I must disagree - I think the new exchange https://fbtcexchange.com/ is going to kick laggy campbx.com's butt.  Easy to get verified, quick, responsive, lower fees (0% until August, then 0.45%) and the best securit features.  In addition to google authenticator, let's you lock down BTC withdrawals to a small # of bitcoin addresses so even if you are totally compromised (they get your phone), they still cannot withdraw bitcoins. 

It is even quicker to fund - for campbx easiest method by far is Dwolla. This is a quick wire transfer.

However, Campbx does have two advantages:
1. Cheaper to deposit USD (Dwolla charge 25 cents versus $10+ for a wire transfer
2. Located in USA so may have less issues with AML laws - they are already registered as a money exchanger

For the less well heeled bitcoiner who cannot afford a 20 share minimum, I have 3 shares I am looking to sell for 4.4BTC/share (total 13.2BTC).

   As long as you fund the escrow prior to Wednesday, yes I will transfer the dividends.  Please PM me your address for the dividends and email (required by friedcat).  Setup the escrow with John K. and let me know when it is funded and I will email friedcat to transfer you the 5 shares.

I literally bought these shares less than a week ago from purplesquid here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=239109.msg2548409#msg2548409
John K escrowed these shares and he can verify.  Escrow is fine, buyer pays fee, John K only as escrow (his fee is 1.5%).

My preference would be to sell all 8 direct asicminer shares to one buyer to limit the work for myself and Friedcat (4.4 X 8 = 35.2BTC).  PM is fine as well.  First-come, first-serve.

I cannot fault RB1205.  Listen, am I upset that because it took me too long to get my BTC out of cold storage to pay by the deadline and it voided the offer?  Yeah, of course.  But that is not RBs fault. Sh*t happens - I am sure the price of asicminer will go up and down and other opportunities to buy in the 3s will likely come if patient.

You do realize this is a thread where I am offering to buy shares on the open market.  If you want to put out an offer to the forum, go ahead and post a new thread.  You are bidding as if I have any shares I wish to sell.

Honestly, that is between you and RB.  I don't think it involves Friedcat or John K in anyway.  I offered him a bit more (3.55) which was accepted. 

I think that is fair.
