I'm looking to hire someone to post on my behalf. This will accomplish 2 things. Keep my position as a top poster and increase the quality of my posts.
Eg. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone, as the saying goes. Thank you.
Not sure of you are being serious or not. I'm serious, I just can't afford much and don't know how to provide limited access. Well, you'd be paying people to post things similar to the following: "HODL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" "ch00 ch00 M0TH3RFUCKERS!!!!!!!!!!" "*picture of train blasting into space*" "+1" "AAAAAAAAAA BITCOIN IS DEAD THE PRICE WENT DOWN TO *insert current (triple digit) price*"

whatever, bitcoin is the biggest ponzi in history with satoshi having instamined 10% of all of it
He did not instamine. He premined about 450 BTC, and then released bitcoin. He kept a miner running to keep the network alive because otherwise bitcoin would have nobody to process transactions. Once the network could keep itself functional, he vanished, and none of his coins have ever moved, except about BTC32, which he sent when bitcoin was worth exactly $0 in 2009.

I find myself so unlucky to first find Bitcoin first only last year
10 years from now, who knows, maybe we'll all be early adopters. Don't think about what would have been, but what will be!

It seems bitcoin has always stabilized at "convinient" prices. $2, 2 btc for the dolla. $100, just move the decimal. $500, divide by 1k and then by 2.

The scam site link was placed all over the wiki. I've corrected every last one. There was more than one geez thanks Tara's for fixing them all Guess that 0.00001 got you in front of the line XD Wonder if there was a user who did that in all cases then they should be flagged and deleted if its all one person putting up a fake site. Thats the problem with wiki: the author of the article was the "scammer" and included his own link. And they made alot of other articles too. The articles are now being used to describe the REAL products/services. We've blocked the user from editing.

Thats great to hear but I am worried there might be some imminent abuse coming.
Any way to limit the amount of edits one can do? similar to activity on this forum
I had/have similar fears. Anyone who abuses wiki edit privileges may have their forum account "punished" (yet to be defined by theymos). Also part of the reason this is a one-time thing, is so that banned users can't just recreate a new wiki account and keep abusing it. Making a note on this thread since this seems like the best place to ask for someone to fix the problem. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=558935.msg6091129#msg6091129Can't edit it so can someone with the required permissions change the url on this page as it is Protected Fixed the link.

Ugh, please talk to people before messing up almost every wiki page.. - Pages about compromised services should not be simply deleted.
- Pages like Bitcoin Can that just cover purpose, facts, etc are not "written like an advertisement"
- The "wrongperson" template erroneously infers that the Bitcoin Wiki is an encyclopedia, which it is not
- Tagging pages just because you subjectively feel they could be rewritten better is not helpful.
- The Bitcoin Wiki is a host to much technical documentation. It is not an error and should not be tagged that pages are technical.
- How-to content is normal and expected on the Bitcoin Wiki
- Everything can always use improvement. Adding a "please cleanup" tag just makes it worse (especially when many of these pages you're tagging are just fine as-is).
- Some pages correctly use "you" and "we" pronouns, and should not be tagged.
- The Bitcoin Wiki is again, not an encyclopedia, and does not have notability requirements.
I'll make some changes. This is all in good faith, and I'll stop applying the tags I create.

Someone's going through and removing the all the templates from their pages. Is there something I'm missing? Edit; It seems they're only removing most of my revision templates.
