We need information on current mining stats.  Now.

Chill the fuck out Little Lord Fauntleroy, demanding much?

I just caught up on the thread, and thought I'd log in to repeat that I'm still full bull Kiss I'm not planning on selling any shares, but I hope that some paranoid neckbeard fleecing happens next week  Grin

Thanks Bar, pretty much what I expected.  VE, you are still a sad human being. hahah..
224  Economy / Securities / Re: Trading Platforms - Active Mining shareholders poll on: January 17, 2014, 08:41:18 AM
CT is good shorterm...but I wouldn't waste my time with that once CC is available.  I prefer CC.

...
OO stfu and quit your bitching crumbs. He said he was meeting with Ken later this week. He met with Gerald who can't give the information Bar is looking for. At least wait until he meets with Ken to continue the constant diarrhea that flows from your keyboard to my screen.

Call me whatever that misfiring mess of neurons tells you to, but wait until you are spoken to.
Is that clear?

LOL get a life, BRO!  You voice of God, you...cuutie... Kiss

Onwards and upwards!
227  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 14, 2014, 11:45:15 PM
Thanks for the update Bargraphics and I look forward to hearing about your discussions with Ken!  Please try and take some photos (any photos, even if it's something we've already seen)...thanks again!

VolanicErupter...Ken & co. aren't trying to blame you for anything.  They just realized that they shouldn't have been giving out so much important information to singular people (especially if he or she is an investor).  It looks like Ken's way of dealing with this is to keep his mouth shut until he is ready to announce certain details.  I agree with his policy although there are a few subjects that I think he should clarify (such as what has shipped?).
228  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 14, 2014, 06:13:39 AM
Sorry if this was asked many times by others. Is there any update from eAsic? I've come here from time to time since the end of November, when the (sample) chips were supposed to be ready.

Nothing from eASIC directly that I'm aware of, besides speculation.  You can check out their website and see that the 28nm ASIC is still marketed as "coming soon" while the full details of their 45nm and 90nm ASICs are obviously available and listed, if that does anything for ya.
229  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 14, 2014, 06:04:06 AM
This isn't fox news.  Not everyone has a fair and balanced opinion.  There are polar opposite opinions on this board, mostly do to lack of information flow, and also misintreperting and feeding into speculation that manifests its self as someone's mental reality.  None of know more than what Ken says, and people that saw some part of the operation.    I tend to cheerlead the company as well as I researched and liked what I saw with this co, and with Ken himself from old newspaper articles from the early 2000s.  I believe in my research......do things change of course....its Earth. I still believe Ken is doing the right thing and ACTM's resilance against from what seems to be constant death is amazing, and is mirroring the attacks BTC itself takes and just comes back.  I understand we arnt trading and there has been some major conflicts on info dissemination, but when there's no other facts, why take speculation, albiet some great speculation in both directions, as fact.  We have boots on the ground, let Bar and his boots work.     Now, so lets all thank Bar and perhaps donate a little to him for putting in some effort, instead of us all armchairing everything.   Sometimes I want to put on my tinfoil hat on to fit in better with some theories hre

+10 for that, well said...I know I'll be standing by tomorrow for updates.  Thanks Bar
230  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 12, 2014, 06:55:16 AM

Ken stated in an update that first products have been shipped. In his latest update, he has stated that they are still working out the design, so we know there's no product. This is fact, unfortunately. Things are not lining up and the burden of proof is on Ken, not us.

I agree that the burden of proof is on Ken, and not us.  I definitely think we need more info from the inside, but I just wanted some users to substantiate their extreme claims.  I now know what I need to know...it is all speculation on their part (which is fine).

More speculation: I think that Ken was talking about a different product other than the 28nm chipped machines that shipped, but he needs to let us know what the deal is.  Time will tell, I think I'll step back and just watch until more information comes out.
231  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: January 12, 2014, 06:48:12 AM
@Bargraphics:  Is there a bounty on crumbs?  How much?

Bounty for what? Revealing his RL ID? Whats the point?

That was just an off the wall statement that BarGraphics made that the trolls put out to make him look extreme/ill intentioned.  He was just commenting on the fact that if we knew who crumbs actually was IRL, most likely he wouldn't be posting the stupid shit he always posts. :p
232  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 12, 2014, 06:40:00 AM
Babybonobo your posts are worthless to us, and here is why:

Quote
Activity: 48

It's funny how all these supporters have less than 100 posts.  They all have such positive things to say about a failed company.  Goes to show you what measures Ken will take to desperately keep us patient.

Anyone who is not an established member of Bitcointalk should be ignored.  Their opinion is worthless because they could be anybody, including Ken himself.

If anybody thinks this is far fetched, Icebreaker was called out for being Eduardo from Hashfast.  Within a matter of hours of this accusation his posts went down to nearly 0/day.

Lesson learned: Users should never be assumed to be who they portray themselves to be, especially with an extremely low post count.

Read with caution.

Yeah, that's not gonna work.

I would suggest ignoring Babybonobo.  I honestly believe only Ken would support himself that much at this point.  No reasonable investor has any significant amount of optimism left.

Your mind games may work on others, but not me.  Don't speak for other people, and I don't give a fuck how popular you are.
233  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 12, 2014, 06:32:40 AM

For me it was when his English and grammar started to fall apart in his updates.  He started hyphenating words like "Bitcoin-mining".   Huh
On top of it all though, it was his inability to prove that he has done anything other than a few scribbles on a million dollar cheque.  Meanwhile, he personally benefits financially even though the core business is now worthless.  He didn't even try to make it work, because that salary is all he wanted out of it.  Proof of this is that he didn't even bother hiring someone useful, only his family who had probably never heard of "bitcoin" until getting hired to fold cardboard boxes and sort through sales orders.  This man is literally trying to build a rocket ship out of marshmallows and school glue.  He doesn't have a single clue of how to make us successful, only himself by stealing our money for his own families wealth.  That, my friends, defines SCAM.

I see where you are coming from, VE.  I agree about the grammar, that is a red flag in my eyes as well.  While excusable, I never assume it is excusable because it is also scammy.  Saying that he formed the company just to reap the benefits of the salary for him and his family members is a large claim...I'm not saying it's impossible but it doesn't seem like a good way to scam people and get away with it.  I suppose he could argue that he tried his hardest but failed and scam us etc, etc... but in court that wouldn't hold up because they would judge the backgrounds of the family members involved.  If the company failed and there was a lawsuit due to scamming concerns, the courts aren't just going to say "hey you invested in this company and it failed, tough shit", they will look at the motives behind Ken and family and investigate.

Don't flame me, VE, but I honestly think you have taken things a little too far in your head.  I'm not trying to tell you that you are wrong!  I have no crystal ball, obviously.  HOWEVER, it is quite obvious that everyone is paranoid, that is for sure...and obviously scepticism and paranoia is good in moderate amounts but this is utter madness.  ACTM does need to come out and clear up a lot of information so we can stop arguing over nonsense.  I'd like to see proper accounting documents as well.
234  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 12, 2014, 06:22:37 AM

You must actually be a baby bonobo to be that stupid.

No Miners = FACT
No shipped product = FACT
Lost shares = SUBJECTIVE but we cannot trade shares, and technically do not have ownership of them at this point, so leaning towards FACT
Total BS about Shares = SUBJECTIVE but we do not have a set date for when trading will be available, and Ken said on Dec 18th they would be up in a week, with was complete BS, so leaning toward FACT
lies about shipping = FACT

VE's last straw? Maybe it was the shitty updates, with no timelines whatsoever? Or maybe the blatant lies? OHH or maybe it was Ken deleting posts for hours when he say the team is focusing on the core of the business?

So which one was it VE?

Alright dumbass, look, I'm here to evaluate the truth and not talk about speculation at the moment.  Let me break this down for you one more time, a little more specifically and harshly...

"No miners"-- While it is most likely true that we don't have a miner with 28nm eASIC chips, we still have BTC coming into the ACTM address.  Not much else to add to this, but speculation, as this is the whole subject of the matter.
"No shipped product/Lies about shipping"-- Show me proof that he lied, show me proof that there is no shipped product.  Don't try to prove the existence of a God to an Agnostic.  I don't need proof of shipping because I have no idea if anything was actually shipped.  Either show proof or say you don't know.  This is unknown.
"Lost shares"--Hmm...interesting wording.  I'm not sure how they are lost.  We can't trade them at the moment but in my opinion it is wise for Ken to wait for CC.  He obviously has communication issues though and should have kept us updated on the matter.  In fact, he should have someone else keep us updated so he doesn't have to think about it.

In conclusion, everything you just said is still speculation.  I was asking if VE has any verifiable facts or information based on reality and not just perceptions and speculation.  Do you understand now?  Maybe you're spidey senses are better than mine and you know that this is a scam deep down...that's a lot different than having verifiable facts and hard evidence that led you to that conclusion.  You really think this would be a scam even though Ken's face is all over the place, his name, his family members' names, his address, his business address, his business license, he has a publicly known deal with eASIC...the list goes on.  Quite frankly it would be easy to press charges if this was a scam.  There is a huge difference between a scam and delays (or even complete failure).  Please regard these issues maturely as such.

I am not here to be a cheerleader or a grim reaper, I just want to talk about truths and not speculation since the ratio is so poorly skewed at the moment.  Obviously we need more information and that is the cause of all this bickering, but let's try and talk about what we do know rather than speculating harshly and mindlessly about the things that we do not know.

I wanna see some verifiable, quoted lies that are proved lies.  Not this speculation bullshit that attempts to prove that you are psychic.  I also can confirm that I've had posts deleted that WERE NOT CRITICAL OF ACTM (but involved bickering) that were deleted from the thread.  I need confirmation from a mod that these posts are actually deleted by Ken (Yes, I know it tells you in your inbox but I'm not sure that is accurate).  While I think it is good for Ken to delete whatever bickering he chooses, it would be a very poor use of time if he is constantly on here.

Cheers!
235  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 12, 2014, 03:55:18 AM

If you are gonna say that, what is your proof it isn't a scam. There is NOTHING leaning towards the not a scam side so far. No miners, no shipped product, lost shares, total bs about shares, lies about shipping.

C'mon son.

Listen up, I'm not out for a witch hunt.  Don't assume my side because I am not a cheerleader.  Literally everything you said was subjective, I was looking more for actual facts and verifiable lies.  You can't say someone is a liar without proving their intention.  I could spurt out just as much opinion and speculation in support of ACTM, it just seems like VE is so certain of criminality that I was curious as to what his last straw was.
236  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 12, 2014, 03:43:25 AM
Just remember, every time he deletes a post he's doing it to hide the truth.  This pertains to any mention of the lies, deceit, or incompetency.  He doesn't want this to rub off on all shareholders.  He wants us to remain confident so that he can drag out this scam as long as possible.  That is exactly what Labcoin did.  The more time that passes, the more likely he is to get away with it.  Sure he's giving out refunds to customers, but I would love to hold onto $6 million dollars as well -- it would be like a loan with unlimited benefits.  Not to mention a beautiful salary for my entire family from shareholders funds.  Why the FUCK would I support anything he says/does when he has already benefited from this venture while we haven't seen a dime since the eASIC news?   Hopefully as the supporters gradually shift ofter to share my position, we will have more support against this terrible crime.  Only then can we work as a group rather than bicker amongst ourselves.  The only barrier is time.

Volanic, what is your proof that this is some sort of scam?  What factors made this definite for you?  I ask truthfully, not trolly...let's get down to it, please define your reasoning specifically to help us out and get to the point to stop this bickering.
237  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] IceDrill.ASIC IPO (500 Thash Mining Operation powered by HashFast) on: January 10, 2014, 10:33:06 PM
Any updates for us investors who may own a considerable amount of shares but are still not invited to the secret forum confidential meeting?
FTFY

The rationale of the meeting is that the ID management has a manageable number of people to deal with in order to decide which information they want to disclose at the current moment. I hope this makes sense.

Got it.  Thanks! Hope to hear more info soon!

It's not a secret and I did not release it via PM.  Stop making things up again.

Would you like me to find relevant text?

<abillionhorses> i almost didnt say in public for that reason...gerald told me because i told him i dont post on forums much...that place is like vitriol for investors and the company.  whiny teenagers trying to play psyops, etc..
<fannybaws> Agreed.  I'm ready to post.  Just say the word and I won't as I wouldn't want to betray anyone's trust. If you are indifferent I will post it.
<abillionhorses> lets not man...just dont post it
<abillionhorses> feel free to save and send privately to ANYONE but dont post for the sharks

Awesome "teenagers trying to play psyops" there yourself.  Shoo' fooled me Roll Eyes

Jesus man, you don't even deserve my words.  I have nothing to defend.  Look at the full log or something, I stand by my word.  I released in public on IRC, not via PM to anyone.  Enjoy trolling4lyfe

I don't care what you flamers feel from this small phone check-in.  It wasn't about getting information for YOU.  It was about getting information for myself and then I just decided to share it.  I don't usually do that because most users here are undeserving, and the information came out reluctantly (I honestly feel a little shame for sharing it now).  Make up your own damn minds since you didn't get the information for yourself.  Perceive this handed down information however you want to, for you did not experience it for yourself.  I know I am of a sane mind.  Twist in misery or think positively.  This was a small amount of information that I knew would be helpful in the mind of a serious investor.  I don't care, I have no motive for you--maybe you will lose your money.  I have no problem standing by my words, but I will no longer share important thoughts or important information with the general imbeciles of this board.

It's not a secret and I did not release it via PM.  Stop making things up again.  I released information I thought would be helpful to others who are struggling to understand what is going on.  Maybe those quotes (that you took out of context) don't fit your own motives, but it doesn't affect my own.  Deal with it.
240  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 10, 2014, 09:30:57 PM
I'd have to agree with that StuartUK.  I will stop provoking the trolls but I did want to get that last statement of mine on the record.  I do think that he must be getting paid from a competitor, otherwise it makes no sense that he is spending so much of his time and energy trolling and trashing.

Cheers, until better times!  Good luck everyone!  I am almost certain that many will throw a fit after this weekend comes and goes.  Please don't expect all knowledge to be released publicly by the CEO of a company immediately after it occurs.
