661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Leaving Your Job is The Worst Idea on: June 21, 2018, 09:13:00 PM
I swear I have been thinking about quitting my job to focus on crypto full time for a while now. But with the lengthy bearish market I have been forced to rethink that idea. Your post is an eye opener and I think I will take crypto part time at the moment
662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to join Bounty Campaigns managed by the ICO team themselves? on: June 21, 2018, 09:00:26 PM
So far I have had a not too good experience with the bounties I have done outside bitcointalk and managed by the ico team themselves. I still prefer bounties supervised under a 3rd party bounty manager
663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding on: June 21, 2018, 08:54:19 PM
Crypto trading can be really crazy. I have topped up my portfolio to reach 4 figures at different intervals this year but each dip has seen it plummet right back to 3 figures. It will be fine. I am still holding and will continue to top it up while awaiting the bull season
664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Bounty Hunters Sell Immediately they receive reward? on: June 21, 2018, 08:44:29 PM
Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.

Most bounty hunters see bounty campaigns as a job. Some even take them up as a full time job and what is the reward for doing a job? You get paid. So when hunters sell off their coins immediately they are cashing out their rewards for weeks of tasks done. I encourage bounty projects to start paying off hunters in ETH or BTC to avoid dumping their tokens at exchanges upon listing
665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading by technical analysis or just intuition? on: June 21, 2018, 08:27:12 PM
In such a bearish market, are you making your trading moves by technical analysis or just follow your heart and believe some coin will start to bounce back hardly or something else?

Unless you were born under a lucky star, following your heart to trade in this bearish period is suicide. I tried some technical analysis but most were failing. The best way to trade during this period is by using bot traders but even that is not fool-proof as you can still get rekt since the market is bearish. Best to avoid trading generally during this period.
666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO. Buy or not? on: June 21, 2018, 08:23:06 PM
Now I am thinking about buying NEO, what do you thing about this? Shell I wait or buy?

You should consider buying it seriously. Lots of projects coming up these days are utilizing Neo's nep-5 blockchain and if its anything to go buy, it will rival Ethereum's blockchain and push up the price of NEO. Buy!
667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest profit from an AirDrop? on: June 21, 2018, 06:50:33 PM
If I have a few mins to kill during the day (usually when waiting for ETH/BTC to hit the exchanges from my wallet) Ill sign up for an airdrop or two. Most of the ones that I have either haven't hit exchanges or are worth under $1.

TRON (TRX) was the first one for me that actually did something.

500 free TRX peaked at ~$30 and is currently worth ~$19

HODLing!

Started crypto by hunting for airdrops last October. My biggest till date was Hawala token (HAT). Got 100 of it. The price mooned after a some weeks to the worth of $2200 for just 100 HAT
668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain will take over everything on: June 21, 2018, 06:47:01 PM
I'm telling you guys, Blockchain is key to tomorrow's future technologies. Just recently, I read that stanford university has commenced a research facility for blockchain technology in collaboration with Ethereum. Not to add the fact that some major corporations have started integrating the tech into their work processes
669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There are traders. Is it better to trade? on: June 21, 2018, 12:57:24 AM
Hello! Which exchange is best to trade. Well, or at least to merge their honestly earned tokens. Do you have your own tor exchanges on commissions and reliability on the basis of personal experience?

Every exchange has one or two unique features that set them apart from others. If you are the low capital trader, then chances are that you will be looking for an exchange that charges low fees. Swing or day traders will find solace in exchanges with high liquidity for bitsy quick profits. Depending on what you want, all available exchanges are tailored to have one feature or the other that will pique your interest. In terms or reliability, it is hard to justify which exchange is safe and secure right now because of hack rumours going on every now and then. My advise, trade carefully
670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We trust in crypto! on: June 20, 2018, 11:53:00 PM
How long do you think will the cryptocurrency be popular? Does she substitution the usual fiat money? How many years will pass before this?

It will take a while. Heck, regulations might not come in to crypto till after the next 3 or 4 years but it will come eventually and by then we will be the ones who laugh last. Hold your tokens. They will make us billionaires. That is my belief.
671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounties and airdrops on: June 20, 2018, 11:26:57 PM
Did you ever pass KYC for an airdrop token? I am strictly avoiding that, because the amounts to be airdropped are mostly too low. Or did some of you already pass KYC for an airdrop that was worth it?

Nope. Airdrops are too worthless these days for me to even give a damn about doing KYCs for. The main reason why I like the kyc is because it limits cases of frauds and multiple registrations to ensure fair and equal distribution of tokens
672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For the love of... don't keep your coins on exchanges on: June 20, 2018, 11:18:24 PM
I don't know why people are so stubborn. Keep your coins safe and away from exchanges. If you are not trading then there is no reason why you should leave your coins hanging in the exchange knowing fully well that exchanges are major targets of hackers
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: At least 1 in every 5 ICOs is a scam! How to avoid the fraud? on: June 20, 2018, 11:04:44 PM

This is very apt. But most Icos today are more are suffering because of lack of knowledge and impatience on the part of the investors. They fail to understand that putting money in an ico should not be seen as a get rich quick scheme. So when they invest today they expect to gain x10 profits as soon as the tokens are listed on exchanges. It doesn't work out like this most of the time and that is why most feel icos are scams
674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Media is negative about Bitcoin? on: May 24, 2018, 09:55:45 PM
This is because bad news sell faster than good news so the media is always eager to paint bitcoin in bad light because of the controversy it will generate.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Airdrops??? on: May 22, 2018, 08:49:02 AM
Airdrops are the major cause of coin dumping at exchanges. Airdrops should be reduced or banned outrightly as it is killing the coins when they get to exchange. Airdroppers dump at the lowest rates and it causes devaluation for the coins involved
676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the governments kill cryptocurrencies on: May 22, 2018, 08:46:28 AM
Some governments are starting to embrace blockchain and cryptocurrencies and others are literally closing the doors to this technology. Do you think governments will continue to fight back against cryptocurrencies and decentralization?

I read today that the Republic of the Marshall Islands has chosen its own national cryptocurrency. This is how government will start accepting cryptocurrency one way or the other
677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A good ICO is also a Scam. on: May 21, 2018, 05:03:41 AM
I began to notice that there are ICO projects that are quite good, but even they are a kind of Scam. I'll explain why I think so. First, people invest in this project at the most favorable (low) prices by buying tokens of this project, at least we are always convinced of this. But when it comes to the exit of the token to the Exchange - the price drops sharply and falls even below the original cost for one token. In some cases, it may fall 10 to 15 times. For example, the recent ICO project KickCity. The price of their token should be equal to 0.10$. Now the price for ONE KCY token is approximately$ 0.005, that is, the price fell when entering the exchange 15 times and this is not the only case. Investing in ICO ceases to be a profitable business.
What do you think about it?

This is not a scam but a dumped ico. It happens in a lot of cases. But not all icos are like this. Some icos actually do x5 or more as soon as they hit exchanges. It all depends on the demand for the tokens and the concept behind the project. Look at quarkchain for example. It's hard to see that kind of ico dip badly because there is a lot of demand for the tokens. Expect a x10 when it gets to an exchange.
678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 Cheap Crypto Currency to Buy for 2018 on: May 17, 2018, 09:46:19 PM
I would draw your attention first of all to the most underestimated projects. First, ideas do not end and people come up with more and more technological and necessary projects, and on this you need to look at people in terms of reliability, and I am confident in the people who are behind the following projects, and their price is now extremely low and available on exchange. First of all it is Miniapps (MAT), (0,06$) then the ADBANK project (ADB) (0,02$) and also the project (IPSX) (0,01$), and the last two projects in which, I am not very sure it is Cappasity (CAPP) (0,03$) and Bitjob (STU)(0,02$) and Yes I am still sure that NEM/XEM (0.35) is very cheap and you need to take as much as possible.

You, sir, are a genius. These coins are the ones I have a particular interest in. The prices are so low and its good opportunity to bag a lot of volume at this point in time.
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty is dead :( on: May 17, 2018, 09:34:10 PM
Bounties have become a steady job to some people. It has made many people rich and more and more people are joining in which leads to a reduction in rewards. I think the bounty managers can bring in new tasks that are more difficult to take on. It will disqualify a lot of participants leaving only serious members to do them
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Is Really A Good Investment or Not? on: May 16, 2018, 01:56:15 PM
Depends on a number of factors. There are good icos but they are not much. What you should do is plenty of research. Find out more about the team in charge of the ico, look at the project to see how workable it is and follow news updates about it
