, 2018, 12:44:26 AM
would disagree. 97% of the current market is a scam. it is obvious since 98% users are not fitted to run any kind of blockchain operations due complete lack of skills or extreme ignorance + laziness. i had to sold 60% of my holding every month - when you finally found time to research the project you holding - it turns out to be an empty fork with wannabedevs and greedy scammers. and even if you want to sell - try to find a decent exchange. can't access my coinbase since december. lost significant amount of fiat due operations of stocks.exchange, cryptopia, etc.

the only true statement that could be in our market situation is "use your brain". rest will follow

or you saying i should hold my bitconnect lol ?

whats the point of white paper if devs have no idea what they doing lol https://github.com/forceunited/force/blob/master/src/chainparams.cpp#L64 and check description) shame, guys
since december when it took me a week (!!!) to convince devs they need to patch their "core" - their patch still failing and there is zero (0) development on the platform. but white paper gonna be sooo white guys Cheesy

so i received the reply from OutletBit and it does sounds like something i would never deal with. the exchange got some weight in last 12 hours, so idk what to think. very bad language styling also not making it easier. but if community want to try - we can try. right now it feels like 50/50

why did you go with coinsmarkets.com. i haven't been able to withdraw or to load crypto there for months already. They have consistent errors on the site

it was a decent exchange before the attacks this winter. hope they will get back on track asap. they had hice portfolio as well

first SPV server is online!
and, as planned, old network is officially off.

i have a mn but why do i close the wallet when i break the connection with sendinel?Huh? That sucks!!!!
Don't you have a manual for a could wallet?
And if I want to set up the 2 mn, I need a 2 vps (due to ip) or not? and in local wallet how can I set up the 2 mn? 2 conf file or simply enter the data from 2mn into masternode. conf as 2 line under the mn 1? and why does it always break the connection with sendinel?
What does SPV mean? How do you think the old network doesn't work anymore? Please Devs for instructions........  a detailed instruction manual......... thx

not following - sounds like you might need to check cron. you need one IP per one MN. amount of nodes on one VPS depends on vps performance and availability of IP addresses. running axe masternode requires some basic linux skills and knowledge of blockchain mechanics

if you want to run old network - you can do it. but funds were swapped to the new network.

regarding SPV:

i already have an active mn on wallet 1.1.1 (win64) and in connection with Ubu 16.04 VPS...........   but sometimes my mn turns off in "wathch dog " mode.
Do I have to keep my MN on Win online at all times to get the returns or not? Do you also have instructions for cold mn?
Can I install my MN on an Electum Axe Wallet? Do the Wallet (Win) have to be online all the time? The VPS should be enough:)
ok 1 VPS per MN because of the IP........... but can I put more than one MN on my Win Wallet? And how? masternode. conf or axe. conf? thank you?

its hard to say since you could run it as root or with other overlapping software. i can't really help on windows, last time really worked with it around 10 years ago. try to search in #support on discord and check your sentinel/node debug logs
697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AXE 🔥 Decentralized ▲ X11 Masternodes on: March 12, 2018, 11:08:35 PM
The wallet doesn't sync and Masternode doesn't run anymore although it has only been working but always shows Watchdog instead of Enable although Sentinel has been installed according to instructions. Dev is not able to create a decent wallet, so this project is definitely Scam. Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

I have Axe Core Version v1.1.1.0-05d0372-dirty (64-Bit)

try rebuild index, sounds like a local issue since all 1.1.1 wallets are working perfectly. along with properly operated masternodes. check 207.246.65.114:3001
698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AXE 🔥 Decentralized ▲ X11 Masternodes on: March 12, 2018, 11:07:28 PM
and when will the first exchanger come?"? CM has been scam since January........... please list this coin quickly on exchangen..... otherwise the coin has NO VALUE...... graviex or stock. exchange shouldn't be that difficult....... The patience of the comunity also has its limits......... this is what you have to prepare WORHER for....... before a coin is lunched, please take this as a constructive criticism.

the only thing i care about is the quality of the code, sorry. we are not selling MNs for 1.5 btc, axe is on complete free market. if you would like to get axe listed on more exchanges faster - you could contribute to exchange fee fund and donate to our btc/bch/ltc wallet.
