181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Prices always going down, is investor confidence finally breaking? on: June 14, 2018, 05:04:21 PM
Bearish trends have been dominating the market since mid-Jan. Is what we are seeing a sign of investor confidence finally breaking?
Nope. The confidence of the new investors are the ones that are being broken.

But to the experienced investors, we remain confident as the market is starting to establized. If it won't make its reocvery through this month, we've got plenty of months to wait.

No sign that the market is going to recover but as long as it has a good bottom price, there's no problem with it.

This is true as new investors will always look on how much is the price of crypto also most of them are not knowledgeable on how volatility works in the crypto industry.  The rule here is that you need to adapt in the market trend in the market is red buy some crypto and if the market is green sell them.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU mining coming to an end? on: June 14, 2018, 04:51:19 PM
That is not true as GPU mining is still viable the only problem ia that the prices of minable coins and tokens is very low and with the ever rising difficulty and high electricity depending on your country its really hard to make profits or get back their ROI for some miners. Still mining is is still profitable and will be profitable specially with crypto prices monns.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why the market is like this? - Should i quit crypto for good! on: June 13, 2018, 05:06:43 PM
You should have already known after entering the crypto market that volatility is the name of its game and if you cannot adapt to it then all of your investments will be lost due to emotional decisions. It is very natural in the market to have a very huge dips this also happens in the forex but in the crypto market it is much frequent as many factors are behind it. As such you should have other means to earn when big dips happen or strategies so that when the moon comes you will gain profits.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Experience in 150 airdrops! on: June 13, 2018, 04:59:49 PM
I think analyzing the potential of the token and its project can be also applied to airdrops as to minimize the unwanted and unsellable tokens and maximize the earnings that you get from airdrops. As we know it not all airdrops are worth it same goes to ico bountiea that is why analyzing and evaluating the potential of the project and tokens a necessity now a days.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good bounty manager. on: June 10, 2018, 10:27:49 AM
I think having a list iof credited and well respected manager who have handled successful bounties will lessen the risk of joining scam projetcs. However a manager can only do so much and does not guaranty if the ICO will do a pump and dump. Also you can also consider bounty managers with a newbie accounts as they are only made for the sake of the ICO bounty it self.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you dump or not dump after ICO ends? on: June 10, 2018, 08:20:38 AM
If the ICO project has potential in the market and can produce results then HODLing the tokens is a good option as the project progresses as its price will also increase regardless if the is a dump to it. However if the ICO that you participated has the potential to only has a pump and dump tehn selling all the coins that you have is the best course to take. You can also buy the tokens again if you see a moon in the market after its dump.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bountyhive/io - it's just awful on: June 09, 2018, 09:15:00 PM
Some people just does not want to do their own evaluation of ICO bounties so that they can have a quick profits, however their are downsides in 3rd party platforms such as bountyhive. For instance it is still not sure if the bounty that you eill be joining is good or not as there are ways to bypass the platforms requirments and the bounties could turn as a scam.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DragonBall FighterZ Las Vegas Esports Tournament powered by FantasyGoldCoin.io on: June 09, 2018, 06:57:19 AM
What FantasyGoldCoin.io did is a good way to promote their blockchain technology and tokens as being sponsors of such tournaments and events they are attracting people to check their project and potential investors to put their money into it. It will also increase coins or tokens legitimacy as they are being backed by established businesses.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Leaving Your Job is The Worst Idea on: June 08, 2018, 04:48:40 PM
You can leave your day job if and only of you are already stable in the crypto industry. Also you can invest your earnings in this industry in other earning opportunities, for instance getting your own business. Widening your earning potential is the key to financial freedom. Just find the areas of your interest to have a money making opportunity.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tips to become millionaires not over night on: June 08, 2018, 04:33:38 AM
Adding to what you mentioned is a change in life style as you would need to work double to triple time to make millions. Also be open to new opportunities and have more options for you to earn and make a passive income as the more options you have the lesser the chances of you getiing broke. Try to find money making options to outside cryptocurrency as it will make more stable.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Speculation about the upcoming CPU wars from AMD and Intel. on: June 07, 2018, 06:40:45 AM
As we all know Computex in Taiwan is one of the best times of the year to showcase new computer hardware. And as we are now in the middle of the showcase week of Computex, AMD and Intel are now showing their cards at the for the next their HEDT platform with Intel frist announcing their 28 core and 56 threads monster that is riddled with questionable specs by tech analysts(see link below) and AMD answering back with their 12nm Ryzen Threadripper 2 32 core and 64 thread behemoth a day after the announcement of the 28 core monster of Intel.

The question here is that with the CPU having more and more cores that can be bought to the consumer market in the 3rd and 4th quarter of this year will the CPU mining space change? As it ia becoming a much more go through option in the start of the year as GPU prices are still not in MSRP and demand of it in some areas over the globe is still lacking. What do you experts say to this?

Not to mention the upcoming new GPUs from both AMD and NVIDIA also Intel is jumping to the GPU space.

192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to excel as a crypto enthusiast on: June 07, 2018, 06:12:51 AM
Let me add to that the knowledge and experience also without these two you cannot grow as an individual  in the crypto space. For instance how can you can you be vigilant and patient to your work without learning how to do things in this industry and it can only be achieve through experience and working yourself to the bone with the willingness to learn new things.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin use in Online gaming section? on: June 06, 2018, 11:22:51 PM
There are already blockchain projects that targets the gaming industry already like The Abyss Platform, which I think has a very good proposal to earn the platforms token for gamers and game developers. The only problem here is that will it be supported by gamers them selves, as established mainstream platforms like Steam is very hard to beat as they have a wide variety of games that appeal many gamers.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market getting many new people. Is it good or bad for us? on: June 06, 2018, 11:15:25 PM
If more and more people are getting interested in the crypto industry then it will be much better for the market as more potential investors that wants to invest in good blockchain project and it will raise the prices of the coins and token. The only problem with the newbies the lacks knowledge who can get scammed or will lose their capital because of the bad trades that they have done, as this people experience such thing they will get discourage and spread negativity in the market.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uneducated people join Cryptocurrency? on: June 03, 2018, 04:07:00 PM
Can possible uneducated people join the Cryptocurrency?
Have one condition he have enough balance to trading. So what do you think guys?

If by what you mean of uneducated is people who haven't have a proper education then they can, however they must be willing to learn the ins and outs of the market along with always seeking knowledge. If a person does not seek knowledge then that individual even with proper education will not have the success that he or she seeks.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Luck in cryptoeconomics is a myth? on: June 03, 2018, 10:13:30 AM
In reality even if you analyze the potential projects and re-analyze the tokens in exchanges luck still plays a good role in having higher profits. As we know even if we have the indicators of a potential moon of different cryptos not all of it will give you higher profits and it is good luck thatt will land you to a token that will give you high profits.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did crypto become mainstream too early? on: June 02, 2018, 12:42:49 PM
What the industry need is needs is trustworthy leaders and advisors to teach how the cryptocurrency works . One of the reasons of the instability in the crypto industry is because some of the existing and current menbers along with the new ones lack knowledge on how the cryptocurrency really works. That is why what ww would need is to teach about it trough leaders and advisers.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A good ICO is also a Scam. on: June 02, 2018, 08:28:21 AM
It is not a scam as you say as there are many things that factors the prices of ICOs after the token sale. For instance there is the stagnant movement of its token in the exchanges because of supply and demand or its project advancment is slow or investors are not really interested about it. There are also pump and dump groups along with whales that destroys the prices of the ICOs after token sale.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rehab for crypto addicted. on: June 01, 2018, 04:49:54 PM
If it is like losing all of their investments and assets through bad trades and scam investments and still continue to do business with them along with borrowing lent assets to the point that they cannot  pay it and they are broke I would say that it is entirely a different case and should not be associated with cryptocurrency since it is an individual issue completly.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Starbucks is accepting Crypto! on: June 01, 2018, 04:29:35 AM
Forgive me but I fail to see how this promotes the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies.
What Zeex does, if I understand it correctly, is help you convert your coins into a gift card,
which you can then use to buy coffee. It's more or less the same as converting your coins into fiat money
in order to buy coffee. If Starbucks really wanted to help promoting crypto, it could accept direct payments in crypto.
Earlier this years one of the Starbucks' CEOs said that he didn't  believe in Bitcoin.
That's enough of a hint to me as to what their position is.

So your point would be not to use crypto at all? This is a solution for not having to convert back to fiat and not having to pay fees.

So as a personal example as a UK crypto holder I would have to convert my eth back to fiat using Coinbase with the fees and time it entails and then wait for it to clear in my bank account before buying my coffee at Starbucks.

Or I could do as the guy in the video did, walk into Starbucks buy a gift token with eth or zix using the app and be out there in minutes with my coffee.  Smiley

I don't see this as the be all and end all of mass adoption but it is a step in the right direction.

I see the usage of Zeex platform as a method to quickly use your cryptocurrencies as a mode of payment through gift cards which is as of the moment an alternative for cryptocurrency payments as many companies would still not want them as a mode of payment for its volatility. However I understand Howard Roark's point that it is still the mass adoption of crypto that we would want in the commercial market as you would still to exchange your crypto, but for now it is still the best solution while we are waiting for cryptocurrencies to be accepted as a mode of payment of big commercial companies.
