Heya. the story was called, interestingly enough, "Carrot Cake " :p You can most easily find it in a scary story collection called "The Unseen" by Janet Lunn. I was looking for this book when I came across your question (Carrot Cake was my favorite story in it when I was a kid), so I had to register and let you know once I had found it, as I know how maddening it is when you can't find something you really wanna know Hope you can track it down. Peace. Thank you so much!!!! I really love this story, it was really creepy and interesting. Thanks again!

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Pushtx Litecoin?

I was wondering if anyone here knew of any services that works the same way that blockchain.info's PushTx does, but for LiteCoin? For those of you who don't know, Blockchain.info's service basically allows you to take raw transaction data and push it to the nodes they are connected to to send the transaction.
I was wondering if anyone had a service similar to this for Litecoin.

Hmmm ) Seems very interesting A carrots, teachers, blood and kids + Psycho series But I never heard a story like this - I have no idea what could it be ... Have you tried to type it @ google ? Yeah I have. I've tried Googleing it multiple times with different queries and nothing. It's too bad too, from what I remember it was a pretty good story.

Okay, so I've been looking for this horror story I read a couple of years back and I seem to forget the title. Basically it's about these two kids who decided to cook a carrot cake as Daylight savings was about to occur to create the "Carrot cake that never existed/never happened/etc." So before this happens they have a Psycho marathon (Psycho, Psycho 2, Psycho 3). Then (from what I remember) they fall asleep and wake up to find their teacher in their kitchen chopping carrots with what looks like blood on his knife. Then they wake up and find that it was a dream (I think).
My brain is fuzzy about the later parts of the story, but this is all I can remember.

Other / Off-topic / Business Idea...

So I had an idea, that doesn't actually seem to be around yet, for an Android app. A Bitcoin based Android market. It will sell all kinds of apps, and will be free to publish on. We could take a fee of all Bitcoin sales made on the market. That is unless something like this DOES exist. But I haven't found one yet. If you're an interested Android developer who would want equity in this (I'm flat broke at the moment ) and wants a small side project to work on while they do the work that actually does get them paid, please PM me... If not just ignore this Have a good day! Cheers!!!

Yes in fact that's completely normal and happens all the time, I'm no lawyer though so you'd need one to work out the details with their lawyers but it happens a lot in software.
Okay, thank you for your quick answer Cheers!!!

Hey there! Okay so hypothetically, if I ran a company and we built an app for Android, and one of my competitors was not doing so well with one of his apps and I wanted to develop the app as my own, could I "Buy" the app ownership and source code from my competitors to develop and market it further as my own? (of course giving credit where its due)
