Since even zich now is wavering, I am considering options.
I am thinking of offering 10 day payouts for those who want, but at a reduced rate (typically 10-20% depending on a nice divisible by 3 number). If a lot of the participants sign up for that I might even open up 1 or 2 slots (my max is limited to 7.03 BTC).

Something like this for 17/34 posts in 10 days. You get a third of the below mentioned amounts.

I was just reading through the OP. Seems like we can also receive the payment in mining power. Can we have more details on that?
I am not sure about that. I will find out. The amount I have is enough to cover the total pay in BTC only if all the Full Members and higher makes 100+ constructive posts. So in case the company runs into trouble and/or they do not provide the mining power for some reason, you will get the BTC amount only (not the 20% higher mining power). ..........

Thanks for counting me in. When should I update the number of posts? And I think it will be good if you can have a weekly or a 10 day payout for people doubting the funds. And is there any plan for having an extra payout for more than 50 posts for Member rank? You can update as soon as you add the signature. So you get more time to complete the 50 posts. If I get enough participants doubting the funds, I will get some other escrow. To me it looks redundant as if I can be trusted to hand back the amount, I can be trusted to pay out; but nevertheless I would not want this to cause participants worry. No plans now unless Eric decides later to put more funds in. The amount I have now covers all the payment if the maximum is hit. |

Rules:- My decision in any dispute will be final. I reserve the right to refuse any candidate a place.
You will be disqualified if:- Post majority of posts in one section.
You have no trading history, funds should be placed with a trusted third party escrow, this will ensure that participants will be treated fairly and will be paid when they provide advertising. I would also think that it would be expected for the majority of user's posts to be in one section. This is how people tend to post, also the majority of posts are in the bitcoin discussion section, therefore logically most posts will be in that section. I have clarified earlier, but to repeat: Its mainly to stop somebody from posting all in some off-topic section which will not be of much use, or post a lot of gambling posts asking for free gifts. As long as posters are decent enough there is no issue. If somebody stays within rules but I do not like the posting, I will simply not accept them for next month. |

Ideally I would like to select only the best ones, but I had to honour the initial announcement yesterday which allowed reservations, so did a compromise in the end.

mine is at spanish/services/alt coins section, i hope they can clarify it. Its mainly to discourage from sticking to one Local or Off-topic section. I have also said only English posts will be counted but I will count a few non-English here and there. There was an issue with Chinese posters who just posted in their section and hence the rules. Basically, post regularly, do not spam you will be fine. Remember, in trying to get to 100 posts you may post poor quality ones and get rejected for next month. |

Thanks for understanding. I am not part of the campaign, but still wanted to make others aware of it. Recently, a dice site used a trusted account to launch the site: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=809026.0And it later turned out, that the account was purchased. It can very well be possible, if a new escrow is used. If the pay was weekly, it would still be fine to risk it, but since its monthly, there is always a risk . In your position I would have the same concern. I was interested in joining the Btcbackers campaign by niothr, but I did not as he was not escrowing funds and it turned out to be the correct decision. I can sign from an old address if necessary to prove I still hold it. I will not be doing weekly, but I will consider the escrow. Let me first set up the campaign, and I will think about it later. The escrow has to be one who has held similar amounts in the past (which rules out redsn0w) |
