481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining as full time income on: February 21, 2018, 10:37:02 AM
yeah..
Mining still on the track although a price of GPUs increase and price bitcoin a decrease, not to mention the news about ETH to POS, prediction GPU mining will die soon, debate VRAM 4GB/8GB if mining on ETH and much more rumors. I still to be mining and still buying a GPU per months.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NiceHash again opened on: February 21, 2018, 10:21:32 AM
price from a trust very expensive. after Nicehash has been hacked. some miners have been lost confidence and some money. although NH releases a new security system and tries to restore their trust. I believe when some miners back using NH, there has anxiety different if compare with NH before the hacked.
483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: is 4 gb ram for asus mining expert Enough؟ for 13 GPU rx 560 on: February 20, 2018, 01:18:22 PM
Actually, in mining process using RAM 4Gb / 8Gb (CPU) only have a bit of an influence. For reducing the budget, 4GB is enough but if you want to plug 8GB or more, it's nice.
484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Buying GPU for mining at low price today on: February 20, 2018, 01:01:39 PM
On amazon there's still the occassional evga 1080ti sc2 for $830 and some MSI/Zotac models below $800, but they sell out in a minute.
Must be fast!
Yeah..
Not only on Amazon, also another online store very faster sold out if price normal or cheaper from another seller.

R9 390 ( 34 mh/s but nearly 300w )
At 2017, I buy secondhand R9 390 8 GB priced $170  on the Online store. The shortcomings of this GPU is heat and the hungry power consumption except someone have doesn't problem in electricity (cheap or free).
485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Building a rig with RX580 on: February 20, 2018, 09:45:22 AM
I have RX580 8 GB, longest mining in ETH coin and still profit but at this time I mining ETC coin. For AMD card better mining on Ethash algorithm. You need do modded bios or OC if you want to have more Hashrate. Like this [YAZ] :
RX 580 4Gb whatever brands, can produce Hashrate around 28-29 (Mod+OC) on Ethash. RX 580 8Gb  around 30-32 (Mod+OC) on Ethash now day.
486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1070's or 1080ti's? on: February 20, 2018, 07:14:52 AM
agree,
if the problem in the difference of price and Hashrate. if you compare using price as a 'variable'  (example: you have a budget $50000). buying 1070 you will get 5 GPUs, buying 1080'ti you will get 3 GPUs. but power consumption 1070 bigger than 1080'ti (based on the total number of GPUs).
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Significant reduction in electricity costs for asics. on: February 20, 2018, 06:35:56 AM
You must write on the WHITEPAPER, how that tools working to reduce an electricity. How the someone trust you,if your tools never tested and shown to the public.
488  Local / Mining (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: PSU berapa Watt yang di butuhkan untuk membangun sebuah Rig on: February 19, 2018, 03:07:41 PM
.....
kalau mau ngitung psu butuhnya brpa hitung aja vganya ,
6 vga itu butuh 900an watt ,berarti psu bisa make 1000w .
kalau lebih aman make 1300 w , buat nafas
Lol, ini org nge-reply sambil Nge-Lem AIBON
Ane saranin kl mau ngereplay baca dulu yg utuh,jd tau tujuan OP apa.

Ane saranin kl makan DURIAN jangan sama kulitnya. Banyakin baca, ngopi, piknik dan jangan lupa bahagia biar nyambung.
489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU Mining 2 x RX570 or RX580 on: February 19, 2018, 01:54:59 PM
In general, for amd buy the cheapest version of the card you can find..........
.......................................
People overpay for the high-end models.
if its problem is a price difference between device, it's true

When properly configured, the hashrate isn't that different between the highest-end model and the base model.
if you have a logic like that, it's not true. why some miners or a web of review have given a compare between GPU.

example:
 RX 480 4GB Hashrate 24-25 MH/s without OC,  28+ MH/s stable (OC).

RX 580 8 GB Hashrate 26-28 MH/s Modded only, 30-31 MH/s stable (OC).

Thank's Manager, payment has arrived
By the way, can I update my ETH address like this:

sorry Manager,
I a bit worried about my ETH address doesn't Compatible the token (ERC20). if possible change, I want to change the ETH address wallet become :

0x95726275C54bdB51Bcf4B0262B2053383d041085

thank's before.

491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Opinions about this 12 GPU case on: February 17, 2018, 12:25:49 PM
when a motherboard has 12 slot PCIe then all slot using 12 GPU on the casing. I saw that casing, 6 GPU placed on the 1st floor below and another 6 above 2nd floors.
while the distance is too close between the 1st and 2nd floor. I think a circulation air flow in the casing doesn't efficient although has the fan.when a GPU has a problem such one or two GPU doesn't detect. of course, will difficulty.

493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Reference list of mobos with 8 OR MORE pcie slots on: February 17, 2018, 09:04:13 AM
it's very cool, but I don't have enough an experience to build more from 8 GPU on those Motherboards. I still think how method to reduce a heat every GPUs an adjacent. the split the Power PSUs if I only have a maximal 1200W PSUs, how many should use relay tool such add2psu.

moreover, I have different GPU series and Brand, I guess would have a bit complexity when settings.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 4gb ram on asus be250 mining expert Enough? on: February 17, 2018, 08:12:51 AM
My new rig Asus b250 mining expert and 8 Rx 560 so 4 GB ram Enough?
RAM 4GB is enough to your system, and don't forget to increse your virtual memory, if you have 8 GB is better
495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is mining going to die soon? on: February 17, 2018, 07:57:50 AM
I sold 21 1070's
 I sold multiple  case builds
I sold a few 1080tis

You are doing it right, better to sell now while there are idiots paying for those overpriced prices, cause very soon there will be plenty of gpus available for gamers.
why are you talking about idiots if anyone buys a GPU for the current price? And indirectly you say you're smart? everyone has his or her own motivation to buy the GPU.

I know, you reason a compare prices GPU and current coin revenue. but it no enough a reason to talks idiot. it could be the person you say an idiot, saying in his heart: you are more idiot.
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PSU not powerful enough or am I just stupid? on: February 17, 2018, 07:36:20 AM
consumer grade hardware isn't designed for 24/7 usage - which is one of the reasons I chose a server PSU (with a mod card that takes it's 12V rail and delivers it to up to 12 PCIe 6/8 pin cable/plugs). The mod card has an LED display that shows output voltage and if I have only 1 rig running it's at 12.6, but when I run both it drops to 12.5 or even 12.4 if I'm mining a power intensive algorithm like neoscrypt. That is a 1200W PSU running at about 800-900W. I wouldn't add any more load to it. It could take at least another gtx1060 but I don't want it delivering any more than it is.

If you look at the graphs that PSU manufacturers publish for the "gold" rated devices, they seem to run most efficiently when they are at around 60-70% load. "Platinum" rated PSUs are most efficient even higher than that, but I don't think the extra $ is really worth it.
Yes absolutely agree with the server PSUs used. It's durability designed for running 24/7 but so far as I know the server PSUs prices more expensive. It may that make some miners choose to use non-server PSU. And the solution is to give our RIG more a spare power.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PSU not powerful enough or am I just stupid? on: February 17, 2018, 06:38:56 AM
why some member suggests using Power PSUs a bit the rest power after calculating the TDP GPUs or their never calculated how many power consumption need. I often saw some member suggest the PSUs has the rest power 100-200 W. and their say enough.

come on, the best  power PSUs has the rest 300-400 W because power PSU can be influenced by the downhill rise of your home power voltage. if the rest that, keep the other parts not short of power and longer service life.
498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is mining still worth it for the average person? on: February 17, 2018, 05:56:00 AM
You're sure right about cloud mining tho, most of them are scams and if you invested to them, it is only a matter of time before you can't access their websites anymore. I've been there so I can tell.
You can earn a decent amount if you can find a good enough rig for a nice deal and considering you consume 10-15 cents per kw in your electricity, you can have your ROI in less than a year, tho it may seem a long time but it is good enough considering the type of set up you will have at your home.
Totally agree.
Why someone very confidance to investing the money on cloudmining. There is indeed a legit cloudmining but there an only bit, it's also still risk of collapsing or hacked and also a reason anything. But I know the reason someone would that doing because cloudmining doesn't pay electricity, internet or also doesn't have enough money to build RIG.
Yeah, the best option is build Rig although, at this time the price of build RIG very expensive but that better safer.
499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Temperature for mining within a grow tent on: February 17, 2018, 04:33:17 AM
So I have started to my rigs in a grow tent as they made my apartment basically unlivable due to the heat. I currently use two 6' inline fans to pump air out, and a 12K BTU standing AC to pump cold air in it (it's using 15kW!). I was wondering what temperature should i get within the tent. It's at 104F when i seal the tent and ~90F when i don't, basically dissipating the heat into my small one bedroom apartment. Should i use bigger fans? Was thinking of changing to 12' 1060CFM ones instead of 400CFM. Is 104F too high?
Thanks

Best option would be to vent the AC into the tent and have an exhaust fan move the air outside of your apartment through a window.  You shouldn't be venting that hot air into your apartment.
Yes, I agree using exhaust.
Divided into 2 parts, the first part throws hot air from your RIG/tent/room and other part throw air outside but I doubt the weather in TEXAS if  it can maximally suck the air from out inwards can decrese the temperature during the daytime.
500  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 850W PSU is enough? on: February 16, 2018, 01:25:28 PM
1070 (150 W) + RX470(120 W)+ RX480 (150 W)+RX 580 (185 W) = 605 W

850 - 605 W = 245 W, the rest power 245, not to mention RAM, Processor, SSD, RISER.
yes I know, those other part bit power consumption but better have the rest 300 - 400 for safer and keeps another part to doesn't lack power. using PSUs 1000W or 1200 W.
