61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin is lost in a wallet can it ever be recovered on: March 07, 2023, 02:28:15 AM
If someone loses their Bitcoin by losing access to their wallet or private keys, those Bitcoin are not credited to the number of Bitcoin mined.
It is possible to trace transactions on the Bitcoin blockchain, but if someone loses access to their wallet or private keys, it is unlikely that the lost Bitcoin can be recovered. Even if an address has been dormant for a long time, it does not necessarily mean that the wallet has been lost.
62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How was Bitcoin mining done in the early days? on: March 06, 2023, 03:27:30 PM
How was Bitcoin mining done in the early days, and what changes have been made to the mining process since then?
Bitcoin mining has evolved significantly since its inception. Initially, miners used CPUs, but as more people began mining, the difficulty level increased. Miners then shifted to GPUs in 2010 due to their improved processing power and efficiency. After that ASICs were introduced, allowing for even more efficient Bitcoin mining. Today, mining Bitcoin requires specialized hardware, software, and access to cheap electricity. Mining pools are also popular, allowing miners to pool resources and increase chances of earning rewards.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are investors so sceptical about Altcoins? on: March 06, 2023, 09:27:38 AM
I am not an altcoin fan but lately, I have spent some time on the alternative cryptocurrency board and I have seen a lot of topics bordering around whether or not to buy some coins and this makes me wonder why altcoins investors are full of uncertainty and always wanting to know the opinion of others before they invest.

Is there any other reason for this other that the high risk and high volatility of altcoins compared to bitcoin?

Are they asking because they know there are special skills in altcoin analyses or some people are good at picking g g the right coin to invest in?
There are several reasons why altcoin investors may seek the opinion of others before investing in a particular coin. One reason is the high risk and volatility associated with many altcoins, which can make it difficult for individual investors to make informed decisions about which coins to buy and when to buy them. As such, investors may seek the advice of others who have experience and expertise in analyzing market trends and identifying promising investment opportunities.
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are there age limits to Bitcoin investment? on: March 06, 2023, 03:11:50 AM
There are generally no age restrictions for investing in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, but minors may require parental consent. However, it is not advisable to introduce children or elderly individuals to cryptocurrencies without proper education and caution. These investments can be volatile, and it's important to seek advice from financial professionals and conduct thorough research before investing.
65  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good wallet I can use to store Bitcoin? on: March 06, 2023, 01:48:11 AM
I was introduced to LSD but I am more interested in buying Bitcoin first.

Many of my friends told me to use Blockchain wallet but one of them told me that is not a good wallet. He told me to buy a hardware wallet but I don't have money to buy it.

What wallet to use if not Blockchain wallet?
There are various wallet options to choose from, including desktop, mobile, and web wallets. While Blockchain is popular, it's important to research and compare before making a decision. Examples of alternative wallets include Electrum, Exodus, Mycelium, Bread, Coinbase, and Binance. Whichever you choose, always take necessary security measures like enabling two-factor authentication and keeping private keys secure. While hardware wallets offer the highest level of security, they're not mandatory, and you can upgrade in the future when you have funds available.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the next crypto craze? on: March 05, 2023, 04:35:43 PM
Cryptos have had many crazes all over the years. First, it was Bitcoin appearance.
right after that, there were the altcoins and soon after the ICOs, IPOs and all the O's thingy craze. Afterwards the PoS and stacking craze came to play and then smart contracts came around then the DAO Blow. Then the Cexes, the Dexes and right after that, we saw NFTs rise along with the metaverse. (I'm probably missing something). Now we just had the Merge.
Many of these phases have helped the crypto market achieve new highs and led the blockchain technology to go mainstream.
A lot of developments have been a part of the industry growth, so my question here is, what do you guys think will be the next craze in the industry?
The crypto market is going Famous day by day, it's difficult to predict what the next craze will be. However, some emerging trends include decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, blockchain-based gaming, and the integration of cryptocurrencies into traditional financial systems.
Ultimately, the future of the industry will depend on the adoption of blockchain technology and the development of new use cases for cryptocurrencies.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth staking stablecoins? on: March 05, 2023, 03:15:29 PM
If you want to stake stablecoins without breaking the bank, it's best to consider platforms that operate on a blockchain network with low transaction fees like Polygon (MATIC) or Binance Smart Chain. These platforms have gained popularity due to their faster transaction times and lower gas fees compared to Ethereum, making them a more cost-effective option for staking. As for safety and reliability, it's essential to do your research and choose reputable platforms with a track record of secure and transparent operations. While staking can offer attractive returns
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in Bitcoin by selling wife's jewelry on: March 05, 2023, 08:21:04 AM

We know gold is very precious metal, but Bitcoin is much more expensive than gold. Bitcoin will cross $100k after halving in 2024 ie if I invest $3000 in Bitcoin now then there is a chance of getting 10x after 2024. If I get $30000 from investing $3000, nothing can be as valuable as Bitcoin. I explained this formula to my wife at night and she was not willing to give me her jewelery at first but today she told me by herself that you can sell my jewelery and invest in Bitcoin. At present I am forced to sell my wife's jewelery as I have no fiat money.
I seek advice from expert investors/holders/users of this forum,,,,
whether selling my wife's jewelery and investing on bitcoins makes sense?
Is it reasonable to invest in gold rather than bitcoin?
Investing in Bitcoin carries risks as its value is subject to market fluctuations and can be volatile. While some people believe it will continue to increase in value, there is no guarantee of this outcome.
Selling your wife's jewelry without consent is not ethical or legal for investing in Bitcoin or any asset. Honest communication is crucial for financial decisions, ensuring both parties agree on investment choices.
Investing in gold or Bitcoin depends on your investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation. Gold is a traditional store of value and considered safe during economic uncertainty. Bitcoin is a newer digital asset that has gained popularity as a decentralized currency and investment. Consider researching and evaluating all factors before deciding to invest.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how do I keep my private key safe? on: March 05, 2023, 07:15:41 AM
I have wondered for long, if there is  anyway to recover my private keys when they get lost or when I don't remember them. Someone advised me to use Gmail and store them as mails then I taught again, what if my Gmail gets hacked. Is this actually the best way to store them or is there any other ways I can store or Keep them safe?
Storing your private keys in an email account or any other online storage service can be risky, as these platforms may be vulnerable to hacks or security breaches. If your email account is compromised, your private keys could be accessed by an attacker, potentially leading to the loss of your funds.
A safer way to store your private keys is to use a hardware wallet or a software wallet that offers a recovery phrase
Hardware wallets, such as Trezor or Ledger, provide an added layer of security by storing your private keys offline and requiring physical confirmation to authorize transactions. Software wallets, such as Exodus or Electrum, can be more convenient to use but may not offer the same level of security as hardware wallets.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy BNB now? on: March 05, 2023, 05:26:27 AM
Hi guys, Is it too late now to buy BNB? Or can we expect huge price drop in this year?
I am not Financial Advisor . However, I can provide some general information that may be helpful in making investment decisions.
BNB is the native token of the Binance exchange and has experienced significant growth in value over the past few years. Like any asset, its price is subject to market forces, including supply and demand, as well as broader economic and regulatory factors.

Regarding the timing of purchasing BNB, it is important to note that timing the market can be difficult, and there is no guarantee of a significant price drop in the future. It may be helpful to consider a long-term investment strategy and consider factors such as the technology, use cases, and adoption potential of BNB when making an investment decision.

72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is ever the right time. on: September 20, 2022, 05:49:33 PM
The right time is when the market goes as low as possible and you buy at that time. And when all altcoin prices are 80% to 90% down from their all-time highs, when the market goes down, people panic and you buy.  This is the right time to buy in a bear market. And when the market is going up, it is also the right time for a good trader to sell the coins he bought at a good profit and exit the market before the bear market comes again.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Solana be the next Ethereum??? on: September 20, 2022, 05:40:44 PM
The current price of Solana is very dump and the risk of further fall is still there.Currently the market is also very bearish. But Solana's network has been down several times in the last few months. The network congestion has greatly affected the price of Solana. And the price of Solana is not recovering. On the other hand, Ethereum has been pumped many times and has given its investors many times of profit even in this bearish market.  So to say that Solana will replace Ethereum is looking very difficult.
74  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You don't need to hodl a particular coin all your life on: September 20, 2022, 09:05:54 AM
After buying a crypto coin, it is always held. And holding means that whenever the price of that coin goes up, everyone has a specific target in mind where to sell it.Most of the people sell the coin when they get a reasonable profit. But some people wait for its price to increase further. Most of the people keep the coin for the sake of high profit and do not sell even at a good profit. Solana's price has touched 261 dollars. Now the one who did not sell in 261usdt and started waiting for more profits, this decision proved to be harmful for him. Now it is back to 30 dollars.Coins are always taken to earn profit and not to keep the coins for life.Always love your profit.Coins come and go. Our goal is only profit. Coins should always be sold at a reasonable profit. Holding a coin for life can be a very bad decision.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest mistake in crypto? on: September 19, 2022, 04:25:59 PM
One of the biggest mistakes in crypto is buying top gainers. Often people buy top gainers which is a huge mistake. If the price falls after entering such a crypto, then it may take a long time to go back there.Whenever a coin is listed on an exchange, many people try to buy it, thinking that it will increase by 200% or 500% immediately after it is listed.  And then get stuck forever. The third mistake is the biggest mistake that 98% of people make. It is to take the opinion of others as your own.Do your own study that the one you are buying is not at a high price. The person telling you can make a mistake.
76  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Few Steps To Avoid Losses In Trading. on: September 19, 2022, 12:01:45 PM
To avoid losses, always choose coins that have a high market cap and low circulation supply.Always invest in a strong and quality project. To avoid losses, look at the project from all angles. Try to choose coins that have been in the market for a long time. Coins from new projects can prove to be risky.Always invest in different coins so you won't lose by losing one coin.Always divide your capital into different parts. Don't invest all at once. Keep buying little by little in every bear market.Always use stop loss in short term investment. The support points and resistance points of the coins to be invested in should be known. When the market falls, one who invests in coins should not worry about their price falling and should not sell in panic situation,Always hold your coins in such a situation.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Solana a good investment in this 2022? on: September 19, 2022, 02:03:18 AM
Solana is the most underrated cryptocurrency at the moment. It's in constant downfall. But that doesn't mean the power it has is gone.their are many NFT that are being minted on solana,s network.solana is a top 10 coin in term of overall market cap, which is really significant.the potential of solana powerful for developers and fast for everyone.the speed and scalability is also very good.solana really revolutionizing the payments the world, Defi and much more.the other reason that why you need to invest in this currency include.its the fastest crypto currency on the block.transaction are really cheap.Solana's blockchain is widely used. Solana has its own NFT marketplace. Many people buy and sell NFT here because the transaction fees are very low. Solana has its own wallet called phantom. More than two million people use it. This means that there is a lot of demand. Moreover, once the bear market ends, the price of Solana will increase and experts consider Solana to be the Ethereum killer.  So investment in Solana in 2022 can prove to be an excellent investment.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitgert or Shiba on: September 18, 2022, 01:28:13 PM
Bitgert is a new and smaller coin, while Shiba came a long time ago. Bitgert is a latecomer, so far it hasn't given the same returns as Shiba, but it's changing a lot and faster than Shiba. As bitgert got its own blockchain. After that bitgert upgraded itself to BRC-20 where it becomes easy to transfer coins from one chain to another. Here Shiba lags behind because its blockchain is getting delayed. There are about fifty projects on BitGert's blockchain.Shiba's blockchain has not come yet, so where will the projects come from?Bitgert's transaction fee is extremely low and transaction speed is also very high.Shiba's market cap is very high while BitGert's market cap is still very low.Shiba holder's attention is also now turning to BitGert. In Bitgert's VP Roadmap you will see that Bitgert CXView, Oracle and NFT are coming soon.trial of Bitgert cx running and may launch at anytime.
79  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: At what Bitcoin price do you think altseason will start? on: September 18, 2022, 10:09:17 AM
In the current situation, while Bitcoin is in a very bearish position and due to this, the prices of all altcoins have fallen very much. It seems very difficult for the price of altcoins to increase in the current price of Bitcoin.According to crypto experts, between 27k and 28k if the price of Bitcoin reaches.  Which is a strong resistance for Bitcoin. If this resistance is broken by bitcoin, then this price will become a strong support for bitcoin. After that, bitcoin can start its further journey,And from here there can be many chances to start the season of Alt coins.28k figure can play a very strong role for all altcoins to stop their falling price and increase prices.
80  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: buying low and selling high on: September 18, 2022, 09:06:22 AM
Many people say that the price starts to go down from where they buy the crypto and when they sell the cryptocurrency  the price starts to go up.First of all, you should know the definition of price, what is the definition of high price and what is the definition of low price. Each exchange has two prices, one for the top gainer and one for the top loser. If a coin is 25% loser today, maybe yesterday it was 50% gainer. And today it fell 25% to become loser. But still it is 25% higher than its normal price. If you buy it here, it might drop 15 to 20 percent more, so you will lose. You have to watch out for such things. The time to buy is when the market stabilizes after falling. Never buy crypto in a falling market.Often the market is stable even after pumping. Don't buy there.A bullish market should also know when coin prices are moving higher. Prices are higher for those who bought at the bottom. And when the market is bullish, it is the right time to sell. After the price of any currency falls, when it starts moving sidewaves, then you should buy and when the price stabilizes after increasing, you should sell. This way you will always be in profit.
