An October Board looks like the first board below and uses this firmware link:

'Tuning' is for Tuning Suite. Did I mention this is just for October boxes?

https://www.kncminer.com/userfiles/file/kncminer-0.99-tune.bin

A November board looks like this second board, and uses this firmware link:

https://www.kncminer.com/userfiles/file/kncminer-0.99-E.bin

'E' is for Ericsson. No need to update the November boxes yet, but someone earlier decided to flash Oct firmware on his Nov box, so this is what he needs to fix.

DO NOT mix them up. It will be futile, and the miner will assimilate you, assimilation voids all warranty and you don't want to assimilated before the weekend do you??

Live long and prosper...
Orama, I notice in the statement it says only for miners having problems.....would you say a good working unit could be made to run better with this suite also??

Ok guys i'm going to hook you up with a couple of firmwares imminently.

But...

But...

(said twice for dramatic effect)

One is for the November box. For the Ericsson VRMs - big yellow stickers, have Ericsson written on them, were delivered in November.

One is for the October box. For the General Electric unbranded silver VRMs. The tuning suite.

Make sure you use the correct one.

It won't kill your device, but it may require you re-flashing the beaglebone via an SSD card if you flash the wrong one.

It future a uniform intelligent release that differentiates between the pair will be available.

Currently this therefore relies on the intelligence of the user, i.e. you.

So...Lips sealed
I see november firmware, but I don't see the october tuning suite???

vesper, dynamic? thanks! been called alot of things before, but dynamic is a first..... Grin

Glad I could help! Smiley

Cash/bitcoin/gold/women it's all the same, right? I'm just looking to see if someone wants to offload their Jupiter now while they still can....in a couple months they may be very hard to sell. Or I wouldn't be interested in that time. See ya at work!

So you can pay in women.. what might you have to offer..?

Cheesy

I prefer the strong (put'em to work) and real silent type ( can't nag nor argue back, well at least not out loud)....you got any of those opentoe?

The miner rankings doesn't seem to be updating correct?

Cheers
think you are right, and stats might be off. My hash rate has increased slightly, but my contributed shares has decreased and I haven't noticed an increase in pool hashrate for a bit...so not sure but maybe pool hashrate is not updating???
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: November 27, 2013, 01:35:30 PM
Anyone selling  a full functioning Jupiter please let me know. I don't want die 0 issues or anything like that. Have BTC immediate for payment. Please message me. Thanks.

Can you pay in cash

Yea, I can pay in cash.
Cash is tempting....but it would be alot.....

Ok tone it down, your promotion of wesley is starting to look a bit sycophantic

So many dynamic individuals out here on the interwebs.

I wish him and Wesley best of luck, and will continue to beg for folks to use my referral link haha Cheesy

I do lov ya Orama, in a brotherly way....and vesper well I appreciate your effort....but reality is we spending some serious coin and any little help we can get is the way to go right now.....if all bodes well on our trip to NEPTUNE, Orama, you def. will receive a token of appreciation from me....and yes you have had to defend yourself and knc....and done a respectable job of it. Your efforts shall be rewarded, you shall see.

So on that note....Neptuners to be....consider Wesly!

if anyone is going to order 1 or 2 kncminer NEPTUNES, I would have you seriously consider Wesly's offer and use his reseller link:

He offers a mighty fair deal! Read about it if you are seriously considering a neptune. Good luck!

571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: November 27, 2013, 06:20:13 AM
is it just me or has anyone noticed that when KNCMINER opens up sales of their hardware the price of BITCOIN takes a nice jump? Seems to me it has happened every time, maybe that's why they prefer btc.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: November 27, 2013, 03:51:58 AM
when I used wesly's link here, https://www.kncminer.com/?resellerid=354, there were 4 spots left, so now there are 3 left....I SAY HURRY!!
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: November 27, 2013, 03:49:31 AM
bam, used wesly's reseller link for neptune #2....hope it works out for us that used the link as it will for him....wooo hooo

Will most probably use it too for 2x Neptunes tomorrow if still available  Roll Eyes
Is it 300GH/s or 1/10th of a Neptune?
currently it's 300, but I believe if knc once again over delivers on hashing rate, then so will your 1/10th, or in your case 2/10ths
