The prices of the project will really depend on the investors and its community as even a successful ICO after its sale can still go down to its starting price or even lower and this is where whales and pump and dump groups do their antics as new tokens are much more easier to manipulate than stable coins.

Welcome to the Bitcointalk forum! I highly commend you for still learning for your age(no offence because as we know some people would stop learning as they grow old) as this is a thriving industry right now with many opportunities with continuous innovations that is why learning is a big part of it. So please take your time to learn and be wary of users, managers, bounties and ICOs that would like to scam you, and always protect your security and data. More power to you and keep on learning.

This is true as most of us already know that not all airdrop are profitable the should also evaluate them as how you should evaluate ICOs and bounties to minimize the risk of getting low profitable coins. Also changing that way you see the airdrop coins can help as you can use your small profit coins as a gas in transactions that you would want to do if you are trading or just exchanging to fiat.

That is just their pride kicking in. In the current economy people who do not make their move will be the one who will be left behind that is why the most successful people are the ones who puts up their own business without a care of what other people say or to the people who are not afraid to do different jobs to get experience to see a bigger picture in their future. So you are just doing a good thing starting you own business and and not taking any care of what other people say, all the best on your business.

Yes they are because of the decentralized nature of cryptocurrency where the people who are using it have the power, however remember that in every system there will be a loophole. For instance it can be the security factor of cryptocurrency that they can take advantage of as they can send a large sum of money with out any traces from where it has come form and it can be used in almost anything to buying drug to weapons as what some people do in the black market.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference between a Bounty and a Signature Campaign?
|
on: July 21, 2018, 12:31:56 PM
|
There is no difference as the signature campaign is a part of a bounty. In essence a bounty is a collection of campaigns where the participants needs to do sets of task given by the bounty manager and in return they can get reward depending on the tasks completed and a signature campaign is one such task where you need to put in a signature of the ICO that is representing the bounty in every post that you make to attract possible investors here in the forum.

The only explanation here is that the focus of the investor is in BTC and the reason why most altcoin prices drop right now despite BTC is going up is because it is now being converted to BTC. I think the market is readying to a bull run and we should be ready for it. If you are a hodler of these altcoins you should not worry as the prices of these altcoin are now compelling to investors.

It will all depend on you, as not all of us will have what it takes or means to invest or trade in cryptocurrency. As it would take a lot of dedication and time along with restless night to make it as your full time job. You would also need to learn a lot of things some times and with something that is not according to your plans will happen you can get discourage in this market easily. I would suggest to make a foot hold first before anything and make it to a point that you will have a lot of determination.

This is just natural as you can see while the prices of BTC are going up almost all of the altcoins prices are going down due to investor exchanging their altcoins to BTC and it will not be long that the prices of most altcoin will do a moon as their prices are more comparable to traders and investors alike. I would suggest for you to wait a little more as the market is now on the verge of having a bull run.

Good to hear that one of the more popular credit card company expressed their sentiment in the cryptocurrency industry with them winning a patent and making a move to improve on the storage and processing of transactions that utilize blockchain currencies it will make a great deal to investors that would want to just use their credit card to invest without having any main cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH.

There is also people who are getting into the hype and people who are emotional in the prices of the market. These kind of people is easily manipulated by the whale or pump and dump group and in return they will just lose their money. It is also the same for new bounty hunters as we see them getting scammed by fraudulent bounty managers or ICOs in which they will just waste their energy and time.

It will always be a trend to such companies who will feels threatened by a new company or technology. It is already a marketing scheme and only people who does not believe or does not know such technologies or companies believe in them along with loyal supporters of the company that is doing the bad mouthing. We as the ones who are more knowledgeable should already know what to do and help educate other people who would believe in such claims.

With BTC coming back to the $7000 mark it will be the start of gaining back the confidence of most of the investors in the cryptocurrency. It is a good time for investor and traders to add to their portfolio since it can be a start of the bull market and with the BTC going up to $7k some of the altcoins are going down which can be a good indicator.

Diversifying you investment is a good practice in this market as it will not only minimize the risk of you have no profit for a long time if the altcoins that you have became stagnant, but it will also maximize your profits if multiple altcoin that you have invested in moons. That is why you also need to study technical analysis for alcoins you can make profits in short terms by riding its uptrend and evaluating the altcoin and its community for the altcoins that you want to hodl for the long trem.

You can do your own research on finding a low marketcap altcoin and read through their whitepaper and check their community if their will be growth. But bear in mind that buying low marketcap coin is not always a sure way to make profits as most of then have a hard time of mooning in the market. I would suggest that pick a coin in the stablecoins and then pick an altcoin with a lowmarket cap just in case the will have a hard time mooning.

In reality the successful businessmen are the one that did not attend to an university and studied economics up until they have the means to study for it. One of the reason is because they they have strive to get experience and knowledge that can be used in the real world at the same time. Along with that all of then learn form their mistakes and learned from it.

Only few online shops and establishments accepts BTC or cryptocurrencies as a mode of payment. Most of them are hesitant to make it as mode of payment because of volatility that is why most of us are still converting our coins to fiat to be used to spend on anything. But if you really want to spend you hard earned BTC or altcoins but with high risk of exposing yourself then you can do that in the black market in the deep web, but you have been warned as not all of us can venture into it safely.
