201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: next bitcoin? on: November 23, 2023, 08:08:35 PM
I am a high school student. I learned about Bitcoin, but it's too late. I was so young. Because I was 4 years old in 2009. But as history tells us, bitcoin killer will emerge one day. I want to find out such coin, but I don't have enought knowledge and ability to do that.. I want to ask the smart people here. Is there a coin that is similar to Bitcoin now? something that is perfectly decentralized. I want to invest there. If there's a coin you're making, is fine too. Just let me know. I hope this post becomes a legend.
Who said to you that it was too late and I don't think a new currency will kill Bitcoin perhaps it will just be no demand will kill it. Perhaps you'll find it if you listen with too much information and think it will be the Bitcoin killer. Perhaps you'll like Doge because it's decentralized and no you'll not be a legend because you posted this.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Crowdfund for a Gambler Who Has Gambled Irresponsibly? on: November 23, 2023, 07:37:48 PM
A few days ago, I posed a question in this forum, wondering if, as someone who engages in gambling, you've ever considered thought of giving back to the community if you ever had a successful gambling run. I carefully went through all the responses, maintaining keen interest and taking note of each perspective. Another aspect of the inquiry involves whether you would be willing to participate in crowdfunding for a fellow gambler who reaches out to the public through social media seeking financial support after they gambled with the funds meant for an important project like, investment, school fees, rent, marriage or any other thing. And what would you say to those who go ahead to donate to these gamblers out of a sense of empathy?
Why would I? I think it's given that people would be wary to that fellow and would never participate to such an obvious answer. He/she should be responsible enough to know that the world doesn't work that way especially if you just gamble the money that should be used for good purpose, you'll surely get criticism at all.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges being attacked in the verge of BTC ETF on: November 23, 2023, 12:24:04 PM
What an eventful week it has been regarding cryptocurrency exchanges! We witnessed CZ stepping down, Bittrex announcing the suspension of its operations starting from December, and Kraken facing a significant lawsuit. There are a few key points to consider:

1) Is the recent decline in exchanges' fortunes a result of natural market forces or deliberate manipulation? This question might seem rhetorical given the circumstances.

2) With Bittrex shutting down, many users are left wondering where they will migrate their activities. Have you made any decisions regarding your future exchange of choice?

3) Could these exchange-related developments potentially trigger a major unforeseen event (a "Black Swan" event)? Or will the approval of a Bitcoin ETF override all other concerns and become the focal point of attention?
1. I think not, but the US just enforcing rules on crypto, it's not the first time but I guess it's not a direct FUD, it's more about control.

2. There are lot of good exchanges these days and having DEXs as well will compete for that. Fear not DEXs are getting lot of improvement and they are getting great everyday.

3. We may never know about that but I will be always bullish when it comes to crypto, no ETF or not.
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in psychic betting? on: November 22, 2023, 09:36:54 PM
Psychic betting is placing bets based on the prediction of individuals or even animals because of the belief that they possess supernatural power to accurately determine the outcome of a bet. There is the true story of Fatih Ozcan[1] who helped his boss Hayati Kucukkoylu to win a $1.7 million lottery through the power of dreams. He claimed that he received the revelation about the Euro Millions tickets from his dreams. There is also Paul the Psychic Octopus [2] who is known to predict international football games correctly. He even predicted correctly that Spain would win the  2010 FIFA World Cup. Some persons also believe in the gambling predictions of religious leaders [3] to place bets. Some people believe that lunatics are possessed by some supernatural powers so they also depend on them for predictions.

Do you take these Psychic predictions seriously?
I think it just happen on random place at a random time, it's not exactly that it will work with others. If they actually work why not go for the larger wins then? I don't think that it actually work maybe it was just a pure coincidence that it happen, it may happen maybe for one time but I don't think it will happen consecutively.
205  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Binance CEO CZ bumaba sa pwesto, at nagkipagsettle on: November 22, 2023, 03:33:06 PM
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 22, 2023, 01:54:25 PM
I also prefer Chet to win. I'm planning to make a bet on him while it's still 2.50. Wemby is at 1.50 so I am not surprised if he will really take the ROTY knowing he has all the time to pump his stats. There's also a big difference when it comes to the coaches since OKC's mission is to win and get into the playoffs as deep as possible. While the other coach is fully giving his time to Wemby.

Next season should be another interesting one in terms of these 2 players. But I expect OKC to become a better team that is capable of becoming NBA champions while San Antonio starts building players fit Wemby.
Chet is on the right team as they are on a mission, not just to make the playoffs but to be competitive once they are in the playoffs. With SGA playing the way he is and Chet making significant contributions, this OKC team is stronger than last season, and they've gained valuable experience. On the other hand, Wemby's hype might persist, but it's hard to ignore that his numbers aren't living up to the fans' expectations anymore.
SGA is on the MVP rankings and I think he'll stay on that level as long as he remains healthy, they are one of the youngest team now in the NBA and coming up at the top position in the West feels like it was Westbrook-Durant era. I think that ROTY will be snatch by Chet if Wemby wouldn't make some difference on his stats.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 21, 2023, 04:45:44 PM
Not that much participants on the poll and it shows that Sixers have got the best start for this season garnering 4 votes. While the rest are just like one, two and four votes only.

Just wanna express how funny that image I saw because I've missed the actual game about Westbrook dunking on Dillon Brooks on his face. LMAO!
Well, the poll was just for fun and it will always be, good thing that OP was still active here updating the thread. Yeah, I think Brooks got the taste of his own medicine on that dunk of Brody. Well, I'm glad Clippers are in a good run now but will likely be doubtful considering it's just two consecutive wins, not a run to be proud of as of the moment especially for Clippers fans.
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You At Any Point In Time Blame Who Taught Or Led You To Gambling? on: November 21, 2023, 04:01:36 PM
I was guilty of this when I was a teenager not on online casinos but in a popular game on Fiesta It is a color game using dice, I was introduced here by my childhood friend and I had a lot of losses with this game, I'm using my school allowance so every time I lose money I blame my childhood for leading me to this color game I do it in a fun way as if I'm just joking but deep inside I hate it whenever I lose. I struggled to fight the temptation but the excitement led me to play again and again.
How about have you at any time blamed the one that led you to gambling in your mind, or even told him face to face?
Well, we can't deny the fact that when we're young we do like adventures and those thrilling moments and I think gambling with yourself as well as with yourself is similar to that. I'm not that type of individual that will try to blame into something that I have control over, I can ignore him/her to gamble so it's solely on my decision that I'll get into something. Yeah, we can't avoid temptations most of the times even in gambling but blaming is on another level I guess on point of view.
209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you pay for signals? And how much ? on: November 21, 2023, 03:25:07 PM
Dlyou pay for signals? And how much ?
What's your monthly expenses for trading signals? Yearly?
I don't pay but i read alot people pay for signals so how good results If this ?
No, pretty sure they're expensive and it's just for whales as far as I know to those legit trading signals out there. Just hustling and no paid signals, you'll get the process of trading when you're not into those signals. These signals are to those who really want to go through with it everyday, the attentive and even though there's signals for you you'll surely still not get all of it, you'll surely miss some.
210  Economy / Gambling / Re: Reel Crypto - The Best Online Crypto Casino on: November 21, 2023, 02:34:51 PM
Welcome to the forum! To be honest, there's already sites out here that has more gaming experience compare to your casino but what's really your edge compare to them? By the way, maybe you'll try signature campaign, that's one way to be known here, just a suggestion to introduce it more to gamblers alike.

Simple Q&A muna tayo habang wala pang action si Bitcoin.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Streamer wins seem too good on: November 18, 2023, 04:01:09 PM
Often than not, it's all about publicity whenever you see streamers hit a big win or loss and the fact that they are sponsored by a casino we should know that it is what it is. Well, it's always the noobs they want to lure into it and we can't deny the fact that it's really enticing even if they are at loss or win because most of the times these streamers has flowery words to lure anyone out there watching.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What I learnt from a crackhead about gambling on: November 18, 2023, 12:42:51 PM
I don't think we should decrease the responsibility just because the other one is about drugs and the other one is about gambling, addiction is addiction and it may differ on one another on how it can be dealt with. I think environment has a lot of factors if you want to be rehabbed or not, if you want to quit then put efforts, change place if necessary, have a different lifestyle.
For my own opinion change of environment is the best for both of them but as for a gambler is the must difficult part because once a gambler is always a gambler even though he has been moved from that environment he will equally find a way to make money and establish that gamble in that new place, it will happen like this, he will just create a content and will start arguing with others and he will first put the money and say if am wrong the person should take the money from there people will like to join him because of the money that is involved and gradually drawing their attention while a drug addiction if can get any access to any drugs he will be managing.
For sure it will be hard at first but I think over time it will have an impact if a gambler change somehow his environment. If someone wants to make an effort I think it will pay off someday and that little change will make a difference. Can't understand how you put that logic but it's different in every circumstances.
214  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and War Crimes? on: November 18, 2023, 08:57:55 AM
Crypto is a stock market and also it can be affected by some wars and pandemic like situations. So I will say that Currently going wars with Gaza ( PALAESTINE) and Israel War. In long term situation and as there are high chances of spreading of war to whole middle eat. Will bitcoin market go on crash mood because last time was coronavirus.
What are your thoughts?
I think that could be the reason of crash.
Totally unrelated and for some reason it may have an effect to the market especially to the nations in concern. COVID-19 was way more global compare to the war happening now at Gaza, I don't think there will be a crash in the market because it will spread in the Middle East, not that fast I guess.

216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The most important thing in a betting site on: November 17, 2023, 05:55:35 PM
Hey,

I wonder what other gamblers consider to be the most important aspect of a betting site.

In my case, it's the speed of approving and processing withdrawals. Knowing that all withdrawals go smoothly, without delays or issues, makes me trust the betting site... even if it may not have the best games, the biggest odds, or the most attractive interface. In the end, it's all about the money. Smiley

In general, if a betting site makes excuses to delay withdrawals, imposes limits on the amount you can withdraw per day/week/month, or requests an excessive number of documents for a $50 withdrawal, then these are major red flags, at least for me.

So, what's the number one thing on your list?
First thing is the user base, if they got good user base and has good organic reviews across the web that makes me trust them. For me, deposit and withdrawal is at the second, if everything is automated and no delays on it that makes me trust the site. Third, I think UI/UX makes me trust the site, if they are putting effort on what they built that means they're serious on it.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LRT narrative, what are your thoughts on this? on: November 17, 2023, 01:58:34 PM
I could be ignorant but I like them, before LST/LRT platforms emerged if you were to stake,  your funds would be locked, albeit earning interest or staking reward or whatever but now you can unlock liquidity using staked tokens and use funds as you please while at the same time earning rewards.
Yes it unlocks more opportunity especially to those who wants high yields and the only disadvantage it has was the launch of AVS that bypass Ethereum’s consensus layer. Probably it will just get ignored until there's a real problem that any user could experience but I believe devs will find a solution to mitigate it.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / LRT narrative, what are your thoughts on this? on: November 16, 2023, 06:55:28 PM
Do you already know this narrative? Just saw this from Ignas on Twitter but found an article of it here in public: https://captainaltcoin.com/liquid-restaked-token-lrt/ I don't know if it's his but feel free to read it. Just want to give an idea of what's gonna make a run in the coming bull run.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Winning big amount after watching streamer on: November 16, 2023, 05:30:35 PM
At first, I thought that the first image was the actual win you've got but you've got a second one and I think not that bad for a first-timer, maybe the casino sees you've got lot on your bankroll to be drained lol. I always think like this because if someone really over commit, the casino will win for sure and most of the time it does. But honestly, congratulations and yeah don't over commit guys, slot is addictive and riskier even if you think it's fun.
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gambling and Invest in gambling. on: November 16, 2023, 04:24:46 PM
I am a discipline and a responsible gambler but tend to quit gambling somedays.
I think I am going to be missing the whole fun of it but if I would find it difficult keeping total off it, I have thought of going around the gambling grounds (gambling tables) with a logical lucrative planning to taking advantage over the gambling tables though am not gonna be a partaker in the gambling anymore.

How do I take advantages over the gambles while I am not gambling anymore?
I tend to invest in the gambling. How?
At my visits in the gambling grounds, I will be lending my funds to the losers who has run out of  funds and willing to bet more if they have more money.
I tends to make this a deal with interest charges with concrete agreement to be secured and I will be opened to also accepting collaterals.

I verily know that I will succeed more of the inexperienced and those gamblers who doesn't have gambling budgets including those who can't take control over their gambling emotions
Well, that's a solid plan I guess and for me to be successful on that I think asking for a collateral will be the best course of action. I think opening up a small legal casino will be good as well but I think lending first will be enough until you get good fund on it. Just be mindful that it involves a lot of risk considering it's not legal on some jurisdictions.
