I've got some good news!

lbtc just accepted my address verification!  Grin
I can withdraw all of my money now. I'm so excited!  Cheesy

Thanks everyone for your support and ideas.
Stop calling the sites are scam at first instances, good you got your bitcoins back. And the blame should be on your for not knowing their announcement which was way back longer and have enough time for people to withdraw if they did't like their KYC terms.

First of all, this wasn't in the first instance. I had been arguing with them for around 2 months over this problem. Second, they cannot hold my money because of their KYC terms which shouldn't have applied to me in the first place according to their own rules since I never had more than 1500 euros annual transaction amount. They can only prevent me from using their platform for trading bitcoins.
Third, I already provided them the required documentation for my address verification, but they kept rejecting it for no reason.
You are using their wallet also for that you may have to accept their terms of service.
So I am wondering whether you are able to trade on their domain now since they have accepted your address verification or you are still banned and can only make withdrawals on the sites only.

Actually no. my account is suspended. I can only withdraw my money.

Suspended because of?

Normally it will happen if you have unresolved disputes on trade and if this is you also can't withdraw bitcoins as well.

Possibility of your transaction get noticed is fairly less but if they know this involves cryptos then they might send you a warning first.
One of my social media friend also receives warning from kotak and his account is not accessible for couple of days.
What happened after that, after getting the warning what happened and i am sure his account is accessible after a couple of days because i am in contact with an user in the crypto community who is having communication with Kotak authorities and he assured that there is no account confiscated till now in India and i trust his inference. With the transaction i conducted recently i am waiting for a warning, lets see whether they are sending something and my intuition is that they are not going to do that because i have received many huge transactions after the RBI ban and i never got anything till now, may be i was lucky.
Private banks are more reliable to be honest,so informing the bank manager will help the issue to get resolved but he didn't use that account from crypto related transactions so everything is fine for him.

^ Most don't care enough to go to court, they would rather just let go of the account.
Most do not dare to go to the legal system to fight because of the delay in getting justice or they are not paying their taxes properly but no one will let the account go and think that everything will be fine, if they confiscate your account then there will be other legal actions that will be waiting for you.

Wish I was as courageous as you.
It is not about getting courage, i will update if there is any action against me, i will not publicly specify the details of my account and amount as i know it will be a public information challenging the authorities, i am not doing that here but just want to know whether they will take any action and if they do i will file a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman and i can prove that i have not done anything wrong as i am a law abiding citizen paying all the taxes in time.

I think that planting trees is actually good for the planet it would give us shelter and clean air.
If you could compare the air in a city with less tree and the countryside the air in country side is much more fresh and clean it is also colder in that area.
It is because of pollution, is that tree helps to educe pollution of air?

Not everyone can be rich at the same time in this world and if they see other people are in poverty rich people has no business to do with since it all from the effect of governments which ruled them and also the individuals who never stepout from their comfortzone to make money and increase their financial status.
1088  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is planting trees actually good for the planet? on: January 14, 2020, 07:02:05 PM
Planting trees can be never act as the deforestation we made for the last few centuries because it takes decades for a tree to get completely grown which could help the ecosystem to get stabilized but new plants and trees take underground water to grow which is another problem since most places already drought climbing up due to climate changes.

Kotak is strict on crypto, they sent notices, calls to consumers for suspected transactions, even when you register they tell to not do any transactions in crypto (click me!)

Won't be surprised if they closed the accounts.
AFAIK,they only freeze accounts,if they are closing your account then they are supposed to return any amount left on your bank acount so we may not lose our money but the account so don't do big transactions is the only way to save us from losing our accounts.

Converted a chunk to buy gold in 2017,that's a biggest mistake. Sad

When sender of money writes something related to cryptos while making deposit of doing IMPS or UPI then this will bring an alarm to our account and they will watch changes in activity and if it got more transactions related to cryptos then possibly get blocked without noticing about retriving.

I guess even if the sender doesn't mention anything but is caught having crypto deals earlier, they'll question the source of funds every time. This situation has existed since years as even in 2016, the banks were terribly against crypto transactions and considered them illegal but now they have become even more strict by closing the accounts. Do they have a right on the funds too? Want to know from the affected users whether they managed to reopen their accounts and remove the funds.
Possibly, when huge transactions are happening between two saving accounts and even in current account receiving big amount from random third parties with no company account has chances of getting caught but someone who has limit less than a lakh per month will be out of radar for sure from my experience.

Nationalized bank accounts should never be trusted or used while dealing with crypto. Also, how can these banks even know about crypto transactions when the deals are p2p?

Just a little suggestion bro,why don't you try selling bitcoins on p2p sites like localbitcoin or localcryptos which will done in matter of minutes and also the cost of service will be less compared to involving an escrow for your transaction which is just worth of 30K inr.

i havent tried localbitcoins or the other one but i'll keep them as an option now.
thanks.
Localbitcoins need KYC to be verified once your account cross $1000 limit but 30K INR is good to go with localbitcoin and chances of scam also very very less if you take time to read the reputation of a trader while you are choosing someone to trade with.

Must unlock button "developer tools"  .Find all day today-think bluestack not have and superuser too. Nox player have root and developer tools but use owna camera, not from notebook. And photo=mirror. Bluestacks use camera from notebook but when want do selfie-stopped after photo
Its just an emulator so all the functions which are designed for android device may not work properly.

Seriously you are trying to take a selfie with your notebook?

You don't own a smartphone in 2020 even? Lips sealed

There are indeed a lot of exchanges that can be used and I think it would be better for you to find out in advance, what coins you are interested in or want to trade, and then you immediately adjust the exchanges that are right to use by checking in the CMC about the exchanges that you can find. But, you can also search or use a local exchange first, because it is very easy to trade by pairing it directly with the currency you are using.
You are absolutely right.  First of all, I choose the cryptocurrency exchanges that are in the coinmarket rating.  But in order to make my activity more convenient, I really choose such exchanges where my actions are confirmed by SMS using a phone, and not using the Google authentication application.  The fact is that I very often change the device, switching from a tablet to a computer, and this interferes with my work.  First of all, I like binance, because this resource is almost as technical as possible balanced by its capabilities and functions that allow the trader to work without any problems.
Exchanges asks 2factor authentication apps looks more secured and they will not ask you any particular app to be installed, you are selecting google,if you don'y like google authenticator then find something better,I prefer AUTHY app which is more considered as secured by experts. And also you can recover codes even if you lost your device where authy got installed.

It is a must to all platform in the web. Internet privacy law is implemented thus all has 2factor authorization. It is annoying to fill those in but it is the law. So i kind of understand why every platfrom requires that. It is adding to many keys and codes i store
I am not sure this is for law but this is adding more layer of security over your password access.Don't be too lazy to enter 6 codes which won't even take a sec to type but making money is not easy once you lost them.

^Science is not complete, new things are discovered everyday by scientists so what has been told by religion could be true but people should have to differenciate facts from blind beliefs.
