this is pretty much expectable outcome after the winter scam wave (somebody still trying to keep up tho - thanks bcash 💩). you can see people still investing in MN presales lol) but the community learned a lot and regulators are helping to get things on the right track. not as smooth as it could be, but we are getting there

it is madness how many scam projects, I loss too much time, some people loss a lot of money, need some KYC system for projects
theres already plenty of solutions like DUNS and etc, but also actual work on the code is what should be a standard start for research with, github/gitlab/bzr/... a lot of tech companies reviewing github instead of resumes, its weird there is no such practice among majority of cryptocurrency investors |

there should be no problem with that, since eth was built from btc approach, and its decentralized idea assuming everybody could participate in any way they want. but current environment and overall "standards" are now way far from original attitude, unfortunately. on other hand - if such action could cause negative effect - theres probably something wrong with the token (?)
