As already mentioned above, the ICO tokens are probably sold directly by the team via an exchange so that people from countries that are otherwise prohibited from participating in the ICO can also participate. Actually a smart move That is correct, we made the decision to sell the remaining Public Sale tokens directly from the exchange. This will not affect the handful of current investors, as they will be rewarded through the referral bounty if it is applicable to them. Selling tokens directly from the exchange will allow the rest of our community to take part in the token sale as well. I was expecting announcement regarding Android based app from tachain team. It's October now and Android users are waiting for Tachain app.
Yeah, I can't really wait for it specially they will going to launch here first in our country. I really want to try their services and how good watching ads in exchange of Tachain tokens too. I guess we will be waiting for you to give us a feedback concerning your experience in the end. It's relieving to have someone from Philippine on this thread. I look forward to getting first hand feedback  I think Tachain will start the services after ICO if over. So that will be in 2019 not in 2018. But meanwhile they can at least launch apps. They are different from most transport projects. Here The transporter and the users earn. It a win win for both. Most advertising project and firms would like to use the TAChain platform as user could watch ads, because they want to. No better way to get me interested in ads. Exactly. That earning part is very important in drawing my attention to ads. I get frustrated whenever ads pop up in my face and its of no benefit to me. But with this? Keep the ads coming. I did not know that this Exchange is already in the Top30. Had not heard of it :-) I just saw that Natmin is also listed here: https://tokenjar.io/NATSo already 2 Exchanges although the ICO is still running Wow. According to the information I have at hand ICO still continue till the end of the year actually Dec 31... Do they start operation already? I think I have read it here that CEO intend starting off immediately I don't know about starting immediately though but we've been told that operations will actually commence by 2019 and I'm all excited to see how this plays out. The feedback from Philippine will affect the growth of this project imo Philippine is not actually a strong weight in crypto which is why I'm not particularly enthusiastic about them or even Tachain starting there.. For those who were wondering why Manila and the 3000 cabs. The reason they chose Manila is because of the potential it has and all the taxi drivers signed own their own cabs and are officially registered as cab drivers in the Philippines. They do not sign non official drivers.
That's true. I'm from Manila Philippines and we have a lot of cabs and taxi drivers here that they can hired for their services. Most of us also really like using these kinds of apps like to ubers and other similar companies. Nice. Uber and Taxify are really popular taxi services and they really made it in a short period of time. Thats one of the reasons i believe this project is going to be succesful if they play their cards right. Indeed, the 2 taxi companies above have really grown massively in such short period of time which goes to show the potential with a new project like this. Guys, I just observed one thing at Natmin site. They are offering 20000 Natmin tokens for 1 ETH. So I want to confirm if the token price is fixed in ETH or USD?
Price is fixed in ETH if you look in their Whitepaper at page 19 you can see that it says "the price is set to 1 ETH = 20,000 NAT" i think this is very profitable for early investors as ETH is very low right now. Along side you will get a 10% bonus if you purchase the token now. That's like 2000 tokens untop the original 20000 token, making it 14000 tokens for 1 eth. Amazing isn't it. 10% bonus tokens on purchase. In-short we will get 2000 tokens in bonus when we make a purchase. It's really awesome deal. I had a discussion with some members over at discord and I think it is good that the bonus is not that high; it instills that sense of value on the token. I mean imagine giving a bonus of 50% it is like you are just getting rid of the token. 10% bonus now is a sensible figure to offer, as mentioned above offering bonuses up to 50% usually promote "dump upon exchange listing" Glad to see there is only 10% offered at the moment to prevent this occuring |

I just looked at the whitepaper in my language. If someone was paid for it, then I would reclaim the money, it just seems to have been sent through the Google Translator. Although I think the idea of multilingual Whitepapers is good, they do not make much sense if translated poorly
Lol, maybe bring that up with the team, if you can do a better job might get a reward for doing so? Unfortunately, my translation skills are not much better than Google Translator :-) But I've already met some translators who regularly translate white papers and do very well Sadly getting quality native speakers for translations in this industry seem to be quite difficult to find I’ve noticed from other projects that have been hunting for native translators so I imagine their having the same issue Yeah it does seem there is a shortage of quality native speakers from around the globe, which is a real shame - it can be very benefical having the whitepaper available to various different languages |

has anyone here actually downloaded the app and used it to book a trip yet? Keen to see if there is any real-world reviews of it.
I installed the TRANSPORTAL app from App Store, few weeks back. TAChain got two Apps on AppStore; TRANSPORTAL and TRANSPORTER. I couldn’t teat the App from my location Since it isn’t available here yet. Also couldn’t give a review. But App looks cool. As a Android User i can't get that App yet and dernly waiting for the release of Android Version in Play Store! But its good to get some reviews! Someone should do a Video review of it! Will be nice to get some sort of official announcement in regards to this app release and also - like you say, some sort of video evidence / review yeah, video would really mean a lot to their community, lots of people prefer watching videos to reading, they should know that a good percentage of your community prefers watching than read I know I do and it’s a much more impactful medium that’s easier to share and get people interested in not many want to invest time into reading a long detailed article or whitepaper in this day of social media if it’s too long people skip it Me especially, i love watching videos than reading. I tend to concentrate more while watching videos than reading. I wish the team can heed to our suggestions. well as much as watching video is i still prefer reading because i engage every of my neurons when reading, anyway that's just a personal opinion i believe video will do more good to their marketing effort Thats actually Personal preferences, you can go through article anytime you like,but for videos its a different scenerio! but its still maximum people are comfortable with videos as you can interact visually! so i want tachain to make some videos now and then! Every time I open the CCI homepage, the performance of my PC goes down. The background animations are probably very resource hungry. I know, the homepages with animated backgrounds are very popular in the crypto scene, but isn't it possible to turn this down a bit?

That's the importance of communication, it keeps both parties involved abreast of what's happening and the necessary steps will be taken to address the situation before it becomes something of a problem and that's not good for a brand, so the team is so far doing good in that aspect in terms of communicating with the community Exactly, and in turn it boosts the image of the brand in question which is exactly a good thing in general. If the project is transparent in all aspects, they will be recognized in a very specific manner by the public as well as investors. For the transparency they will get rewarded in the name of investments. Is there a plan B if you can not reach the softcap? Maybe you interrupt the ICO until the market has recovered?
Well they have four real options: 1. End the token sale and close the project (if you can’t raise the softcap you’re probably going to struggle in business as there clearly isn’t enough demand). 2. Pause token sale, continue working on development, re-start token sale when markets have picked up again. 3. Close token sale and Try to secure private funding from VC’s, angel investors, banks, etc.. 4. Try to develop project with funds raised even if they are below softcap level, lower the budget, less workers, etc.. There’s a few different options most projects pick option 2 or 3 because it’s hard to give up something before it’s even started. Yeah it doesn't tell well about the team if they give up, but hopefully all this scenario you outlined wouldn't be the case, they should up there game if that's what it take. I hope it doesn’t get to A situation where CCI have to choose from the options outlined but if it gets to that point, I think options 2 will be the safest to choose from. I agree with the second option. It is the best to pause the token sale if things are getting bad. If the softcap has not been reached, and they did nothing to prevent it. That would be sad. Token sale is steadily moving up but bit slower than usual. Thats understandable considering the market condition we have at this moment. Yeah, the market hasn't been doing well, but lately I've notice a little uptrend in the market hopeful this'll increase the rate at which the token sale is going. Finally nice to see consisently some greens each day in the markets. Seems like the spread of fud has died off. Just need some big adoption and will really help with confidence |

I think the Project the idea and the design of the site are interesting, but I do not invest anymore in ICOs, I will follow from afar and I will wait for listing in stock exchanges, so buy some tokens, good luck for investors!

I was about to start reading your whitepaper, I noticed it's already translated into about 13 languages, Italian, German, Arabic and French all inclusive, I was impressed for real.
Wow. They really want to get across to a wide range of individuals. Very good strategy to employ at just the early stages of a project. I guess whitepaper in multiple languages would more flexible to understand project concept. It will really help to those people who they not much comfortable with English language. It would certainly entice more people internationally at a global scale, would be a good idea to get some translations done and offer a reward upon completing |
