41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is gold? on: April 20, 2018, 07:38:35 AM
I watched a video telling that every paper currency in history all collapsed , and USD will collapse too, in future.

The time in which a currency collapses is when people don't believe in its value anymore. And obviously, when thought reversely, something becomes a currency when more and more people believe in its value.
And currency becomes money when they don't lose value between people regardless of time, like gold.

Do you believe btc could be in this position? BTC could become gold?
I don't thinks so if bitcoin can become a gold. For me bitcoin and gold are deferent. I compare it with there price. Bitcoin has not have a stable value than gold. Bitcoin may ritch the high price but is not stable it may drop down in a second/minute. While gold since in the previouse years the value of gold is the same us now.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the invention of the century! on: April 17, 2018, 08:39:32 AM
Bitcoin was invented to disrupt "PayPal" because paypal was built on an idea of centralization which is not helping people from other countries. Yet, bitcoin has restored that very stolen idea of decentralization and freedom to the people. People are now using bitcoin all over the world because it's fast, secure, decentralized, and low fees in-terms of transferring value between two parties. Finally, but not least... Bitcoins has changed many people lives more than anything since the invention of the internet!

What is your thought about this? Share with us what you think. Smiley

Yes its true bitcoin is the invention of the century. Because this is the solution to help poor county and people around the world. I think this are just the preparation of the world's new generation, because blockchain system for now is not yet fully optimize due to the fact that our world is not yet ready. Maybe Crypto will be fully implemented if our world will totally interconnected in all corners in the world.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is unstoppable on: April 17, 2018, 07:46:10 AM
even when attacked from the inside by blockstream/core it just forks and offers two chains. at least one will continue delivering p2p electronic money to the people with low fees.  maybe both?  we'll see. Smiley
Technologically yes. Completely, Politically, Well sort of. Bitcoin is a technology. Not a company or a specific currency. It's fully decentralized across about 10000 computers worldwide, any one of which can fully restore the entire network. In a way, it’s very similar to the internet. You can block specific people from using specific websites… but it’s pretty hard to stop “the internet.” In other way bitcoin is unstoppable.
44  Local / Pamilihan / Re: May establishments ba na nag aaccept ng bitcoin as payment? on: April 17, 2018, 07:18:08 AM
THE BUNNY BAKER, WIRIN COPCAKERY, Mr. D's ARTSANAL SUNDRIES, BAICAPTURE and IMPORTVALLEY.
45  Economy / Speculation / Re: can anyone here could be able to stop the bitcoin fall down of market price? on: April 14, 2018, 06:56:59 AM
The bitcoin continue to drop of its market price and some of the members or investors here are having a panic that bitcoin may end already. This is not usual happening since bitcoin is always raising its price even after its market price drop. it is indeed very unusual for this event of bitcoin to happen. Nevertheless i am.hoping that someone couls might be able to stop the falling of bitcoin market price. Thougj i know that it is impossible to stop the fall with just one person but i hope that we will unite and buy bitcoin together as to move the bitcoin market price higher. well is.there anybody here could buy a couple of btc?
There is no one can stop the bitcoin fall down, Except all of us who use bitcoin. If all of us unite we may stop bitcoin from falling down. We must unite in order to stop the fall down of bitcoin. Lots of bitcoin user now hold there bitcoin rather than to sell, because they tought that someday it rise. Base on may opinion If every one holds there bitcoin and there is no trading at the market, maybe thats the reason why bitcoin price is falling down.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: April 12, 2018, 04:09:46 AM

I guess the best answer to that question is of course a BIG NO! Granted, China is a big contributor for the rise and adoption of Bitcoin and they are primarily the country involved with Bitcoin mining due to very cheap electricity cost.

Now, the Chinese government has its own agenda and I think in the long run Bitcoin can be running against those agenda so they are now thinking of slowly disengaging and disconnecting their citizens away from the cryptocurrency platform.

I know that whatever China will decide on the impact can be heavy on the market and this is shown with the recent decision banning the ICO projects and the unconfirmed total ban of Bitcoin exchanges though it is still a rumor and nobody would want to confirm.

Can cryptocurrency still go on and have a very optimistic future even without China as part of the equation?
Bitcoin will not die even china banned this to there country. We all now that china has a big impact to the community of bitcoin, but it doesn't mean that bitcoin will die if china banned this. Not only the china accept bitcoin, there are a lots of countries who accept bitcoin just like US, Japan, Canada and other countries around the world. There is no reason bitcoin will die even china banned this. Us long us there are people use bitcoin bitcoin will remain.
47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: April 11, 2018, 08:26:51 AM
Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.
I highly doubt,There is no bank accept bitcoin because there are a rules in banks. Every Client must present a legal information about your earnings that wouldn't be anonymous. Because the bank needs to know the details if your funds that you are earning are legal or not. Since it is bitcoin there is no paper you can present at the bank. In other way you cannot deposit it on a bank.

48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What we can do to make legal bitcoin in our country? on: April 11, 2018, 08:01:58 AM
As we all see is very difficult with the corporate ,government and bitcoin. do you think we can do something to bring any change on it so we can make legal bitcoin in our country?
[/quot  Maybe the best way to make bitcoin legal to our country is; we must promote bitcoin to our friends and to other people. Us long us many of us  using bitcoin in legal way, i think our government may realize that bitcoin have a good intention to help people. And maybe if government realize bitcoin what's to help people, maybe that's the time government may legalize bitcoin to our country.
49  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Private key on: April 09, 2018, 09:11:53 AM
Last week kulang to na obserbahan at cguro yung iba nakaranas na den nito.

Be aware guys...

51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will we stay positive on Bitcoin? on: April 09, 2018, 01:15:12 AM
Undersiege by negative articles for the past couple of months. Banned in different countries. Hated by some billionairs. Yet, i am one of the millions who still stay positive on bitcoin.. Western countries have been very positive on btc also. Try to spend time reading this https://www.ccn.com/retailer-adoption-of-bitcoin-is-growing-in-the-us-and-canada-despite-price-fall/. This might help you also boost confidence on btc behind the downfall of its price nowadays.

Let me know your insights on this..
YES, We must think positive eventhough the price is dump. Because not all the time the price of bitcoin will downfall. This is the nature of bitcoin pump and dump, this is what currency means. Bitcoin already proved to us what it's capable for so we just have to trust on it and think positive.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: April 05, 2018, 01:27:33 AM
Bitcoin is a very popular crypto coin today, we know that Bitcoin will be very expensive in the future but I imagine if Bitcoin die, whether there will be hope for the future of altcoin? because most altcoin exchanges are to bitcoins
your opinion is highly appreciated. Smiley
[/quote If bitcoin dies maybe altcoin will not because they are not related to each other.  Altcoin's have their on blockchain system. But if the problem is totally banned by the government or by the whole country around the world, maybe thats the time that all the coin will be vanish at the market. In other way all the coin will die.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I need an opinion on rejecting a job offer or crypto on: April 02, 2018, 09:58:48 AM
I have opportunity in overseas job around 1000 usd. but my mind now not in a stable manner.

please guide me whats the best option doing crypto currency on the home or move to the job overseas?
I suggest bro take the opportunity in overseas job abroad. Never reject a chance to have job because of crypto, having a job is the best thing you can do for yourself and to your family. You can do trading if you have a free time on your work. In that way you don't lose trading. At the same time you have a double income because you have both job and cyrpto.

54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and the power of media on: April 02, 2018, 08:59:47 AM
Media is the number 1 factor that can help bitcoin. Media is easiest way to ritch people around the world or the easiest way to spread a good news about bitcoin. But sometimes people use media to manipulate people by spreading negative news about bitcoin. In other words media depends on how people use it.
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin affects students' performance in school on: April 02, 2018, 08:30:36 AM
As far as I can observe being a teacher, I am definitely happy that my students are involve in cryptocurrencies and they earn for themselves and help their families. But, their school perfomance is getting worse. Please give your thoughts how will you help students to earn and at the same time it won't affect their school works?
Actually the problem is the student already not the bitcoin. He is the one who responsible for he's studies. Bitcoin only helps him for his financial. Just talk him and have some advice that no matter what happen study first. And teach him to divide his time between studying and bitcoin. So that his study or performance in school will not affected at the same time he earn money. Finishing study is the best way to give to our parents to value there sucrifice for us.
56  Local / Pamilihan / Re: PNB looks into use of bitcoin! on: April 02, 2018, 07:15:15 AM
TOP official of the Philippine National Bank (PNB) vows to study bitcoin amid Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) accepting stance on cryptocurrencies. PNB chair Flor Gozon Tarriela said they are looking at bitcoin and blockchain technology very cautiously but stressed the bank is not into it yet. “PNB will closely study the disruptions going on in the financial sector. We want to know more about the trends. We want to be aware of what is happening. But as to our plans to venture, we are not into it yet,” said Tarriela, adding that they are in the process of studying its dynamics and its possible effects to the banking business. A bitcoin is a cryptocurrency and worldwide payment system. It is the first decentralized digital currency, as the system works without a central bank or single administrator. While it recognized the potential benefits of virtual currencies as it facilitate the movement of funds at a much faster, cheaper, and convenient way, the BSP is equally cautious of the potential risks including illicit activities such as money laundering and terrorist financing.

It has advised the public that they have to be conscious of the opaqueness of transactions involving bitcoins. To minimize risks, the BSP encouraged existing and prospective virtual currency users to deal only with BSP-registered virtual currency exchanges and maintain only a sufficient amount of virtual currency enough to address transaction requirements. BSP warned that virtual currency users should properly secure their virtual currency holdings and observe security tips to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal information and transaction details. “The BSP still has to issue regulations on this virtual currencies. But, we, in the banking industry advocate the know-your-customer first,” said Tarriela. PNB’s thrust this year is to go digital. Tarriela said they have launched mobile banking apps to cater to the needs of the tech-savvy market. “The way to go, really, is digital,” she said, adding that this will also help them reach out to the unbanked population.

57  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reasons why Bitcoin is droping: on: April 02, 2018, 06:51:34 AM
There are some reason why the price of bitcoin is dropping. Maybe due to lots of negative statements about bitcoin. That may cause panic to the bitcoin community, and too those people who have a lack of knowledge on bitcoin. And the big factor why bitcoin is dropping because lots of countries banned it which affect the bitcoin payments.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is what happening to BTC on: April 02, 2018, 02:01:21 AM
hi folks let me tell you what i think is going on right know Prices falling while value is increasing can only mean 2 things: 1. Either the price went up too much last year and is now correcting, or 2.: people don't get the value yet and we will see a strong price increase in a few months most likely is second option We will soon find out! tell me what do you think  Roll Eyes
I think the market make some correction about the price of bitcoin. That is why the price of bitcoin goes down. Because in the previous year the price of bitcoin is unexpected price because its to high. Compare to the other coin the price of bitcoin is much higher than the other. May be thats the reason why the price is going down.
59  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Are these billionaires controlling the BTC value? on: April 02, 2018, 01:38:13 AM
Earlier this year, Mark Cuban tweeted Bitcoin is in a Bubble. Warren Buffet said in a statement " Bitcoin is a Mirage. And this week, Jamie Dimon CEO of JP Morgan said Bitcoin is a Fraud. These people are respected billionaire investors. Mapapansin din natin na bumababa ang Bitcoin when these people release statement negatively sa Bitcoin. Are these FUD? What do you think kabayan?
60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who controls the Bitcoin system? on: March 31, 2018, 09:11:34 AM
Nobody owns the Bitcoin network much like no one owns the technology behind email. Bitcoin is controlled by all Bitcoin users around the world. While developers are improving the software, they can't force a change in the Bitcoin protocol because all users are free to choose what software and version they use. In order to stay compatible with each other, all users need to use software complying with the same rules. Bitcoin can only work correctly with a complete consensus among all users. Therefore, all users and developers have a strong incentive to protect this consensus.
