As I've noticed the general trend nowadays with promos etc , is that no matter how big the promos are , in the end you'll still have plenty of sore losers complaining about it .
I'm curious to you guys that are complaining , when you go to a land based casino , to gamble your money , are you asking at the front desk "deposit bonuses " ? Or when you play on an online casino , and u get some 20 % -50 % deposit bonus with 30-40 X waggering , is that the reason you deposit ? Cause lets say for 100 bucks you get that 20 or 50 extra that is suddenly making you rich ?
I'm actually fine with the loyality bonus , usually I don't even notice it until I get the pop-up message saying I've finished a level , so the bonus I get from it is free money . ( like finding some $ in an old pair of pants )
Also as I saw in the last 3 months since I'm more active on bitcasino noticed basically daily 1-2-3 etc extra promotions running , like leadearbord promos , guess the price , phoenix jackpot promo , there was one with rockets ( which I liked the most I guess ) . So I find it a bit absurd that people are complaining about some free extra $.
it's not absurd when its the only kickback you get and is broken a lot... to answer your question about walk in casinos, yea, i make sure the kickbacks are worth it. I've boycotted 1 casino because the perks dropped down (and have since moved my bets to their neighboring casino close by) when my wagering was the same. Cheap out on me then I cheap out on you. obviously im not talking about deposit bonuses with real casinos... but Every casino online offers deposit bonuses, well almost every one. bitcasino dropped out of that group well over a year ago. Yea I'm still mad about it even though I didn't always deposit with a bonus. On a positive note, bitcasino has gamomat now!!!!!! next addition i hope is is merkur If someone responds and says they had it for awhile and I'm just blind, I will be really upset I didnt know this until now  |

I remember a time that cloudbet was reputable. Sadly that's not the case anymore.
Maybe some don't have this experience, but you will, and when you do it will make you extremely upset because of how things go down with support.
Best bet is to stay the hell away from this shady site. Took me a very long time to withdraw (i forget the exact time, but it was over 1 week, possibly 2 weeks for just an insanely small withdrawal)
They gave me every line in the book, and yes, every response from live support is copy/paste. They don't even /try/ to read your message

Of all the things people could be complaining about, bonuses are the only thing (aside from the few scammers making multiple accounts).
To me, that says a lot about a casino.
THEY PAY
They don't play games delaying payouts in hopes that you cancel the payout because its taking too long, only to rip the balance.
Their 'loyalty' program has some flaws in it, but all in all I can say i'm satisfied. I got a bunch of free spins from all the promos going on right now and didn't win much, if anything, but you honestly can't expect to 10,000 from freespins with zero wager. Hell, just a week or 2 ago I won over 400 from the free spins. I rarely cash it out and just play because I'm more or less here for the entertainment and hopes of the big wins.
I've given up on hounding them for deposit bonuses as I know they will never provide them again. It is what it is.
Other casinos offer deposit bonuses, so they get my deposits first if there isn't any promo worth going for here.
I live with it because of the instant payments, no hassle, active support they have here, and their pleasant live support.

You can play that game on bitcoincasino.io while you waiting Bitcasino to add it I haven't been given any reason to make a deposit on that site. I also don't think its appropriate to advertise another site in a rivals thread. Especially when the name is so similar  |

To the others that aren't getting great "milestone" bonuses. It's not just you! For the 2nd time in a row I had to contact live support because it told me to when I tried to claim the milestone free spins under the loyalty program. Live support was genuinely nice, as usual, and told me they thought it might have something to do with the size of the bet for the free spins it was trying to give me so they fixed it and actually increased the bet size, which was very nice of them... 38,754.80 wagered (ALL raw deposits) to receive a set of free spins ( five spins at 0.40)... https://i.imgur.com/dVLbQBY.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/Ddm4rdp.pngIf they honestly increased the bet size, I completely give up on this loyalty program. Last deposit bonus I received was december last year and it was a 100% bonus UP TO what was equivalent to 10 at the time. It was the christmas wheel they had last year if anyone remembers.
I surely wouldn't call the free spins useless. Not many sites give free spins at the wager sizes that bitcasino does. Mostly I lose on them, but sometimes I've hit big. Almost all free spins I get on every other site I would call useless compared to bitcasinos (not all)
It just needs a little tweaking. Sometimes I get 20+ 1 mbtc spins, and sometimes its 1/10th of that. One time this month I was actually given 1 (yes one) spin as a loyalty reward, It was my first loyalty reward for the month after having wagered over 50000 in 2 weeks. What a kick in the nuts!
As I've said quite a few times in the past, and others are now saying it, I would honestly like to see deposit bonuses come back instead of these loyalty free spins.

but you have stated multiple times that you only take donations...
How would there be any damages calculated if you only take donations? Either you are providing a service for a fee or you are taking donations. You cant use both arguments for a defense against a scam you committed. Or are you just too mentally ill to understand that?

Figured I'd update again just to feed the trolls about this casino being a scam... Cashed out just under 2 btc 2 weeks ago, it was under 5 minutes for approval (as usual) To top it off the cashout was because i lost a bunch of deposits and got some free spins. won 40 euro on FS then had a MASSIVE win on doa2 again LOVE THIS SITE minus the lack of deposit bonuses (sorry but you guys suck with deposit bonuses, compared to every single casino on the planet) not 1 site can compare with the withdrawal time and complete confidence in actually getting the withdrawal every single time. ...and yea, i ended up donating a lot of that win back   |

I've played at your site for a number of years without issues. glad to see another scam accusation put to rest for another reputable site.
PS: I don't agree with confiscating the initial deposit, and many others may feel the same way. even if its in your ToS (its in every casinos ToS). Doesn't mean you have to confiscate it

If the customer loses, everything is fine, but if the customer wins, then they suddenly discover the multiple accounts and ask for KYC! Clever? Can't wait to see you sued for slander/defamation |

Stay away from this scam casino...its sickening to have to go through so much red tape to withdraw your own money!
STAY AWAY, this casino freezes funds and tend to disable your account for the most ridiculous of reasons.
If I could rate this casino here,I would give it a negative 10 rating. Game Protect has a lot of proof confirming this, but the good news is that you have the option to enforce your money. The only people "confirming this" are people that have been shown to have multiple accounts abusing the 1st time bonus... |
